The staff at Anthology are friendly and exceptionally helpful, however I have gotten the impression that the coordination between staff members is lacking in communication between office personnel. The biggest problem here at Anthology is the food service. In my opinion it would be more cost effective to hire one professional chef than to hire three novices that you think can be trained. Someone who has the experience and expertise of managing a restaurant and staff. Several times Pork Tenderloin is listed on the menu. It is obvious that no one even knows what this cut of meat is, because this isn’t what is being served. Several residents have tried to e helpful with suggestions which apparently fall on deaf ears. We were promised “Gourmet meals” which we are obviously not receiving.

Since this is a brand new facility, just opened in April, 2024, there are only 18 residents in the Independent Living building. With so few residents we are pretty spoiled as far as service levels and many of the amenities. After getting to know the staff and directors, we do not expect the level of service to change as more residents move in. As far as the Assisted Living building, the residents seem very pleased with their helpers, but since we do not live in that building, we cannot speak directly regarding their level of service, etc.

My Mom moved into Anthology [date removed]. The move was seemless and her transition after living by herself for 14 was so nice to see. Everyone on the staff is so nice and they really attend to her every need. She met lots of nice people their. They were very smart in the way they made the facility they put all the money on the inside. The building is well made and the finishes top notch. Lots of activities and things to do. The food is good too. I was able to retire and buy a place at the coast knowing she is well taken care of. She wishes she would have moved 10 years ago.

My loved one was previously a resident at Clearwater Ahwatukee and most everything was great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services and activities were also great. The meals were good. I have, and will continue to, recommend Clearwater Ahwatukee to others.

Most of the care staff are very kind, professional, courteous caring and helpful. The executive staff has been responsive when I have had challenges or questions and concerns. They need healthier higher quality meals. My mom was at the manor desert ridge before she passed last month and their meals were incredible. Their chef believes that food is medicine. May be able to learn something there. Example at Clearwater: I eat with my father sometimes and you ordered a slice of pizza and by appearance It looked like Totino's frozen pizza with a stiff crust and cubed meat. Not what I was expecting for the amount of money we are paying.

Small but lovely facility. Engaging staff. Proximity to my own home, availability for Memory Care residents to venture outside without an escort (compared to another facility within convenience/proximity to my own home).

What our family likes the most about the Clearwater at South Bay community are the different activities they have going on for the residents there. They have live music, art classes and different entertainment. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

A two bedroom apartment was available short term in an assisted living facility. Generally a positive experience. It is pricey. The health department staff responded well when Mom had two health events taking her to the ER. We understand that the ownership of Clearwater changed recently. This could be affecting services. The kitchen and wait staff seems to be in flux. We have heard that other retirement facilities have had difficulties hiring and retaining staff.

We were only there for about 3 weeks so we cannot comment on the care services or the activities. I would not move into a brand new facility again as there were amenities not yet ready i.e...Beauty salon, wine bar etc. Facility was brand new so it was beautiful and clean however, we did not stay long enough to have any further opinions.

Highly recommend anyone to visit. Excellent activities for residents--a real family friendly experience. The activities managers are amazing with the residents and family. The place is brand new and lovely. The food is delicious, but food service is still on the slow side. I am so happy I moved my 96 year old dad there. He has become a new man--and I have to say the staff at Clearwater are a big part of that welcome change.

What sticks out most about Clearwater Agritopia is the staff. They are very friendly and engaging with residents. The apartment sizes and amenities are just fine.

Yes, I would recommend. Sometimes I found it hard to reach the staff in the memory care unit to get updates as I live in another state. 2 times I left messages and never got returned call. Staff truly cared about my Dad and took good care of him.

It's clean, mostly good staff, good food, and very expensive.

I looked at 4 different assisted living facilities and Clearwater at Sonoma Hills was the first that we toured and they set the bar high. When you walk in, you feel like you are at a Marriott hotel. It is only 2 years old so it is more modern and has amenities that other places do not have. For example each room has a live electrical outlet with a red plate meaning if the power ever goes out, that one outlet would still work. They had a room available right away so we just put a deposit down and the move in process was easy. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

Our tour at Clearwater at Rancharrah was good. I liked the décor, and the stetting was nice. But it was expensive.

Very expensive, everything is an add-on. However, it's pretty perfect for what we need.

They are a new community, and are still working out some of the kinks. Some of the kinks they are working out is the operation of the heat and air conditioning, and showing the residents how to operate this in their room. My loved one enjoys some of the people that are on staff. The community has a chef, choices for meals, and other items you can order. My loved one enjoys the food. They keep our loved one active with activities, even my loved one's doctor has mentioned being pleased with all the activities available. It is more expensive than some other communities by hundreds, but being newer you would expect that.

They have great food! Good meals and variety.

Everything is wonderful but they need a faster response tie when pendent is pushed.
