They offer nice options for clients. Clean, dinning and food was good choices. depending on level of care how often they come to room to help I know they check at meal time to get everyone to dinning room I saw this while I was there. Mom stayed 3 weeks but couldn't really tell me anything about her day. There was no phone in room she had to go downstairs to front desk for a call for me to check on her.

The staff and residents at Carriage Crossing have all been very friendly and welcoming. The staff appears to genuinely care for their residents. After a short adjustment period, my mom has settled in and is actively participating in meals and activities.

Carriage Crossing a very nice place took very good care of my mom's. She was happy there. We were happy with it. She has since passed away.

Overall rating is good, if it weren't for my parent's specific needs, it would be even better. I rate the quality of care a little lower because they are short of nursing staff and we've caught several blunders in meds. They don't keep good track of my Dad's blood sugar and because they can't give insulin on a sliding scale and are giving it solely on the clock which has caused some severe lows. For value of cost, it seems like we are paying a lot and would like to be able to trust that we (my sister) could just pop over once a week for a visit but she is having to go over more frequently to catch up on daily needs. The staff overall is great but wish we could tweak a few things!

Always ask about the communication between the staff and the family. The facility is friendly, the food is great, room sizes are large and it is a good value for the money! I would recommend Carriage Crossing to others looking.

For the most part, this is an enjoyable facility. As like everywhere at this time, the amount of staffing seems to be challenging, however, the staff here is very caring to the residents and their families.

Overall I'm very happy with Carriage Crossing. I do believe they lack focus in a couple areas as described below. Very clean, though staffing challenges does affect their ability to empty garbage cans, vacuum residents rooms and clean carpets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Happy with the quality of care for my mother, but she's not a lot of trouble. I do wonder if that's because they like her. While their food is pretty good, I believe they should know their audience a little better. Soft foods should be offered as alternatives to the special of the day. Ie; soups, mac and cheese, etc... since it's a memory care facility they need to be reminded they can order something besides the special meal. Many residents don't have or wear their teeth, crunchy large vegies are sorta lost on some. Smaller, softer vegies or sides are more appropriate (corn, beans, potatoes, rice, etc). We were very excited about the fact that this facility has daily activities, it appears that it's difficult to keep an activities director. Activities are important and seem to be more complicated than it should be. When I show up, many flock over to hang out with mom and I. While still expensive, this facility is still less expensive than most. And my mom is happy. Unknown what will happen when she runs out of money.

Location was important for us. The room and the layout of the facility. Awesome staff all around. We were all treated like family. The price was acceptable compared to the other facilities we toured.

My mom is in the memory care wing - I like how small it is and the apartment-like living. Many new staff since the change in management - the new staff do not seem to be as caring as before.

A friend of mine recommended, A Place for Mom to help me when I was with my mom in the hospital. Once I called and we determined mom's needs, you did everything. Found the places and set up the appointments. It was a confusing and scary time. I didn't want to leave the hospital and yet I was on a very strict time limit to find a new place for her once she was discharged. Her previous assisted-living home would not take her back due to her needs changing. A Place for Mom was a godsend. I am SO thankful for your service and I would definitely recommend. I'm happy to share my recommendation for A Place for Mom, but not for Carriage Crossing.

I would say it is about average. I've seen better & have also seen worse. This facility was chosen because it was the closest one that had an availability for memory care coming from a hospital discharge. My preference would have been to have been able to utilize a facility closer to family & familiar surroundings (eg city) but nothing was available at that time. I have already transferred over medical providers to the new town & not really sure I would want to switch providers again if something closer opened up.

We have had the best experience! Every employee is so caring and friendly, very happy family and the best of all my parents love it!

The things I like about whispering chase is the staff I think they are fantastic. They genuinely care about us. Kaylene is an excellent sales manager, anytime I have a problem she always helps me or makes time for me even with her busy schedule. [name removed] , our new general manager is absolutely amazing and made the best out of a bad situation she walked into admin wise. I love this community and the staff is family here

I am satisfied with everything for the most part. Mom doesn't really do activities, the value for cost is a little pricey, the meals are ok, and the quality of care is ok,

I think they have been understaffed so some of my expectations have not been fulfilled. We picked this community because of the location and flexibility in and when my mom gets worse.

My family and loved one have had a good experience with Carriage Crossing at Rivergate. The staff are great, caring, and helpful. Everyone seems friendly. There are meals and activities to keep the residents social. Overall, this is a community we would recommend to others for their loved ones. Dinner yesterday, French fries with gravy on top. Open can of tomatoes and cheese on bread Hot dog only for dinner. Please help!

Very difficult getting medication to my loved one through their insurance. This a problem with outside facility as well as this one. The staff are friendly and polite. I have never tried the food, so I am not sure of the quality. Memory Care has few activities due to the needs of the residents in their care. The cost is high considering we have to furnish the room and everything our loved one may need. The cost covers room, food, and staff to care for the residents. The facility is clean and they keep up with laundry. For the type of care that they do, they are very good. I feel they are a little under staffed in the Memory Care unit. I would recommend them to other families.

I am very happy with the care my mom I getting. Most of the staff I am very happy with, especially [name removed] overnight nurse and [names removed] the day nurses are good and keep me informed. I would recommend to others, most definitely, these places cost way too much and insurance should help cover it.
