Bellevue Villages

We chose Legacy Ridge at Woodstock because they made time to get him in, other places did not seem to care and it was more about the business. This felt more like home. The room sizes here are average compared to others we looked into. It really did feel like home here and we made a good choice. I would recommend to others.

This is a wonderful place to live. The staff is most helpful and really nice. They are protecting us from the virus and no one has caught it. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs help and is a senior.

I like the meals and everything about this place and can come and go as I please. My family visits and that is great. Everyone I have met here is friendly and nice. Also staff is on a name basis. I live it here.

This place is awesome. I have been here for 3 years and I love it. The people here who care for us are the best in their field. They are the cream of the crop! I agree it was hard to sell my home and move here but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Anyone looking for a place to go, look no further than here. I thank God every day for these people.

I have been a resident here for over a year and I absolutely have nothing negative to say about the community or the staff. The rooms are very well kept and the common areas are fantastic. Under normal circumstances, there is always something to keep us busy. This COVID period, the staff still has done the best they can.

My father lived at "The Village at Bellevue" for almost 3 years. My family visited him almost every other day. I ate with him once or twice a week, and participated in activities with him. I interacted with the staff and nurses and got to know most of the staff that took care of my dad. In all those years, I watched how respectful and caring they were up to his last days. I will always be grateful to "The Village" for providing the greatest level of care for my father that I could ask for.

They were great and have everything we would want in community living but they are unaffordable.

Mom and I had lunch at Brookdale Neese Road yesterday and I can't thank them enough for how special they made Mom feel. [Removed] and the rest of the staff made us both feel so comfortable, the residents reached out to Mom and asked her to be part of their "club". Mom was smiling and talking and cracking jokes like she used to do! It made my heart sing because she has been thru so many tough changes recently and has cried a lot worrying about her future. Thank you Brookdale for giving me my Mom back for the afternoon and showing me she can be happy again!

This is a nice community. The staff are caring and we like that they keep us informed on her progress. The menu is appealing and she seems to be happy with the nice variety. They have a clean and good environment for the residents. They do offer activities for the residents who want to participate. We would recommend the good care and value for a loved one.

I would really like to have my mother at this place. I would have to figure out the 2500 community fee. I toured this facility the first of June.

My mom went home recently and she never complained while she was there. It was a good experience. She was there for recovery. If needed I would recommend this community to family or friends.

While my loved one stayed at the Brookdale, I thought it was a very nice place. The staff was all very nice. The meals were very good and it was definitely the best of the places I checked into. MY loved one is no longer there, but it was a positive experience.

The tour we had was good. We liked the people and they were all nice. It had all what we were interested in. The common areas were nice and I got to see nice activities during the tour. It was our other option but felt it was not the place.

Mom had to transition to memory care and she is starting to accept the community. They have many activities and things but she could benefit from interacting with residents who are more social. She enjoys the choices for her meals and at times when she forget things with her meal the staff changed things for her to enjoy. We like a lot of the staff they are really nice. The staff mostly have over 5 years of experience from what I have discovered in conversations. I picked them because I really liked the staff and the openness when you walk in. It has a much better and larger grounds.

My loved one has really made a great adjustment into this community, she can't say enough good things about the food they serve and has been loving the company of the other residents. I love the wide variety of activities they offer to all of the residents as well as various field trips throughout the week. Its nice to know they are keeping her active and very involved in different events. I also noticed how much healthier my loved one looks since making the move, she has gained weight and feels much better.

My dad has really been enjoying the healthy well balanced meals they provide for him throughout the day as well as the various activities they have available. All of the staff are very friendly and constantly make sure he is comfortable and feels safe in his living environment. I have no complaints and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

My dad has really been enjoying the activities and field trips they have going on throughout the day, especially the bingo. They have a beautiful patio where he and other residents often sit to enjoy some fresh air and gorgeous scenery. The meals always have fresh vegetables and fruit available as well as other healthy choices. I do wish they offered bigger proportions for my loved one.

This is a smaller more intimate community. My sister in law has adjusted very well to the community. They keep the community very clean and everything looks very nice. The staff is very good, they are caring for her well. She is trying out some new activities. They offer many activities like arts & crafts, outings, walking trips. She really likes the food. It is an older facility, but it is very nice. She is getting the attention she needs. I would recommend it.
