This was a difficult situation, and decision for us. We couldn't be happier with them. She is doing so much better than we could have ever hoped for. They have been very attentive and proactive. I wouldn't hesitate to give them a five, they are better than we could have ever expected.

The staff is very helpful the facility is exceptionally nice. The staff is willing to work with you to the best of their ability to give you options for funding to assist you.

They've done a wonderful job at Emeritus at The Plaza so far! They've really gone above and beyond helping Mom through the transition and getting her settled in her new home. They've been very helpful through the whole process, and I really like their resident ambassador program where they assign a resident of the community help get new people introduced to the community. She really seems to be enjoying herself here, and that is really what matters most!

They are doing an excellent job. He's loving it there. They are keeping it clean, and the staff is friendly. He isn't complaining or anything. The food there is okay, not great but it's okay. I think they are doing a great job though.

Mom was only in there for a couple of weeks while I had surgery, and they were very good. The only thing I did notice is that they do seem to be understaffed, which leads to them not being cognizant of everything that is going on. Some of moms clothes were lost or stolen while there. Overall it was a very good experience though and I certainly plan on using them again.

Cambridge Terrace Assisted Living Community has really done a very good job. The facility is very nice and clean, and all the people there are incredibly friendly. I really can't even think of anything they can do to improve. They've just been wonderful!

They are doing a great job, we are very happy with them. I would be hard pressed to give them anything but a five.

My loved one was only here a short time, but overall I thought they did an excellent job at Oak Park. The staff were very friendly, and they fell all over themselves trying to make sure that Mom was comfortable and settled in. The facility itself looked very nice, and it seemed like they do an excellent job looking after the residents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking into care in the area.

I'm really happy with it. It's clean, and the staff is friendly. They are doing a really good job, with helping my dad understand the necessity of some of these things. They have lots of activities going on, but I don't really know that much about those. I do get a few complaints about the food, but it's healthy and fresh, the dining facilities are clean, the food services are good. But the main meal is lunchtime, and that is an adjustment, and the food is pretty bland and generic, it's nothing special. The care has been good, and we are pleased with their services.

This is a lovely place, and the people go out of their way to make sure residents needs are met. My mother moved here sep 12, and we are very pleased so far.

Things have gone very well at Sandia Springs so far. It's a nice looking place, they keep things very clean, the staff have all been very caring and friendly. They've got a good variety of amenities and activities they provide, as well. Overall a good experience.

I have heard nothing but good things about Oak Park from my loved one who is living there. She has been making a lot of friends, everyone in the community seems happy and well taken care of, and they go out of their way to make sure their residents are comfortable.

Their staff is very friendly. They are very responsive, and attentive. They have a lot of activities. The food is good, she says they give her too much. There are a few things that need to be done that haven't yet, little maintenance type things. They seem to be on top of things. We liked the independent living, it's very cozy, and I like the location.

My daughter-in-law and I toured 10 facilities in 3 days searching for a Memory Care unit for my father after the death of my mother. Because we live 1500 miles away, it was important to choose a facility that gives top notch care, be able to communicate with us and not break the bank. We found that here. It is a beautiful facility, and the level of compassion we saw here was far and above many other facilities we toured. It is secure and yet very homey. There were several residents that were still capable of interacting with my still active but confused father, and despite our fears that the move would throw him for a loop, I haven't seen him this happy for years. He told us he loved it and we are praying he will be able to age in place from this point on with dignity and happiness. He has a wonderful view of "his mountain" and the rooms are very well laid out and roomy.

We loved this facility and thoroughly enjoyed meeting with Cari Hickman. Mom was comfortable with the environment and Cari. It is just a matter of being able to afford to live in a one bedroom/one bath unit in the independent living section. Beautiful and welcoming environment!

I'm very happy with it. The staff is very friendly, and they keep it very clean. They are very responsive and attentive. They have quite a few activities. The food is really very good. The biggest reason I chose them, was that they had an option so that the cost of his care would remain the same and the price would not change, it was the special they were running at the time. They all seemed to know his name quite quickly, they will always say hi in the hall and see if anyone needs anything, and do that first.

We were only there a few days. We didn’t really use any of the extra services. I think they were – the caregivers were very loving and very attentive. I think the food was good – they tried to tailor it to her needs.

They are very friendly people who take excellent care of my loved one. I’ve seen people doing exercises in their chair. It’s very friendly and to me it’s more like a family. It’s always been well kept. I got to eat Thanksgiving with my loved one and it was excellent!

This was a nice property with very professional staff. We liked this community alot!

We are exceptionally pleased with Aspen Ridge. Mom is mostly settled and becoming familiar and active in the community. We have been impressed with the facilities , activities and staff. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful in getting Mom settled and comfortable.
