I am glad that my mom is at Aspen Assisted Living - this was a very good choice for her! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

I would say that overall I'm very happy with the choice to be at Aspen. General, overall positive impression of the place compared to others I visited. I've also been very grateful for the help I've received from A Place for Mom, and my advisor [name removed], who has helped me go through several stages (and living options) with my sister, starting in April 2023 until now.

Best place without a doubt and have medical NP overseeing the residents care. I would recommend to others. I picked this community because I knew in my gut it was the best place and I am a nurse practitioner and researched more than 8 places. I am my moms POA but they keep me updated at all times even with the distance. We communicate via phone or text weekly.

Our family had an in person tour with Ashley Court of Brighton and they made it a tough decision for us because the tour experience and community was great

The overall building is clean. This was my first and only place to look. [name removed] was a great sales person, but I feel I made the right choice for the value. I would recommend to other families.

My dad loves it at Aspen! They are preparing for us as family to come in for a Memorial Day BBQ.. great staff. Happy hour on Thursday I get there sometimes for that. I know they offer morning exercise but my dad won’t participate.

I toured for mom on [date removed] with the Administrator. I loved how friendly the entire community seemed happy and engaged with all the seniors. I came at an off time so I wasn't able to see a dining experience but they were doing an activity in their living area. I hope to move foward after her rehab.

The new Director has fresh energy and has brought several improvements along to the facility. It was just the right size. Not too overwhelming for my mom but big enough to have a community. My mother is doing well there. Also, close to my home. It just felt right.

I would rate the friendliness and Care Services a 5 plus! I can't rate the food because I have no idea.

Our overall experience at Aspen Assisted Living was excellent. The facility was always very clean. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always very attentive to the residents' needs. Their kitchen is very efficient and provides 3 meals daily. They kindly assisted my Mother when she was unable to help herself. Although my mother wasn't able to participate in activities, there is an in-house activities director, and there are daily activities. The services and care that Aspen provided to my Mother were superb, and I would very highly recommend this facility to anyone that asks me to guide them. It's a great 'Place For Mom.'

This is an ideal place for your loved ones. They are very helpful, caring, friendly, and the community is very clean. The staff communication with the family is good, and they are responsive to our questions. Anytime there is a change with my loved one, they make sure to call us. Some of the activities available include bowling, bingo, exercises, and more for the resident to participate in.

I don't think my friend would have improved to the point that she could return to independent living if not for the wonderful staff at Aspen. It's a small community and they treat the residents like family. The OT and PT staff helped to change my friend's outlook in general. A very positive experience for me, but more importantly, for her. I highly recommend Aspen. They worked to keep her comfortable and engaged. Administration was accessible to me by text and e-mail, which was very reassuring.

They have wonderful staff that my mother in law adores, she looks at them as her friends! They treat her like family, they have so many activities that we see daily on their FB page, they keep her engaged, she seems so happy and for the money the value has surpassed the cost! They communicate to us via phone when needed, are great we we visit. Best place we could have picked for her.

I would give Ashley Court of Brighton a 10 out of 5 if I could, they have been nothing short of amazing. We felt safe placing her here, they made us feel very comfortable and we knew she would be well taken care of. The staff go above and beyond for anything that the residents may need. I love the fact that all of the buildings are the same - she is moving to another building soon and she will already know the layout. They have a Facebook page where they take pictures and I can see what my sister is up to all the time. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other families.

The facility is clean, room is clean. Communication with the family could improve. I initiate most of the contact with them and would appreciate a phone call from them from time to time. I haven't eaten the food, but no complaints from dad. Overall, we are satisfied with them. They're doing a good job over there.

We chose Aspen because it is a smaller facility that is all one one floor -we did not want him to get lost in the shuffle. They take great care of him here. The care is more personalized and the staff know all of the residents by name. There are only 12 people in the unit he is in. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff from top to bottom. We would absolutely recommend Aspen to others.

It was Awesome. This was my first experience with leaving my Mom while I went on vacation. Aspen Living Place was wonderful from the beginning to the 14 day stay for my Mom. She enjoyed the staff and the other residents that live there. I appreciate all of the staff who came in contract with me and my Mom. The place is clean cozy comfortable. I would come back and if my Mom has to come back on a regularly basis that's the place I would choose. Thanks to all the Staff.

They're amazing. The staff were so friendly and got to know us in such a short time. They were so attentive to my mother. The facility was very homey, very nice, and very clean. The rooms were a nice size. I heard form the other residents that the food was good. We had a little bit of sticker shock, but we were pleased with the quality they provided.

From the very first visit I had a warm feeling about Aspen. I visited many other places and was always drawn back to Aspen. They embraced not only my Dad but my entire family. I was always keep informed on how he was doing and any request I made was always completed. The entire staff was not only professional but very caring. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Thank you Aspen Staff for your exceptional service.

My mom was a resident at Aspen’s Assisted Living facility for 6 months. When touring the facility I noticed it was a small community and the staff and residents were very welcoming, which created a family like environment. Staff was always professional and attentive while caring for my mom. The leadership provided by Pam, Brittany, Camille and Linda exceeded my expectations making Aspen Assisted Living an awesome place.
