Moving my longtime friend into assisted living after many years in his own home was a major life transition, and the team at Beaver Lake Lodge made the process far easier than we ever expected. From our very first conversations, Tom was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution. He took the time to answer every question and guide us through what can be an overwhelming process. Once my friend moved in, [Name Removed] became our primary point of contact and has been exceptional. She has been responsive, compassionate, and attentive to both my friend’s needs and my concerns as his Medical and Financial Power of Attorney. Her professionalism and kindness have given me tremendous confidence that he is receiving excellent care and support. I would also like to recognize[Name Removed] for creating an environment that truly feels welcoming and personal. It is clear that the culture at Beaver Lake Lodge starts with leadership. The staff have been accommodating, caring, and focused on making residents feel at home rather than simply living in a facility. One aspect that immediately stood out to me was how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the facility is. From the common areas to the resident spaces, everything is kept in outstanding condition. The environment is warm, comfortable, and inviting, which provides tremendous peace of mind to both residents and their families. My friend recently moved from Rhode Island and is approaching his 80th birthday. This transition could have been stressful and difficult, but thanks to the entire team, he has settled in comfortably and already feels part of the community. As someone entrusted with both Medical and Financial Power of Attorney for my friend, I have interacted extensively with the team throughout this process. Their honesty, communication, and genuine concern for residents have consistently impressed me. I am sincerely grateful for the support, professionalism, compassion, and dedication shown by everyone at Beaver Lake Lodge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted living community for a loved one.

So far it's been a 5. Not as many activities as my mom would like. I would recommend it especially if someone was looking for a smaller place.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very nice community but we just did not see a lot of activity going on. we only saw a few residents, it just seemed a little quite. It was also to remote for our family, we were not the most happy with the rooms and there was not kitchenette.

I have only been in the facility twice since we have moved my mom in here. She has been taken care of well and we are really pleased with our experience so far. With covid we cannot visit, but they have been good with communication with our family members. It is a very nice, small environment and that is exactly what we were looking for. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.

My mother lived here for a few years. She loved it! Staff is good! Food is good! Everyone is pleasant and kind and caring.

This place is wonderful! So very homey! Everyone is kind, considerate, and loving. The ladies that live here are sweet. The staff is the best! The food is delicious. Couldn't ask for anything or place that's better.

I have visited a loved oned for four years. All staff is pleasant, know my name and treat guests with love, kindness, and respect. There are activities and outings, meals are homecooked daily, and all rooms are private. The outdoor area is landscaped, beautiful woods, and a deck to enjoy. A place I would not mind retiring too!

My dad lived at Beaver Lake for 3 years. What a beautiful facility!! He was so happy here. The staff was always happy, friendly, and caring.

Mom moved into this facility last year. She was in pretty poor health and seemed to not care about much of anything. It took just a couple of months to see a big change in mom's appearances and attitude. What a change. So happy that mom moved into Beaver Lake.

My mother has lived at Pine Hill for 2 years. Her care at Pine Hill is consistently excellent. The setting of Pine Hill is wooded and quiet. The facility is clean and homey. Pine hill's greatest attribute is their mature group of devoted staff with no turnover.

My mom has been at Pine Hill for three years. She is very happy there (minus the current quarantine with no visitors). She loves the food, and activities as well as her friends, both residents and staff. I feel like the residents and staff are part of our family! They call when there is a concern or question. She has been able to "Face time" during the quarantine.

My sister and I are so thankful to have found such a great living arrangement for our Mother, especially during this Corona virus event. The staff is loving, helpful, professional, pro-active and caring - We couldn't be more impressed with them. The facility itself is perfect for my Mother, who has extreme vision loss. For her, it is perfect.

My Grandmother lives at Pine Hill and she absolutely loves her family there. Everyone I have had the pleasure of coning in contact with has been wonderful. She loves living there and is happy to call it home!

The staff is comforting when needed, go above and beyond, and great with my not so easy to deal with mom. The inside and grounds are always neat and clean. It is very homey/family feeling when you are there.
