The staff members are amazing - they treat their residents like family, and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and at home. The facilities are top-notch, with lots of amenities and activities to keep residents engaged and happy. I would recommend this building to anyone looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.

Having lived in several independent and assisted facilities in this area, Vancouver Pointe rates at the very top Employees are clean, professional, courteous and above all very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make a resident feel at home. The facility is very clean. The food is absolutely excellent with an extensive menu, a daily special that I found is good as any fine restaurant . Apartments are very spacious - with a delightful large kitchen and modern appliances. Lots of activities with lots of enthusiasm. Good Security. I feel very safe in here. The Director is very knowledgeable and friendly. Goes out of her way to help explain or answer questions a resident may have. I am so delighted that I found Vancouver Pointe. Thank you.

Overall service and responses to any issues/questions are positive and timely. The activities are particularly excellent and the friendly nature makes life here most comfortable.

I just moved to Sunstone Village and I have lived here for almost three months and I love it! From all the daily activities, to daily work out classes I truly can’t get enough! I recently lost my husband and felt very alone. I wanted to find new friends and connect with people again and I quickly did at Sunstone! Maintenance is great, my work request are always handled quickly. Office staff is fabulous! [name removed] and her team are warm and friendly. It’s hard to finds great staff that tend to an older group of people that are kind and respectful. The staff is truly the crown jewel of Sunstone with [name removed] as the backbone.The staff truly go out of their way by bringing packages to our door daily, answering any and all needs I have in a timely manner, and always offering outstanding customer service. Five stars from me! Happy to be home finally!

I love living here! Staff is so friendly and so are all my neighbors! Happy I chose Sunstone from my home! Only complaint I have is the online portal is hard to use. They don’t allow credit cards online and I would love to pay my rent with credit for the miles. Besides that I have no worries I’m in heaven. So happy to be here!

My experience with the Springs is AWESOME! I've been here since October of last year with absolutely no complaints. Management and staff are top notch, I can't say thank you enough for all you've done!!! Also, I'd like to add personally how your insight, knowledge, encouragement, and expertise was the difference in my new search for an affordable new residence. They have all kinds of activities for seniors going on all the time. There's a swimming pool. They have game nights and dancing nights. There's a big TV area where they have dinners. It's a nice place with good people. The staff are great. The cost is on par with other places in the area. They offer studios, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom apartments, as well as detached cottages, which are really nice. The facility is clean and secure, and they've done a lot of updates. The maintenance staff is great - you can turn in a request in the morning, and often you'll come home that same day and they've already taken care of it.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, it is a very clean community and we were very impressed with it.

We recently moved to Schuyler Commons and love it here. Everyone is friendly and the staff is very responsive. Our apartment is beautiful and easy to clean. Our kitty is welcome as is our family when they visit. Lots of wonderful activities as well. I highly recommend living here

We love SunStone Village as a 55+ community. The residents and staff are very friendly. There are activities for the residents. All of the apartments are one story with outside entrances. The grounds are very pleasant with many mature trees. There is a very nice club house with a large multi-purpose room for a number of activities for residents. There is a big, well equipped fitness center with a number of instructor led exercise classes. A large, outdoor pool is off the back of the club house with an area for outside grilling. Shopping is very convenient with numerous stores nearby.
