We are extremely happy with their service. Jim Crews was very responsive, we were always able to get him on his personal cell phone if we needed anything. We were able to keep the same people most of the time. If we gave them short notice, they would accommodate us, and even try to rearrange the schedule so that we could have our regular caregivers. They were more responsive than the others we checked with. It's a really great service.

They were good, they were friendly, and we had some consistency of caregivers, so there weren't always different people coming out. The staff was knowledgable and responsive. There isn't anything we would have done differently or had improved. This was in home hospice so cleanliness and activities don't apply.

We are very happy with them they have been very nice and knowledgeable. They are able to accommodate for the varied schedule we have. We have different people on different days, but that works for us. We have not really had any problems with people showing up late or not showing up. This is home care so cleanliness and activities do not applyl.

They have six or seven office personnel, different people for different things, if you want to call or cancel you talk to one person and if there is a problem then you speak to whoever is in charge of that. They do not take credit cards but they do send a thorough bill every two weeks. We have the same two people come on a regular basis, and they are easy to speak with and very caring. They let me know that things are ok and whether or not my loved one is happy. They have called every time it snowed, the day before so I can make arrangements. I am not allowed to call the caregiver, you have to call the office, they want to know everything the caregiver knows, in some ways this is good and in other ways it can be frustrating.

They have done a very good job. They are about average in price. The caregivers are friendly, and we get the same people to come out. There haven't been any problems with people being late or not showing up. The caregivers are knowlegeable and reliable. There isn't really anything I can think of that can be approved.

A bit of background on myself, so that you may know where my review is coming from- I am a Nursing Supervisor in a very large Atlanta hospital . I manage over 300 RN's, LPN's, Patient Care Techs, and Surgical Techs on a daily basis. My review of Home Care Assistance service comes not only from an emotional place, but from my daily professional experience. Our family has found the service to be incredibly professional, attentive, and thorough. All aspects of our experience have been exceptional. This was our first time needing a caregiver and all of our questions were answered quickly and follow up was superb. The Assistants assigned to our Father are top notch and he is thriving under their care. I cannot recommend this service enough. From a professional and emotional standpoint, Home Care Assistance Service cannot be beat.

Service has been good so far. The caregivers have been friendly and competent, and we haven't run into any issues with scheduling. Due to our location caregivers are only available on certain days of the week, so if they could expand that it would be nice. Mom can be difficult to work with, but they'd been very accommodating.

ComForcare is awesome! The value is tremendous and the care is top notch. my sister and i are tremendously pleased. My mom has dementia that is moderate. Medically she's pretty good but she needs someone to keep her company, engage with her, and look out for her in terms of safety and meals. Her care is less medically focused than what others might need but for us, our caregiver is perfect! My mom adores her. We could not be happier. She's extremely reliable and very contentious in attending to my mom. She really pays attention and watches my mom to see what she needs because my mom might not necessarily say she's cold but her caregiver pays attention and notices when my mom needs something. I can tell she genuinely likes my mom. We're extremely pleased! We've had to have a sub a few times and they are so on top of that. One of the top people always escorts the new person to the home to orient them. They're always on time and they really work to provide continuity of care which means a lot to us.

We have one girl and I would give her beyond a five. She's fantastic. For what I needed it was hard to find a service that could help because I only needed two hours a day so every other place was like 3 hours minimum. With Right At Home I got what I wanted at a fair price. The caregiver is giving my mom a shower, she'll do her nails, she'll do her hair, she'll do just about anything I want her to. She does some physical therapy with her and gets her walking. Most importantly she talks to her. The whole time she's here the two of them are chatting away. I'm very fortunate to have her. My mother lives with me and I work in the mornings so I just needed the support a few times a week. They were able to give me what I needed. I really takes the burden off me.

My mother-in-law has someone coming in a few times a week for two or three hours at a time. It's working out fine so far. I would recommend them to others. As far as I know, there is nothing they could improve on at this time.

They're onsite at Edgewood Downs and it's absolutely excellent. They're different people, one lady comes Monday, Wednesday, Friday and she's in school full time and wants to get into home health care as a profession. Another lady works Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and then the manager/director for the on-site buzzes in and out all the time and when she comes through the dining room she gives hugs out to all of the clients and everything.

I used Right at home and Love them, however my mother had a stroke so my direction has changed. I will use them again once mom is home and after I find out her hours from Medical IHSS and they have been exhausted on a monthly basis. I worked with a few other sevices and Lisa came our ASAP and had a caregiver with her they met our needs she came to the rescue when other where saying we will get back to you or someone will call you on Monday. I needed a person in place on Monday not looking for a call and then a possible available caregiver. RIGHT at Home is the best and would recommend them to any and all that need there type of service.

She helps him, she feeds him, if I don't get him to bed she does and gives him his medications and she encourages him to get up and stuff like that. I was just calling around and Options called me a couple of times and when I decided I needed somebody I called Options. They responded quickly and actually came out to meet with me and then they brought the care taker out so I could meet her before she came in. We had to chage shifts a few times to what I thought would work best as far as being at work and stuff but they worked with me and we got it worked out.

The price seemed reasonable and the care was very good. The couple of times I used them it was kind of in emergency situations where I needed them for my wife and I was actually going to the hospital to the emergency room. They were very responsive. They came though for us within hours and with good people. I was surprised at how good they were. I'm sure we'll use them again.

Deb Vermillion was very helpful and a pleasure to work with while selecting home care for my parents. I have recommended her to several friends who are dealing with elderly parents, and will continue to recommend Comforcare to others as needed. My mother is very happy with the home assistant Deb has provided for her, and will be reaching out to Comforecare for more assistance in the future

We knew our father had to either go in to a skilled nursing community or have to have someone provide in home care. His desire was to be at home and Right at Home really made it easy. We like them from the very first time we contacted them based on A Place for Mom's recommendation. The made the entire process very simply and getting everything started and moving was very easy. They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.

I actually did some research a while back but didn't need it at the time. When we needed it this time we just called Seth up and everything fell into place. We are glad we did our research before because it make it that much easier when we actually needed them.

The caregivers at Magic Touch Home Care have been cooking lunches and dinners for my mom and she has started gaining weight back that she had lost. The doctor says she is doing really good, she looks so much better. my whole family met with the Director Perfecto, and we were all pretty pleased. He explained everything to us and kept in touched and followed up with us too. Magic Touch has been true to their word. Perfecto completely understood my mom's need for the same caregivers. The caregivers have been very helpful, they've texted me her improvements, they take notes in a journal about my mom's care and I am contacted if there are any concerns. Magic Touch Home Care relieves a lot of pressure and stress because they make sure she is fed and is taking her medication. Absolutely no complaints. The caregivers will even take mom to nail or hair appointments, they'll pick up any grocery items she requests, and they can transport her in emergencies. Any questioned I had they answered, the whole family is happy with Magic Touch.

My family is very satisfied with Abundant Blessings' services and personnel. Every week my father is provided transportation so that he may continue his routine of grocery shopping and running errands, and in the process he has companionship and his health is being monitored. The cost for this service is reasonable. As a bonus the agency also provides light housekeeping services. Abundant Blessings has been working out very well (after an initial change, my father has had the same provider for almost a year now), and my father is pleased with not only the services but the home-care provider as well. My family and I are satisfied with the quality of the services and the professionalism of the service provider, who is knowledgeable, flexible, understanding, and just plain nice (respectful, composed, pleasant and good-natured). We had considered two other home care companies, and in the end chose Abundant Blessings Homecare and we have no regrets.

I am very satisfied with them. They are quick to respond to any type of emergency or problem. We didn’t like one of the mid day caretakers and they replaced them right away. They have very good communication and help to keep us informed on everything that’s going on. The people are just lovely and it there ever is a problem we know that they will resolve it permanently.
