We've been using BrightStar for about three weeks now and so far things are going great. Mom has really adjusted to having her aid here and it gives me a break! Mom and her aid are really developing a great relationship and she has got Mom to do things I could never get her to do. One thing that was a bit concerning is after signing the papers and confirming that we're ready to start services I never heard from the agency. I had to contact them to figure out what's next. They did do a great job finding the perfect match for Mom and I'm hoping that with time it continues to go well!

We have been satisfied with Connecticut Nursing Services and their staff that has been helping with my mother in law. Everything is going very good, the staff is very helpful and very accommodating to my mother in law. There's this one Nurse that comes in by the name of Selen she is a big hit with my mother in law and she comes at 9:30 in the morning and at the time my mother in law watches Mass on the t.v. and she sits there with her and watches it along with her and we think that is very nice of her to do and through out the day as she does her duties she will sing some of the songs they heard on Mass that morning. The agency is very professional and we are very happy with everything.

This home care agency we were working with was doing just fine. My mother was very pleased with them. The CNA that came in and help with my father did everything she could do to help. If we ever needed to use home care again i would choose Southern Companions. We were very satisfied with their services.

We have been very happy with the service. They have been friendly and reliable.

We utilized services through Endeavor when going on vacation and things went smoothly. The staff was great and very friendly and I came home to a clean home which was great! We ended up moving Mom to an Assisted Living community but the services were great and I'd recommend if needed.

They provide home health care services. They come into the house and assist us. The staff is very friendly and take care of services we need them to take care of. They do not offer any activities because it is home health care where they come into the house.

The service my mother and I received since we came to Senior Helpers has far exceeded both of our expectations. She is very happy with where she is and I am too.

We're very happy with how things have turned out with ALLCare! The owner was very upfront with us when we contacted them, and a big help throughout the whole process. The caregiver we're working with, Rebecca, has been absolutely wonderful. It's been a great experience overall!

I can not think of a single improvement that the Home Care Assistance service needs to make. I have no complaints about any of them. What they are doing is fine and everything with them is as good as it can be.

Would recommend to friends and family , everybody here is great .

So far things are working out very well. They have been very good, and are reliable. We like the girl they send out, and may need to add more hours later in the year.

Our experience with Right at Home was a good one, overall. They were accommodating and responded quickly to any communications, and the caregivers they sent were friendly and professional.

Our experience with Home Care Assistance of St. Louis has been a very good one! Our contact person got back to us promptly, and the aides have been very attentive, helpful, and personable!

I think Interim Healthcare is very nice to work with. We have had very good luck with the girl. I have no complaints. I has been a good experience with them.

Griswold was knowledgeable and up front. As someone completely new to having a sick and/ or dying parent, there are lots of unknowns that you don't even know to think about or ask. They had lots of advice about things I hadn't even begun to consider on this road to elder care. The person they sent out, Linda, was invaluable. My mom fell for her and would not let her go even though we had other relatives step up to help. She was thorough and gentle and we felt she really cared for my mom and my dad as well.

They come out and make sure mom can maintain independence.

We are only utilizing services for a short amount of time during the week and are very happy with the services so far. It's been a pleasure having an agency that is so attentive to the services provided. They always call to check in which I really appreciate and the caregiver go above and beyond for us for the short amount of time we are using them. They even feed my dogs! Overall I am thoroughly impressed!

We have had the pleasure of having AllCare Associates Home Care providers in our home for the past few years. The care they have provided has been exceptional. Not only do they work for our family, they have become a part of it. They are respectful, gentle, caring, and quite capable. Our loved one has Alzheimer's, and the ladies have provided loving care for her - even in some very trying situations. In addition, she is seen by an AllCare nurse who oversees and manages the care given. She also provides extensive, detailed care herself, all the while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Finally, the concern and dedication of the administrative staff has been top notch. They are always willing to listen to our requests, make any necessary adjustments, and continually provide for all of our needs. Our loved one has recently moved into a nursing facility, and the caregivers have followed her there - once again assuring she continues to receive excellent care. We highly recommend AllCare Associates Home Care.

I think that they did an awesome job from start to finish; from the interview process to the end. They did a good job in hiring the right people who, personality wise,matched up with my mother. I was pleased with the entire experience.
