Katrix Agency is professional. My father was assigned a caregiver who goes above and beyond to meet the needs of an elderly client with sun downing syndrome. Additionally, the owner is accessible. Whenever I need to discuss a matter regarding updates with my father's medication, I am able to immediately reach the appropriate staff. Thank you.

Very professional. Great owners. They were on time. Friendly. Both the owners are nurses very helpful. They came home to do an assessment and i chose them right away after speaking to t hem. My wife is also pleased with their care.

We used a senior aide from Ezra via my employment EAP benefit. My wife had a broken ankle and needed help to get in and out of our house to go to a medical appointment. She was excellent in assisting. While we were at the appointment she did cleaning, and WOW - I never thought to see the living room devoid of fur from our 4 cats! Also, the Ezra manager was very proactive in contacting us once [removed] requested to book them and was available to answer any questions. Definitely recommend!

Everyone has been both kind and helpful....the owner and caregivers....no complaints! They have also been very accommodating and flexible with scheduling needs.

All 5. They are the best!! So happy with everything. They haven't missed a single one of their 12 hour shifts. If someone calls in sick, they find a replacement. They are very reliable. The caregivers are so friendly and go over and above to make sure my mother is well taken care of.
