5 all the way around. I like everything I have seen and yes I would recommend Forest Hills Place to other families.

I like the apartments because they are very roomy and have a patio. Also the food seems to be pretty good. The only issue I have is the Wi-Fi that's supposed to be included but it's not working properly. My father-in-law TV hasn't been working because they're not he's not getting a good Internet speed. I have spoken to them about that and will follow up tomorrow with them on the issue, but otherwise everything is good. The staff everybody's friendly, nice and professional.

I like it a lot! Everything I asked for moving my mom in, I got. The staff is caring . They call me if my mom needs anything. I call them with questions, concerns and scheduling information. The facility is rated 4.5 stars it should be 5Star.

I have lived here a few months and I absolutely love it! Food is great, and everyone is very friendly. There are a good amount of activities and the community seems very active. I also like that I can get transportation for shopping and appointments. Very happy so far!

My mother has been at Wyndmoor for over 5 years now. This facility provided the diligent care necessary during the COVID pandemic! No cases of COVID outbreak until Dec 2020 and even that was limited and handled with excellence. The management team has been very consistent for the past 5 years. Level of care has and continues to be excellent. I knew it was the place for my mom from the moment I walked in the front door and saw a number of residents in the lobby gathered together.

Forest Hills Place gets all 5 stars from our family. We had no issues what so ever during my loved ones stay there. They were excellent - even when my aunt passed away. I would definitely recommend this facility to others who are looking for care for a loved one.

I'm currently a resident at Gates Mills Club and I'm grateful to be here. I haven't used the cleaning yet. The meals and dining are okay. I will say, they do need more staff at this facility. I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

[name removed] and the staff at Wyndmoor go above and beyond for my Mom. So very impressed and touched about the care my Mom is receiving there. So very thankful for them! I can rest easy know she is in good and caring hands. FYI- I am a RN.

They are really nice at Forest Hills Place. The staff really look out for mom. The facility is really nice, and they keep it very clean. It's updated. I just really like the place.

Our family had a virtual tour and spoke with the staff on the phone, and it was really nice. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly and informative.

If you want your loved one to experience the love and care they deserve then Wyndmoore in Marion Indiana is the best place for them to be. My sister [name removed] was there for about 3 yrs. She had a hard time adjusting because of her independence but the staff and the residents took her under their wings and she found she had a lot of people who really cared for her. They went over and above what anybody would expect and compared to her attitude when she first moved in until she passed, there was a total difference in her personality. She loved her place, her friends and the staff. The last two years of her stay were some of her BEST years. I can't thank the staff and the residents enough for what did for my sister. I'm so grateful for all of them. My sisters and I said if we ever needed a place in our last days to go to, this would be where we would want to be.

While no facility is perfect...this place is overall a great place. As with everywhere COVID has effected our facility but the admin has taken our safety very seriously and has taken many protective measures to protect us.

They were excellent. We experienced a very supportive and loving staff. The residents there seemed happy. And the staff were engaged in their care. My loved one loved the food, and that's coming from a picky eater. She also loved the activities. They were fabulous.

The staff members there have been great, and our loved one is very happy with the meals. Sometimes it is hard for our loved one to participate in the activities but they have a lot of things to do. The staff have kept up really good communication with our family as well., and the value for cost is great.

Overall, I think it was a great place. There was always somebody there to answer the phone, which I really liked. They were very pleasant. You can tell people liked their jobs, which really sets a nice tone for the culture. I would highly recommend them. My only frustration was communication with the nursing staff could have been better. They didn't always return calls right away, to myself as his caregiver or to other medical facilities. Sometimes it took a couple of days. Activities looked really interesting and fun. They really offered a lot, just some of the activities were not currently ongoing due to Covid. There were lots of little sitting areas to go and read. The entryway was a very spacious, three-story atrium, so it was very bright when you walked in. I was pleasantly surprised that it was the most reasonable of all the facilities I looked at.

I love their customer service and the community is a wonderful place to live. My mother loves her apartment.

[name removed] has lived at Wyndmoor since [date removed] has not complained about anything. He loves it there. He tells me all the time how nice everyone is. I appreciate every one.

This facility is wonderful! Everyone is friendly. The staff are so helpful. I feel safe here. When I have been ill they have taken care of me. There are many things to do, including a raised garden, movies, board games and cards, daily crossword puzzles, sudoku, jumbo. They have washers and dryers available and a huge library.

This experience has been made easier by the friendly staff, resident involvement, and overall professionalism here. Changing lifestyles is scary but they made it easy.
