The card that Spring Village provides to its residence is bar none. The attention and care the staff gives is truly beyond in an industry that is often marred with bad press. There is continued fun activities offered on a daily based which is so important to keeping the residence engaged. I applaud Spring Village for the continued commitment to their residence.

Today's tour at Spring Village at Pocono left a lasting impression. The warmth and kindness shown by everyone made me feel welcome. As I consider relocating my mother from another local facility, the doctor's recommendation for Spring Village feels like the right choice. Grateful for the positive experience during the tour and looking forward to making Spring Village her new home.

I recently moved my husband into this facility. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. He loves the food and daily activities. For someone that is an introvert he has really gotten out of his shell with the help of the staff. I am very impressed with how clean the building is and how it feels like home. I cannot thank everyone enough for what they have done to help us through this time.

Her passion while explaining the community was evident, and it's clear that every employee loves their job. We're anticipating our mother's move in this January, choosing to wait until after the holidays. The community is truly stellar.

My family and I recently moved our father into Spring Village at Dover. This was not an easy decision to make but this community is amazing. From the start the staff and directors were all very friendly and helpful. They are filled with knowledge to help which made this process a lot easier. My father loves the social activities and the food. Thank you to everyone there that has helped through this hard time. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

The staff are empathetic and compassionate. More than that they share and show love with the residents. They treat them with respect and great care.

When my parents moved into Summerhill 5-6years ago, they took adjoining rooms to give themselves both a BR and a LR/den layout plus the option of separate sleeping quarters (sofabed) if one of them became ill. They loved it! After dad was hospitalized to get medical care of his chronic leg problems, he picked up CoVid and was not able to return to Summerhill for the 6 months he held on through various challenges. Mom then downsized into a single room and keeps her nonagenarian spirits up by being surrounded with the things that she loves, frequent family visits, and the very professional care she gets from the upbeat staff at Summerhill and the company of fellow residents when she’s not reading, doing her exercises, catching up with the news and enjoying Happy Hour. In the years she’s been there, I’ve never seen the place look unsanitary; the staff have always been nothing but friendly, helpful, accommodating, sensible and about their responsibilities. We are so happy with Spring Village. My dad is happy here as well. He loves the activities and the staff. I would recommend Spring Village to anyone looking for AL home.

The staff here is very attentive and caring with my Aunt who has been in their care for 3+ years. They always answer our calls/questions and go beyond expectations to help her and us. They are a big comfort to us since we live pretty far away. [names removed] and everyone have been phenomenal.

I find it hard to believe that care needs aren't met because, in my case, both my parents thrive in this community. The staff, including [names removed], go above and beyond, demonstrating exceptional dedication and hard work. Whenever we need assistance, a simple call to these care managers ensures everything is promptly taken care of. I can confidently say they deserve not just 5, but 10 stars for their outstanding service. It's rare to find a place with such a committed and long-standing staff – most of them have been there for years, a testament to the positive work environment. Spring Village has become a second home for my parents, providing not only great care but also a warm, family-like atmosphere. I challenge anyone to find a place with a more devoted and attentive staff. Without hesitation I highly recommend Spring Village.

The Spring Village of Danbury community has the the feeling of a family. When you enter the building, you are always greeted by a smiling face. The staff is always friendly and genuinely cares about the well being of all residents they serve.

We have a family member at Spring Village. Small, loving community where everyone knows her name. Very clean, affordable and always someone to help us. Staff loves the residents, takes time with each one and truly loves what they do and it shows.

Spring Village at Pocono exceeded my expectations! The team here is exceptionally helpful and welcoming. From the first interaction, their friendliness and assistance made my dad’s transition from home easy.

Very nice facility with caring staff. On-site therapy, hairdresser, nursing. Monthly concerts, daily bingo, crafts, etc. Friendly and nurturing. Clean and cute apartments. Laundry and housekeeping included.

My dear sister with Alzheimer’s has been living in Spring Village in Stratford, CT for two years. When she arrived she was anxious, miserable and confused. The staff has taken great care to help her feel loved, safe and cared for, and has worked with us, her family, helping us in every way to navigate this new life with our loved one. Through their constant attention to what my sister needs, her adjustment has been miraculous. She now feels happy, and says how lucky she is. We could not be more pleased with the care she is receiving at Spring Village.
