The Value this community offers the residents and their families is above and beyond. Imagine a life where the stress is eliminated, meeting new friends, 24/7 care team available when needed. The residents are still in control and the staff is there to help support their individual needs. Easy to navigate and everything is done to provide choice, and social opportunity. The furnishings can be provided for no extra cost. Families have always shared how this experience has given them their peace of mind, and their relationships back with their loved ones because they are no longer having to provide all the support and can go back to being their son or daughter. Partnering with the families for the very best care possible in a community setting.

My mother had excellent care here and it was ll top of the line. The staff could not do no enough for my mother. My mother loved the food and she thought it was great. Anything she wanted she got. She never had any complaints or anything. They also had activities like bingo, exercise and other things in the community.

Elmcroft of Florence is a nice and neat community, our loved one is enjoying their stay and enjoying the meals.

We chose Manor Hills because of the close proximity to our home as well as the value for the money. Sometimes it has been hard to get a hold of the administrative staff. Overall its been a good experience and I would recommend them.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is bright, cheery, and clean. The rooms are nice and the staff do a good job at keeping it clean. The residents are out of their rooms and able to socialize.

It does like feel like a facility, it is so homey and comfortable you would not even know it was a senior living community. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend The Manor House to others. They engaged the residents every single day, and even when they had to lock down the staff still went around delivering puzzles, quizzes or candies with notes on them. They don't let the residents just sit and waste in their rooms, when they are able to get out and about the staff take full advantage.

Our family had an in person tour and we really like Atria Weston, this was initially the place we wanted our loved one to go but because of her level of dementia she had behavioral issues and they were not able to take her.

So far my loved one enjoys it here.

This is a nice community for your loved one. You will feel like your loved one is safe and cared for. I know that they did have activities however, my loved one could not attend. Even though my loved one was not there long they did there best. All my interactions with the staff were well. The care there was wonderful, my loved ones needs just superseded what they were able to provide.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We chose Peregrine Senior Living because it is a smaller facility and felt homier and less confusing. My dad has some vision issues so this set up is really good for him. The meals here are chef prepared and he enjoys them. The care manager that they have right now now is a saint. The staff is phenomenal, they are so patient, kind, and very helpful when it comes to adjusting to hard situations. They are a hidden gem, I would highly recommend.

This community is very strict with covid guidelines. They have not had a covid case with the staff or residents. The food is cooked by a Michelin chef. They are very kind and attentive to my loved one he loves it there.

This was a beautiful facility, it was just to big for my loved ones. I did not feel like they would be able to handle how big the community was. It was just not the right fit for my loved ones.

This is a small friendly community. The management seem to address any issues that I have , they have been very helpful and cooperative. Sometimes the staff can be a little difficult to work with however, whenever it was addressed it was resolved.

I would tell others that the community is friendly and clean. It is a good value for the money. The food is very good, and there is a new chef at the community. The staff are accommodating for the residents dietary options.

We toured Atria Weston Place, and they are great. It is an older facility that is cheaper than where we placed my mom, but I would give the care and the administrative staff 5 stars.

I've had my grandfather at Ocean Meadows for a year and a half. Since newer management the community has been remodeled and I really love the nurses and leadership they have in place. I trust he's loved and cared for. The activity person has went out of her way to get him involved in art and music and baking. Stuff he hasn't done in years but she is patient with him. So much better than the nursing home I previously had him in.

The sales director had a very no-pressure approach and didn't overpromise. She really dealt the cards out straight regarding cost. You paid for it for sure, but they had staff available at all times to check on the residents and make sure they have what they need. They wanted my loved one to come in to be evaluated to see what she needed, which I though was really good. I liked that they had a multi-step process for admitting residents rather than just trying to sell her an apartment. I felt like I had a really good relationship with them. The timing of it just didn't work out because I needed to move my loved one quickly from a different community.
