I have only been able to see the inside of the community on the initial tour, but everything was very clean. The staff members are the best, and the meals they serve are the best. Our loved one really enjoys going to their movie nights.

Our Mom has been a Resident in Memory Care for 2 plus years now. Our family is very happy with the care, concern & respect that has been shown to our Mother and us as family members. Even during this past year during the pandemic they took extra time to make sure we were all informed of daily activities and the health status of residents and staff. This was very comforting to us as "outsiders" were not allowed to visit for some time. I would recommend RDC to all of my friends in regards to the care of their elderly parents. Very Satisfied!

Residences at Coffee Creek is an outstanding and beautiful place for our dad. His recent move to his memory care apartment has been an extremely positive experience. The staff has been wonderful with taking care of his move -especially [name removed] who has been awesome with the communication and the excellent attention to our dad's needs. I have consistently been informed how well our dad is doing and how much they enjoy having him there. Most importantly, he is happy, healthy and well cared for. We feel so blessed that he has such compassionate caregivers who go above and beyond to help him adjust wonderfully to his new surroundings. I am very grateful for all of the wonderful staff at Coffee Creek!

My parents moved to Residences at Coffee Creek in [date removed]. They enjoyed their spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with a huge walk-in closet. They were very excited that the dining room was open from 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. daily, and the bistro was open 24/7. In [date removed], my parents needed to move to a memory care apartment. With the COVID-19 mandates, we could not help them move. The staff moved all of their belongings to their new apartment and brought their extra furniture outside for us to pick up safely. As my parents celebrated their 65th anniversary in August, the staff helped provide a cake for them and sent me pictures of the celebration. Anytime my mother needs supplies or just a phone call to be reassured, a staff member calls me immediately. The staff has been great to work with; [name removed], director; [name removed], head nurse; in addition to all of individuals who have helped my parents. The many shift nurses are always willing to give me an update on any current situation.

My grandmother moved in about two months ago from a different assisted living in the region. We had no idea what we were missing until we came to Residences at Coffee Creek. The administrative staff made us feel very secure and were extremely helpful throughout the move-in process. We have been extremely pleased with her care. My grandmother is mostly independent but does need help with her medications and her insulin shots. She has made some friends and I feel like she is in the safest place she can be during this pandemic. She is signed up to get her vaccine and I couldn’t be more pleased with the emphasis the staff has on the health of their residents. Her previous place felt very much like a nursing home and Coffee Creek feels like a luxury hotel. I can’t say enough good things. If you are dissatisfied at the place you are currently, I encourage you to check out Coffee Creek. It is truly a step above!”

We are so pleased with North Wood and have been for almost two years. Everyone is professional, kind, thorough and responsive. [name removed] seems comforted and happy and that is all we can ask.

Beautiful Apartments and facility. Staff is friendly and accommodating, they do a lot of activities and events. The food is great, lovely dining area with inside and outdoor seating, even a little bistro area for snacks and drinks. The location couldn't be better, right off the highway and toll road but back by the Watershed so there is a pretty view of the park, walking areas, and nicely manicured grassy areas in front. I have visited many other facilities in the area (Lake and Porter Counties, in Indiana) and can say without a doubt this is the best Assisted Living Facility I have personally had experience with.

My sister [name removed] is a resident. I have been impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this community. Easy for residents to be in living area and participate in activities and eating areas. [name removed] looks good when I visit. Her room and bathroom are in good order. I miss visiting here during COVID-19 and look forward to better days ahead. Window visits have helped.

Attractive, inviting accommodations for residents. Everything is very clean and well cared for! Activities and visitations interviewed by COVID-19 otherwise North Woods has a good variety of staff-led things "going on." My wife was at North Woods for over one year. And well pleased!

Staff is very caring and attentive to the residents. Administration, nurses, and care staff open to reasonable requests, and respite to instinctive needs.

It is difficult to give an informed evaluation as I've not had the opportunity to actually come inside the facility yet due to COVID-19. Here are some thought so far: - The staff seem very approachable and caring (demeanor) - Available to contact (in practice) - My mother's health and wellbeing seems to be enhanced and protected from COVID-19 - I'm given good opportunities to facetime and window visit I don't have anything negative o say at this point!!

Staff was genuinely caring and professional. Staff was not all teenagers who didn't care about the residents as I have seen at other facilities. Director is hands-on and cares about the residents. Food is much better than precious facility. Activities director loved the residents.

My Dad was suffering from the effects of an intracranial hemorrhagic stroke and was becoming combative at home. With the three of us children living states away, Mom could no longer take care of him alone. We needed to find a place that would cater to his specific medical needs, keep him safe, but also provide a loving and comforting environment. After talking with friends who had similar issues and completing some independent research, we reached out to The Residences at Coffee Creek. [name removed] was able to answer all my questions and made this difficult decision so much easier. Within the next week and with their assistance, we were able to complete all the necessary paperwork and COVID-19 testing. Dad was not able to travel without great effort, so their nurse came out to our home to complete the paperwork and testing required. They also offered the services of their bus to transport Dad to his new home. We were very unsettled about the timing of this decision, as his situation improved one day and regressed the next. However, once we made the decision and moved him, we were so appreciative of the care and support he received. I think he was happier at the Residences than he was at home. He seemed to eat better as the food was outstanding, and he was able to positively interact with others in the unit. His combativeness subsided and he seemed more at ease. I have no doubt that his last days were much happier because of the care he received at Residences. The nurses and staff truly treated him like family!
