Nice facility. Liked the location. Accommodations were a little dated, but renovations were being made. Nice courtyard area.

the facility is very large and hotel like. Doubtful they have enough staff. It does look nice and has many activity rooms. Just not well suited for High assisted living.

[Removed] gave us a very good informative and friendly tour. We could also live at Westmont Town Court.

My husband is doing well in the Memory Care and the community is fine. They have activities for the residents. I join with him so he can try it out. The food is really good and I usually have dinner with him. They charge me $12 for a full course meal. That is a salad, the main course, and a dessert. I am also pleased with the caregivers in the Memory Care. They are very caring and positive.

My dad seems to be liking it here so far. He has joined some activities and enjoys socializing with the other residents. The food from what I have been told by him is good he is enjoying it. The staff is friendly and kind. The inside appears to be well taken care of very clean and makes you feel like your at home.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have been helpful and attentive to all of her needs to the best of there ability. She has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the activities from time to time. Overall it has been a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

My mom is enjoying the environment. It has been going well. It is what she needed and we are satisfied.We chose them because of the staffing it was the right fit. The food is fine, mom is happy and not complaining. She is definitely participating in the exercises and other activities. We have no complaints, I see the community is in order and I don't see anything bad when we visit. It has been nice for someone to manage her medication, which is helping her condition to be more better. .

This is a newer community and it looked nice. It felt like we were walking into a mountain lodge. The people we met were nice. This community was just a little farther away than what we were looking for.

The staff that gave my loved one and I a tour of there community where friendly and welcoming to us. They had a very clean facility with lots of great amenities available to all of there residents. I have no complaints about our visit, they just would not take my dad. They said he needed more care then what they could provide.

My tour of Westmont Living of Brentwood went very well. The place was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was very nice and the tour guide was knowledgeable. I toured many communities and they were all very nice. It was a good experience.

I also toured Cottonwood Court. I thought it was a very nice facility. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The tour guide was able to answer my questions and give me good information. It was a good experience but we found another community in a better location that for my loved one's needs better.

The staff at this community were nice and knowledgable. The community was clean and I liked it. This community was hard to navigate as it is quite large so we did not feel it would be the right community for dad.

[Removed] was great; very energetic and loves her job; fairly new facility however can provide companion care as well; one fairly large courtyard for residents to come in/out freely

Seemed nice. Patrick, the director told me they would not consider a memory client to live in Assisted Living. In Assisted living: Nice big units. Nice dinning room. Friendly staff. The memory care unit was cozy but there was not much nice outside space to sit or walk. IN the middle of downtown Escondido.

The Pinole Senior Living was a very nice community. The facility was clean and maintained well. The tour guide that took me around was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a good experience, but not the best for my loved one.

I toured this community for the care for my mom. the staff were nice and were able to answer my questions on the care that is available. The community was clean and they did offer alot of great activities. This is not what we wanted, but we would recommend other families to tour this nice community for a good place for a loved one.

The staff at this community have been nice and helpful. They do offer some activities, however I think they could use some more. Mom likes the food and it is close to us. They keep the community clean and it has a homey feel to it. I would recommend this community.

I had a good tour of this community. Everything went very well. The community looked nice. and very well maintained. The staff was kind, and informative. All my questions were answered. It is a nice place, but to expensive for my taste.

This community was nice. It offer full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. The room was more of a small apartment. They had a great staff and they were not close to our location. We were able to see the activities that were offered. The community was very nice and clean. I would recommend the care and value to other families here.

Mom seems to be happy with the care at Westmont. The staff seem to know what to do and we have good communication with them. The food is eatable and most of it is homemade. They offer small portions and low or no salt food.
