They are very helpful and kind at this community with my loved one. They take an interest in everyone and call everyone by their name. It just makes me feel really comfortable with my loved one being here. They have activities like crafts, bingo, happy hour and more for the residents to do to stay busy. They also have special themed lunches to match with the holidays.

The memory unit is amazing, they are absolutely wonderful. The workers there are such kind, generous and hard working employees we would absolutely recommend this community to others

The staff is very knowledgeable and has a plan to make sure the residents are taken care of and happy.

This was our 2nd choice. The room was not as big as we wanted. Too big of a community for my loved one.

My mom is at Grand Villa West Delray and no matter what is going on at the reception desk, [name removed] is always there with a welcoming warm hello. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable and an asset to GVW!

I had an amazing experience. The representative [name removed] goes above and beyond the meaning of exceptional customer service. She is works with grace, empathy, professionalism, and a true understanding people's needs. She is an amazing asset to the company.

Grand Villa is a wonderful place. Starting with [name removed] the Marketing Director - she was wonderful and very helpful. Maintenance bent over backwards to help us when we moved Mom in. They even hung up some curtains for us. The Executive Director was great. I had questions about billing, and he was very helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions. The front staff are wonderful too. It has just been an absolutely wonderful experience.

My wife and I were finding it difficult to maintain our conventional home and motorhome. So, we sold everything, did our due diligence, and decided to live at Crescent Park Senior Living. It's not the cheapest place in town, but we were lucky and the math works for us. Anyway, no regrets and were looking forward to having a great place to live and doing some traveling.

While our loved one was there, the staff were fantastic. The place itself is very nice, she really enjoyed herself there and if we could move in there we would. They have continued to keep in touch with our family. Our loved one really enjoyed the activities and the meals.

We had a great tour experience with Crescent Park. The staff were so friendly and this was definitely our second choice. The only downfall is they do not have washer and dryers in the unit and this was crucial for my mom. But they did a great job showing us everything they had available and explaining it all.

The time had come for my mother to receive memory care assistance. After visiting, I chose Grand Villa of Melbourne. They are extremely supportive to the client and family. As I made arrangements for her room and to make it warm and inviting a hiccup arose regarding her bed and getting it put together. Although it is not part of their services they recognized the circumstances and pitched right in to help get everything set up despite being short staffed. They have gone above and beyond to help with the transition. Each time I visit I am more impressed with the staff and services. I am so thankful for Grand Villa and their wonderful and friendly staff. They are the best and I am completely comfortable with the care they are providing to my mother.

The staff is helpful with anything I need. They are friendly and do anything they can to make things easier for us. I appreciate the cleaning they do, and how how they provide clean linens. They have been very proactive in protecting us from COVID 19. I thoroughly enjoy the exercise classes and other activities. They also arrange for small concerts and entertainers to lighten our outlook. Hopefully, when the staff shortage is resolved, we will get back to better food service. COVID disrupted everything. Altogether I am extremely happy with Crescent Park.

They are going through some changes in management so the activities right now are very limited, however the management has always been quick to resolve any issues or concerns that come up. They are accessible anytime we need them, and the staff members really seem to care about their residents.

It is a wonderful place, we are very pleased with this community. We like how it is a smaller scaled community and how they keep the residents engaged.

I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a place for their parent. The staff is always friendly, lots of activities to enjoy, and fantastic meals three times a day. No need to look anywhere else.

Our family had an in person tour scheduled but when we arrived we were told they had to lockdown due to covid. However, the lady we met with on their management team was so friendly. She explained everything to us, she described all the different levels they have from independent living apartments, assisted living and memory care. They also showed us different floor plans. They really gave us a lot of information, but it was just to expensive for us.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is well kept and pretty modern, the rooms we saw were small but well decorated.

Always friendly and helpful staff and clean with many good features

I have lived here for 3 years now and this is my home and family! I could not ask for anything better, the staff are friendly and help me with anything I need, the food is delicious and the place is always c lean. i have many friends here any we keep busy and have lots of fun! I would not want to live anywhere else.

I thought Grand Villa of largo was nice. It was a lot cleaner than some of the other places we looked at. It's a smaller community, which Initially we were pleased with. But once we saw a larger place, we preferred the diversity we saw in that larger community, and we thought it would be a better opportunity for growth for our loved one. It all depends on your what your personal preference is.
