Unbridled Living

The staff receives a 4 because of the new ownership company. Management of food has been changing frequently, quality of food declining. I still feel the place is expensive… and frankly, the prices they have on their food offerings is ridiculous in my opinion. I would definitely still recommend the facility to others. My parents thank me for helping them find their place every time I see them . There are just a few things that could use some improvement, but I think the new management company is working on the issues. My parents are really loving the senior life at their new home! It's been over six months now and they are very happy with their decision.

It's been great so far. People are very helpful and very friendly. Staff is very responsive and helpful in helping her learn her way around, activities available, maintenance issues, etc. food is great and the facility is very clean. Her 1 bedroom apartment is not huge but it is enough. She uses a walker and has room to maneuver except in the bathroom. The kitchen and bath are small but adequate for what she needs at this point. I feel much better knowing she does not have to cook or clean or change her own sheets. The residents are also very friendly and welcoming to her as a new person. Best of all she likes it there.

All the staff are very friendly, it seems very clean, the meals are served restaurant style, (very nice). My brother is in a studio, it is a bit small...I did see a 1 bedroom that looked quite large.

[Name Removed] has a wonderful staff that treats her like family. They are friendly & informative if anything arises that family needs to know. Unbridled is very clean facility & I would recommend them.

The attention given to us has been great. I think everything is great. My MIL apt is beautiful and just the right size for her.

The front desk is always friendly and helpful. The residents all seem very happy and engaged with each other. When the host family events, they are fun too.

I live at unbridle living in Dallas. I absolutely love it. I have a beautiful apartment. People are friendly and we have a good time here you ought to give us a try come by and see us. It’s a great place.

So far we are very happy here. We enjoy the people we see everyday and we have our best friends who live here as well. We enjoy the food- there’s a lot of option. It just needs to cater to diabetics a little better. I love it the staff are so friendly.

Living here is better than being home alone. There’s a lot of advantages and you can do whatever you want anytime. The people are great here! The dining options are a big variety. There’s always something fun to do.

As the daughter of someone who is living there, I like the fact that they have a lot of large gathering areas within the facility. Places to have family birthday parties or holiday event events. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We've eaten at the restaurants a few times and the food was quite good. My parents have enjoyed the group activities that they've participated in. My parents have recently moved in and are loving it so far! Looking forward to many years of them enjoying living in this very lovely place

The Emerson is a gorgeous facility for your loved one. The staff go out of their way to ensure the guests are comfortable and feel valued. The food was delicious and the grounds were impeccably maintained.

While touring with my parents, everyone was very friendly and the residents we met along the way seemed very happy there and highly recommended my parents living there. Our tour guide, [name removed] , was an absolute delight and very knowledgeable about the goings on in the community. We found that The Emerson has a vast selection of amenities and I know my parents will love being able to enjoy many of them! The apartments are quite spacious and fully equipped. I also loved that there were many common areas to be able to socialize with other residents or with visiting family.

The initial tour went well and all my concerns were addressed. Onboarding was easy because the staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Heritage place is a great place for Mom. The rooms are clean, the hallways are roomy and wide, the staff are friendly and accommodating. The food needs to have more variety, but it is nutritious.

The food here is fantastic and yes, I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.
