We have been very pleased with Lamar Court. We chose this facility because of the value for the money and we talked to a lot of people. The room sizes here are very spacious. It is a 3 story facility so it is bigger, but they do have their own staff on each floor. I would tell others looking that they will also take medicare down the road which is something that Kansas does and Missouri does not. I would highly recommend them we have been impressed.

We chose Pathfinder Place because it was the cheapest and close to home. The room sizes here are pretty small, but they are accommodating. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend to others.

We have had a very good experience with The Waterford at Bridle Brook. It has been tough not seeing her, but it gives us peace of mind knowing she is safe, they have had no cases of COVID here. Even with COVID, they are still offering some activities as well to keep residents occupied. It is not just the staff members but the residents as well are also very friendly. My mother loves it here and we would definitely recommend to others.

Our loved one was pretty depressed at first, and after just a week of being at Carnegie Village, he started to make friends and really get to know everyone. They were all very kind to him, and he soon came out of his depression. This community was excellent, the value is tremendous and we also think the activities were good.

The cleanliness and overall layout of the Waterford really stood out to us, as well as the pricing. From our understanding the activities they have are great, but due to COVID things are different now. The room sizes are fine, we would give them a five out of five, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

If we had known about The Lodge, we would have moved our father to Memory Care much sooner. I gave top-ratings in every category absolutely without hesitation. I would add another category for "Flexible and Responsive to Individual Needs" and rate that 5 also. The staff has been caring, friendly, and even fun-loving while never sacrificing safety, appropriate medical and memory care, and professionalism. The Lodge is in a small town just on the edge of town. They were able to use the location to their advantage by building a nice set of sidewalks all around the building. Dad can walk outside without getting confused or lost because he can stay on the sidewalk and never lose site of the building. Memory Care is so much more than just doors locked from the outside. The staff members at all levels are very aware of my father's routines and frequently check on him, reminding him if he forgets to head down the hall for exercise class or whatever. His anxiety level is so much less now that he has realized they are not going to let him miss something he wants to do because he has forgotten what day it is or what time it is. Most important, without exception, every staff member treats him with respect and has the attitude that he is actually capable of doing important and enjoyable things, with the support that he needs for his memory.

We needed a place for my dad on short notice and Floyd Place was helpful in expediting that process. Although COVID-19 is an issue for everyone at this point, the staff are all taking proper precautions with all residents and finding ways, within the CDC rulings, to have the family visit. The staff at Floyd Place are extremely friendly and supportive of both the residents and their families. We, the family, are informed about events, new CDC protocols, and so forth. My dad calls me every night to report how his day went and he starts by reporting the pleasant manner of the staff, especially [names removed] and the quality nursing staff. He then describes his interactions with his cohorts at the Floyd Place, which is highly beneficial to have people you can relate to that are close to your own age. He is a military veteran and there are others with this same experience so they can share stories. He then proceeds to tell me what he had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and what he chose on the menu for the next day. He loves having these food choices and tells me the chef cooks delicious meals! Thank you to the staff at Floyd Place for offering a special place for my dad.

After my dad passed away suddenly, my siblings and I needed a place for our mom. Floyd Place was very welcoming and caring toward her from the very beginning. The nursing staff was especially patient with her and helped her with her daily living needs. It made me rest easy at night knowing that she was taken care of by caring and kind people. My mom has certainly enjoyed her time at Floyd Place and has made some wonderful friends there. I am glad we found this gem!

I have lived here for 10 years. I enjoy the food and the people. I recommend Bridle Brook to my family and friends.

I was very impressed! The atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated how immaculate it was.

All of the nurses and staff know you by first name and are very friendly! Our rooms are cleaned and beds changed every week. They do laundry for you once a week. Food is good and there are a choice and variety every day and served restaurant-style. For gardeners, there are 2 larger patios with water fountains, pool, and above-ground plants. Activity director and exercise programs daily.

Bridle Brook was picked by my daughters. I am completely satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have lived here for 7 years.

I have been here since 2009 and there is no other place I would rather be. I have had excellent attention to things. The administration has been wonderful! I am 91 years old.

Eiler is a beautiful place, I have been going there for years, doing different activities with the residents and staff. There is always a lot of fun activties that include all the residents. The residents always seem very happy and you can tell they are at home. There is always a very “homey” and welcoming feel. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to care for and meet all their residents needs. The building is always very clean and well kept. I highly recommend Eiler for anyone who is needing assisted living, for themselves, or a family member.

We needed a place for mom in short notice and when we found Floyd Place we knew we had found the perfect place. From the initial visit the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The management and staff went above and beyond to assist in moving mom into her new home. While the first few weeks were difficult for mom, due to she was still dealing with health issues and relocating they did everything they could to make her feel welcome PLUS they kept our family informed during the entire transition process. Mom has been there for almost a year and both she and her cat love it. My sisters and I comment regularly how Floyd Place was a God send and the perfect place for Mom. We have not seen her this happy in years!

My mom has been a resident of Floyd Place for over a year, beginning in April of 2019. I can’t say enough good things about the facilities, staff and her care. Physical facilities are great. Staff is very friendly and professional. Food is great. On site medical support is great. Maintenance, laundry and cleaning services are excellent. Administration is competent and caring. Cost is reasonable - especially for this high level of excellent care. I highly recommend Floyd Place for anyone in the area in need of assisted living for a loved one.

My mother is a resident in your facility. I live on the west coast in another state so I only am able to visit one or two times a year. Each time I have had the privilege to visit I have found the facility clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. They are all so very kind to my mother, so I’m sure the other residents receive the same care as my mom. It is quite obvious that the safety and care of the residence is a top priority of the staff. Although I wish I could care for her at home the level of care she needs is beyond what I could provide for her. I am happy my mom has a home at CharltonPlace.

My Aunt became a resident at Greene Place after having issues with Dementia. It was amazing how she became more active and social in a short amount of time. Like most she was not happy that she had to move there, but the staff was wonderful at including her and making her feel like family. I would highly recommend Greene Place to everyone that wants a caring "family" for their loved ones!
