nice 4-story building, lots of activities, 2 meals a day included in price with weekly house keeping and linen and towel service.

By far the nicest I've seen & would be perfect if price wasn't an issue. Beautiful surroundings, great staff & activities that seem like a lot of fun. I would love to live here myself. :-)

One of my top picks. Nice, clean facility. Spacious apartments. Great amenities. Residents seemed happy and cheerful. So did staff. Very accomodating to resident's and family's needs. Not a secure facility, and noticed too many perfumey smells that would bother my mother's asthma. Would highly recommend this facility otherwise.

took a tour of the facility. The Director will get back to on if my father may be able to qualify for some medicare rehab. There were issues in processing the paperwork, but he was insturmental in getting father moved in and making the facility work out for us!

Our loved one at times is not very happy with the meals but other than that our loved one and our family are really happy with Carl Junction. She loves her apartment, whenever she needs something the staff tend to those needs, everyone is really friendly and nice. We have already recommended this community and we continue to recommend.

We had a great tour experience with Carl Junction and the facility was nice. The reason we did not choose them was because the location was far from family and they also did not provide as many continuing care options as we were looking for. We wanted a place that if our loved ones care increased, they would not have to move.

This was our 2nd choice. The community was too far for family to visit our loved one.

They have gone through some staffing changes with the kitchen staff so the meals went from being good all the time to kind of a hit or miss, but we do give them credit to always trying to improve. They do have great activities like happy hours, special events and fun celebrations around the holiday's which our loved one has really enjoyed.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are caring towards the residents.

I think it's a great place for assisted living. It's been good for my loved one. The staff is very kind and attentive to her. I feel like the facility could be updated a little bit, as it's looking a bit worn. But I believe they clean regularly once a week. I think the food and activities could be improved upon a little as well.

My loved one has been there a few months and is hanging in there. We've made arrangements for additional assistance from hospice. But the Sycamore Manor staff is very friendly. The facility is well maintained and very well staffed. It has met our expectations completely.

Our experience with Swan Place was exceptional. They assessed him quickly while he was hospitalized, planned for his placement and did everything they could to accommodate his needs. I only regret Dad wasn't able to live at Swan place longer due to deteriorating health and ultimately death. The family of [name removed]

We finally found a place for my wife`s sister at Brighton Gardens after her physician and multiple psych hospital admissions and multiple Assisted Living facilities recommended she be placed in a facility that has both assisted living ( memory care) and a skilled nursing facility on the same campus...she has made remarkable improvements since coming to Brighton Gardens....we think she has finally found her HOME,,Thanks....

The staff at Greene Place were friendly and inviting from the very beginning. [Name removed] were quick to respond to all of our questions. Whether by text, email or phone they answered all of our questions as we worked to placed our father into their facility. That friendly and comfortable atmosphere was a key aspect to us considering Greene Place and to our father’s desire to be there. It has a homey, comfortable feel with many activities by the staff or from outside sources to help keep the residents engaged and active. The staff are caring and committed to the residents. Many staff were witnessed going out of their way to check on our father and help make him feel comfortable, healthy and safe and meet his needs. One standout example of their accommodation was their willingness at short notice to let us celebrate a family members birthday at their facility so that our father could easily and comfortably join in on the festivities. A good place, a good staff.

*The staff is genuine and caring. Friendly and patient with the residents. *There are a variety of interactive daily activities. They try to adjust activities to encourage participation from as many residents as possible. They do lack basic physical exercise equipment and the proper space for it. Staff members do what they can to compensate for it. There are more active residents that would benefit from an update in that area. *It is a protected environment which is nice. The smaller overall size of the community allows for more one on one assistance for residents. *A monthly family night is hosted to encourage families to interact with their loved ones. Always a meal and entertainment that evening. *Always clean. Very unusual if it is not. *The meals have recently improved dramatically. An adjustment in the menu, seems to have been allowed from the corporate office, has been nice for the residents. *The lighting in the commons areas has been updated so it is brighter. Still lacks a bit in the rooms. Perhaps that is being completed as old bulbs give up. I like more light especially in long winter months. *The main entrance, specifically, the portion of the sidewalk where cars/vans pickup and drop off residents needs attention, in my opinion. The area where they need to step in or out of a vehicle really needs to be covered to protect from the ice, snow, rain. Also, no matter how hard you try to position the vehicle, the concrete was scored, when it was poured, and you step in the crack. The current design creates potential hazard to stumble. Something as simple as cutting the curbing back to allow the vehicle the ability to get better positioning my help.

Very blessed and thankful to have found Hope Memory Care Center when we suddenly needed a place for our mom. They not only cared for her but surrounded our family with comfort and information knowing that we, too, were lost and confused by this situation. The caregivers work so hard and are able to provide the residents with the care they need and the respect they deserve.
