We love this place. The people who live there had the biggest smiles. We definitely are discussing this place for our grandma.

I came from Texas to visit my dad, & there happened to be a room available for me to stay in. So I was able to experience firsthand what it’s like to live there. I couldn’t have been made more welcome or comfortable! Morton Place has a loving family atmosphere with plenty of activities. I especially enjoyed the exercise routine in the mornings with a game afterwards. There is a very positive atmosphere, & the level of care is excellent. I’m so glad my dad can live & be cared for in such a nice place.

This is a beautiful home like setting. They treat you like family. Whenever I walk in the building it smells so good, it’s so clean, and their smiles everywhere. If I can stay there all day I would. Thank you very much for Making everyone feel Welcome. You guys are doing a great job, and The management team that I have met are always involved and show true empathy and compassion to everyone. I visited Pinicon to see if they could help us in the search to find a place for my mom. It turned out that they weren’t the right fit for us, but that didn’t stop the nice gal from taking a lot of time with us to lead us on the right path. She even gave me her cell and said to call if the places she referred didn’t work out. Thank you!!! We greatly appreciate your hardwork and dedication.

Excellent facilities, personnel,management,meals and care. I needed someone who could help take care of my father and the MORTON PLACE in Nebraska City was the place we selected. Finding someone to help take care of a loved one when the time comes is one of the most important things you will see ever do. I’m very happy with our choice.

The care my mother has been receiving at Amelia Place is outstanding. They care about her well being and care for her as an individual. I admire the way they continue to engage the residents even though some of the residents are unable to participate. Thank you so very much for all you do for my mother and the other residents. I feel there are times the elders are not always easy to care for all the time. The staff certainly are doing an outstanding job. My mother is not an easy person to get along with at this stage of her illness but the staff continues to care for her in a very loving and kind way.

I have been living here almost 5 years. My husband and I moved in together and we made a lot of friends. When he passed away in 2016, it helped having these friends around me. I always feel safe here. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and I feel I can always go to the managers, [names removed], if I have any problems. It's nice knowing that someone will clean my apartment every week. Having three meals a day provided for me makes my life a lot easier (and the food is good!). There are activities scheduled and trips are planned for those who want to participate. I would highly recommend living here! It is a warm and friendly place to live!

The Eiler Place has been a blessing to our family. My parents have lived there for several years and thoroughly enjoyed it. With the recent passing of my mother the staff has gone way beyond our expectations with their compassion and care towards our entire family. We are so grateful to everyone there. As my father adjusts to his life without Mom, I know he will have the support he needs. This facility is an asset to the community.

The Crystal Lake Pines Rehabilitation Center is extremely clean and neat. Everything is in its place and nothing is out of order. Every single staff member greets you with a big Hello every time they cross your path in the hallways and upon entering the patients rooms. If you need something or have a question, they respond to your needs and wants immediately. Also, the CNA's come around to check on the patients and bring a variety of snacks. Patients are given a restaurant menu and are able to select their meals, sides and desserts. They have a nice variety of food and drinks. The Pines offers tons of activities throughout the day to keep the patients busy when not in therapy. The Social Director does a Great job with the selection of entertainment she brings in from therapy animals to big band music. A monthly calendar is posted in each room. The staff members encourage the patients to join in the activities. There are usually 5 or more group events daily. The rehab nurses are great too! [Name removed], [Name removed] and [Name removed] are very kind, patient, and caring. [Name removed] would stop by just to check in on my mom to talk for a minute or two and see how things were going. They are a great team! The Pines also has the BEST THERAPISTS! When my mom arrived there, she could not walk, talk and was on a puree diet. The Speech therapist and Occupational therapist worked with her at meal times and got her on a regular diet and talking. The physical therapist got her walking and going up and down stairs. [Name removed] the Patient Advocate is fantastic too. She is a great listener and gave us so much support and needed information concerning our mother's care and future placement options. We were so pleased with the care and support our mother received at the Pines.

This was a very nice place to visit. My chat with [name removed] was full of excellent information and provided both [name removed] and me insight into how my mother might fit in to the place. We view a room that might become her room and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for her. A lot need to be done and I still have 2 other place to visit but I rate WC as an excellent place for my mother.

Floyd Place in Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, was my mother's home for the last 3 and 1/2 years of her life, and she loved every day of her time there. The staff were wonderful to her and she came to love so many "Floyd Place angels" very dearly. My family loves them, too! Always great care from everyone! Place clean and attractive. Mom thought of it as home and we appreciated everyone treated her with sincere concern and loving friendship. Would recommend this facility to anyone!

My loved one was at hope for several years the staff always treated her with love & kindness. The community was always clean and neat. My family and I could not have ask for better care of our loved one. We were truly blessed.

My grandmother used to live @ this community. And while we still had her here with us the staff at this facility made me and my grandmother feel like they were our own family as well. If you are looking for a family based facility to place your loved one this would be the place to go.

My wife lost her ability to stand without assistance or to feed herself because of Alzheimer. Contacted several facilities but they could not accept persons with my wifes limitations. Hope center is a miracle. Their life using allowed them to accept my wide and it is a great place. I only worried about 1 thing- food temperature. I voluntarily feed my wife her lunch every day and sometimes the food was too hot and I had to let it cool off, but I noticed many times that some staff members did not test the temperatures before they fed the patient. I guess is is a matter of training.

Such a lovely community with warm and caring staff members. I know my loved one would be well cared for here.

I absolutely love the staff at Hope. You couldnt ask for a better place to care for a loved one needing dementia care. The different levels of care make this the best of the best! Thank you to all the staff for all the love and care you give everyday! You all go above and beyond and the smiles on every residents faces show!

Wonderful place that really knows what they are doing!

My Great Grandmother was at hope for over 2 years before she passed away. She was always taken care of. She was treated like everybody's grandmother and never mistreated. The Facility is amazing with activities, care management, and communication. Management is always there to work with you no matter what the situation is. Would highly recommend this facility for your oved one!
