We toured this place and were very impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality. [name removed] was exceptionally good at showing and answering our questions about the place. All in all, my father and I were definitely impressed.

They do a very good job in memory care my stepmom is happier then she has been in years. It is really a nice place They take residents out on their bus to sightsee. They have lots of activities. They bring in lots of music and entertainment. The facility itself has a nice glassed-in porch so families can go and see their relatives during the lockdown.

My wife and I are very pleased with the services and staff Balmoral provides for my dad. We live out of state but know he is in good hands. He has met new friends and enjoys the staff. He likes to read and enjoys the library. He tells me the food is good and always enjoys the deserts. Thank you to the staff at Balmoral for taking care of him.

Love this place!!! Such a great homey atmosphere! My great grandpa lives here. He loves the food and the staff.

My mom lives at Balmoral. She has been there for 8 months. She loves it there! Its been tough right now due to COVID 19 but we are making it work. We have been able to Face Time which has been real nice. I know it has been tough for all the residents and staff and even us as family members but we are all making it work and coming together as a family. I am grateful for everyone working in the medical field.

My brother has lived here for 2 years. We are very pleased with the staff and the care he is receiving. The food and deserts are amazing.

I enjoy living here. My apt. is beautiful and clean. The activities are fabulous. Food is pretty good.

My family fell in love with this place and I've moved in. My husband - in memory care and I was in assisted living. People are great!!

I have lived here a year and find the people and staff to be very friendly and caring. There are activities to take apart in daily, the activities director is great also the food is great.

They have a good staff. They are an age in place community. They offer Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory care, so you loved one can stay at the same place. The food is good. They offer good housekeeping and laundry as well as cable. I am glad I found Spring Haven for my cousin.

The Oaks of Clearwater is a beautiful property and we will be moving my Mom here!

Awesome visit and walk-through with (name removed) one of the Directors at The Grande. Very nice dining hall that serves above average meals three times a day. They also have alternate dining selections if a resident desires a change from the weekly menu. Plenty of activities throughout the day. My mom enjoys the facility because they have RPN/DR visits at the Grande. Mom also enjoys the religious services because it's very relaxed and not far from your room.

Family atmosphere. Attentive staff. Good food and activity. Community outreach is a specialty. We observed the charitable giving month to month and decided to become part of this family.

My aunt has settled into the Princess Martha pretty well. Which is remarkable, since she is in her 90's and moved to Florida after living in the same town for 50 years! Everyone has been very nice. The services have be good.

My husband has been at Balmoral since May. He loves it there. They are friendly and the food is great

Lived here 20 years. Great changes made this past year after Holiday retirement ruined it for 2 years. Best management team around. Looking forward to great things.
