I visited Thrive in November of 2018 and fell In love with the people I met and the surroundings . as a new facility there were many kinks to be ironed out. After 4 years I’m still extremely happy. The directors, team care members and housekeeping staff are cheerful, smiling and good natured. If you act in a kindness they respond likewise. The activities are wonderful. Exercise, trips out, arts and crafts, and special guests coming in regularly . The beauty salon is open one day a week with a fine beautician. Everyone is always ready to help in any way. I’m staying!

My husband arrived in Thrive 5 months ago. The initial adjustment was difficult, but the staff went out of their way to try to make him comfortable and welcome. His transition is 90% complete and he seems happy almost all the time. Other than some of the “patients rights “ rules, I am extremely pleased with Thrive at Green Island

I have no complaints. They are all so attentive to my needs and requests.

I have nothing but good things to say about The Social at Savannah. They're wonderful. If you need somewhere to go, it's an awesome place. Everybody is friendly and pleasant. It's clean. And the cost is acceptable and in line with other places.

Thrive at Brow Wood is the first place that feels like home. Their staff is caring, loving, and you feel comfortable leaving your loved one here and knowing that they are well taken of. I would definitely recommend them to others looking, this is where I would want to go if I needed assisted living.

We made the decision to move our mom into assisted living after an unexpected hospitalization. Our family is spread out across the country and our timeline was very short, but the sales, administration, nursing and maintenance teams at The Social made the transition seamless. The team provided tours virtually so everyone in our family could feel comfortable with the layout of setting. The level of care and support getting our mom settled was truly impressive. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The layout of the building provides a lot of nice and natural light. The landscape and outdoor areas are terrific. And most importantly, the staff is warm and friendly and there is always someone available to take our calls if we have a question or just want to check in. The team at The Social has gone above and beyond at every step and have earned our whole-hearted 5 star rating.

Wonderful new team!

The Social provides the perfect place for my mom. They have so many activities to keep the residents involved and active. They offer transportation and have a caring staff. The location is convenient and the interior is like a luxury apartment building. It’s a great place to be.

It is wonderful knowing that my mother is not only in a beautiful place but a place that has a qualified professional nurse and LPN on site with CNA’s that truly care. I can sleep at night and not worry knowing that someone will be checking on her often and assist when needed. She loves to dance and there are lots of opportunities in activities and music to keep her dancing. Thank you Thrive for providing these things and so much more.

Every time I visit that facility I’m treated with the upmost respect. They go out of their way to make me feel welcome! The new upgrades are amazing and such a benefit to the residents and the families who visit!

I have a client and relative who have both spent time at Thrive. The each had a wonderful experience and were well taken care of. I will recommend Thrive to future clients.

Both of my parents reside at Thrive at Jones Farm. One parent in assisted and one in memory care. I cant begin to express just how happy I am with the care my parents are receiving. The nursing staff is wonderful. They keep me up to date on my parents health, lab work, and general health. They are quick to have them seen by CRNP or Doctor when needed. They have called for xrays, sonogram, and lab work that was able to be done without leaving the building. They take my parents health and wellness seriously. The personal care assistants are very good at their jobs and go to the second mile. One of my dad's care assistants goes as far as making sure to write down all of the Univ of TN games (what times and channel) so he never misses a game. From the Red Carpet Roll out to celebrating national donuts day there is always fun in the air. I truly believe my parents receive the very best care possible.

We absolute love it. We have been very pleased with everything. There's nothing that they have left unturned when it comes to senior care and the quality of the services they provide. My dad seems to be very content with the food and enjoys it. We have been really impressed with them.
