They did a great job! It's still new but they showed up and everyone has been friendly. We are happy with them so far.

They worked out good for me. I used them when we went on vacation, and will use them again next time I go. The only problem was the billing toward the end, but when I brought it up they worked it out for me.

It's been good so far. We haven't had any complaints. They have been reliable, and things have worked out well.

I felt that the management was really good. They made efforts in introducing the care givers to the family. I had a good experience with all but 1 care giver. Overall, the Home Care Assistance is a valuable service.

I have had no issues. They were fine. The food is good. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. This is a pretty good community. If your looking for a friendly and very clean assisted living facility I would recommend this place.

I would have rated them a five, but they were a little expensive. Diane Elrod – the person I contacted – was extremely helpful. They did not miss any appointments. Our one issue was that my loved one didn’t like one of the care givers and they replace her fast enough.

This is a large and structured company. Very knowledgeable and more systematic. They were also the most expensive. We passed on them because we thought we would get better service and better rates at Beacon.

Visited on 04/24/2013 - Reasonable $250.00 per day, no up front charges. Automatic withdrawal from bank account. Pre-entry paperwork done.

We only used this agency for 2 days and the caregivers were not as interactive with my mom as I had hoped for. My mom just sits and watches TV so they sat with her and watched TV as well. They were on time, courteous and professional. Even when my mom became confused and said that no one showed the second day we were able to figure out that they had in fact been there she just did not remember. I would recommend this agency but I would also recommend that you give them a guide line as to what you would expect them to do with your loved one while they were there.

They made setting up this service easy when they came out to the house. They explained everything up front. We did have an issue with one of the caregivers dropping dad they did not seem like the right fit. They did send us another caregiver and we are waiting to see how things work out.

We used this service for about a week. The caregivers were nice and helped my Mother in law with her personal needs as well as some housekeeping and cooking. We did have one unfortunate incident where one of the caregivers did not show up. The agency was willing to work with us on the cost due to this.

I'm happy. I've spoken a lot with the office staff. I've spoken a lot with Chris, and he's been really helpful. In the very beginning, I joked with Chris and said his office staff needs a little tune up. I was having to call and find out who's going to be coming, the name of this person, and we laughed, and that was fine. We got that straightened out. We had one girl that we loved, but she had a school conflict. That was kind of sad, but they found us another one right away. Our personalities didn't jive, but that was no problem, and they found us someone else. I asked Chris if they had someone along the lines of the personality of the first girl, and he found us a third one which is identical to the first personality, so we're happy with her. I've been in contact with Chris, and he is looking for a second person for me, because we may be facing more days and more hours. They are very easy to get a hold of.

We were looking for a few hours of help on the weekend and this agency could not accommodate what we were looking for. They kept switching out staffing and not keeping the same care givers so we ended up going with a different agency that could accommodate what we were in need of.

When they came out to set up service they said it was no problem and they would take care of us but we have been having a hard time finding a caregiver. The ones they first sent out left the company. The current caregiver is nice and easy going, however we have found they are not very good with cooking and they did not know how to take a blood pressure.

They started out really strong. I loved the person they sent out. I really liked their agency. Then something came up with one of their girls who I loved, and then they weren't able to find a replacement quickly, and I just never heard back from them. I really did like them though.

We selected Home Care Assistance. The individual who's assisting us now is very nice. My husband likes her. She has a good attitude. We're currently getting into the routine together.

I would had like for our experience with 123 Home Care to have been a more personal one, but it wasn't that. We only had the agency for a weeks for my mother who we thought would enjoy someone coming in and helping her out but she wasn't very pleased with the help. She that they should had done more while they were there even though I feel my mother wasn't communicating her need to the staff. The administration and people were pleasant and professional it was just the people they sent were not very good. I would had like for the staff to be more personal with my mother in terms of just talking to her asking her how her day is going I think maybe an older caregiver one that she could relate to more would had been better for her. It was not exceptional like I expected it to be.

I give them a three for the one girl who is really good. I can't seem to get a reliable person to come out for two of the three days I need. I do have one girl that we love, but that's only one third of what I need.

My mom only had the caregiver once and she wasn't happy with her. We didn't have a problem with the company it self however, they sent us someone that my mom didn't connect with, when she was already not to happy with the idea of someone coming to assist her.

I call Kristin, the district manager I guess, and she never calls back. When we started out she found a new girl, she worked in a hamburger joint but had her CNA, brand new I guess, we got her and she was a very pleasant little girl but they offered her some kind of manager position at the hamburger joint. So then we got a girl whose been taking care of a woman upstate, Jean is her name and Jean is a terrific woman, she has a lot of experience. We weren't sure about some scheduling and pay checks, we agreed to do it by month but she misunderstood that so she sent the whole shmear down to me from the beginning. I finally called district headquarters, I called Atlanta and they said "no problem, we'll send you a monthly bill" so just little things all added up. The biggest disappointment was that little girl going and reliability and the question of the billing; there wasn't any doubt it would all get sorted out but I don't have time to do all of that.
