The Regency House is by far the best retirement community in Decatur. The residents are so nice to my mom. She has lived at this community for 6 years and loves it. The food is amazing and you actually have choices to choose from. Mom likes that there is a calendar full of different activities she can choose from, as well as different clubs of interest. This community is worth the trip to visit!!

My mother-in-law lives here and she loves it! Although COVID-19 quarantine and room service of meals has been a struggle for her, her spirits remain hopeful. When this awful virus will goes away or their is a vaccine, her happy life at Deepwood will continue. The staff is amazing and we Thank God that she is there and safe!

Pryor to COVID the food was great. The residents were able to eat in the dining room, it was a lovely environment. Now they are delivering the food to their rooms. Activities they offered were things like bingo twice a week, card games, they had people come in a play music. They were very innovated, it isn't just a place to live. We liked how this community provided an in house doctor, they have a hair dresser there as well. Mom is well taken care. You can live in a studio, a one bedroom or a two bedroom. The room spaces are pretty average.

The activities they provided were things like birthday parties, wine tasting parties, taco parties, ice cream parties. This community was very clean, large rooms, the staff was terrific. The food was good. They also provide transportation to doctors appointments.

Our Executive Chef, [name removed] is amazing wonderful. Often he is the first person to arrive and the last to leave in order to provide us with delicious and nutritious meals. [name removed] is a talented leader of the staff. She works so hard to keep our place beautiful. Her excellence is evident is reflected in everything she does.

Mom is comfortable & happy at the Fairmont. Staff sees to Mom needs very well.

Thanks for giving us an opportunity to express our appreciation for all the manager, [name removed] has done to make this a bearable situation. She has such a heart for older people and is so organized and thorough in her responsibilities. We are so thankful our 100 year old father is in such a special place. Thanks to ALL the staff.

You all have worked very hard to keep everyone safe. Thank you!

The staff at Haywood Estates has been wonderful throughout the Covid 19 crisis. My mother appreciates the staff although she complains occasionally about the food!! Thanks for all y’all do!!

The Regency has been a God sent for my brother. Excellent facility, great staff that cares.
