My loved one loves the food. The value for the money is fine. We picked this community because, they were very helpful, they went above and beyond by sending a video of the room that was available. It's a very beautiful place, and I would highly recommend.

It's a good place to go. My loved one's room is bigger than the other two places I looked at. And the staff provide very good care to him.

The community was not what we needed. As were were in need of assisted living.

Our family had an in person tour experience and from everything we saw and all the staff members we spoke with it was a great tour experience

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The socialization and location of the community is great. There are three meals a day served to the residents. The staff are great to work with.

I toured this community and it was very nice overall. I did notice a bad smell, but it could have been from someone having a recent accident. The memory care unit didn't measure up to what we were looking for. As far as assisted living, it seemed great.

What sticks out to us about The Fairmont is they go above and beyond to ensure tenants are integrated in the community and present for daily meals / activities (as appropriate). The staff are all very friendly and caring.

My mom was here briefly for respite care. This place was excellent! They really did check all the boxes as far as satisfaction. Long term, we were looking for an apartment setting versus a single room and they didn't have that availability. So we ended up moving her. But I would recommend them.

Per my loved one, The Blake is the #1 place to live in Pensacola! She seems to be very happy living there. She's active and looks forward to the activities, excursions, and eating meals in the dining room. She just seems to be super happy, comfortable, and content. Since moving in, I see in her more of a motivation and willingness to get up and go. The care has been great. The Wellness Coordinator calls me right back and answers all of my questions. We're pretty happy with everything and have had no problems so far. They go over and beyond. The concierge, the Executive Director, the nurses - all the staff - are warm and loving. It's almost like another family there. It feels like resort-style living, like you're on vacation and they roll out the red carpet for you. It has been a great experience!

Brought my mom to tour and enjoyed ourselves so much. So impressed with the satff and facility that she will, now be a resident here.

I couldn't be more pleased that I chose Magnolia Brook on Siegen. I checked out every facility in town before choosing this one. The staff is always sweet and helpful. And I feel, as does my husband, that they are close friends and relatives. They love to tease with him and it helps him maintain his sense of humor. I feel very comfortable and a sense of relief that I have this responsible staff helping my husband and loving him as well. The food can be a little bland (although I understand why). It would be nice if they had gumbos and jambalayas, which he loves! The cost for the facility is reasonable, however, I'm sorry it had to go up a little bit because a lot of the caretakers are on a fixed income. But overall I'm very pleased with my choice and highly recommend it to other families!

The turnover is sometimes high, people come and go a lot so it is hard to get to know the every day staff. That has been our only complaint. Other than that it has been a good experience and my mom is enjoying her time here. I would for sure recommend Magnolia Brook on Siegen to other families.

My parents lived at Dogwood Terrace for 4 years. It was the perfect place for them while they were able to live independently. Nice, caring staff.

My brother was a resident at Whealdon Estates for 5 years. Everyone was helpful and friendly!

We had a great tour experience with The Blake at Charlottesville. We really liked what we saw, but just felt another facility would fit our loved ones needs better. I have nothing negative at all to say about The Blake.

We toured with The Blake at Pensacola and it was a very nice facility. It was super expensive though and we were looking for a place that was more homey feeling and we did not get that feeling here.

It has been a wonderful experience working with the team at Whealdon. The staff treats eachother like family, and they extend that same mentality to their residents. I was amazed to find out how long they have maintained the same staff members. It shows how happy they are with where they work. And Chef has the most amazing food ever!

I have always noted that the staff is caring, friendly, very attentive, and most of all they give the utmost respect to the residents. While I am only there a couple of hours every other month the residents are always very happy and comfortable in that environment. I had the pleasure of visiting the community during breakfast. I must say the chef did a shrimp benedict that was to die for! If I could just come to eat every morning I will. Go tour and try the meals for yourself. I will surely be going back, I know a friend that lives there!
