There is a constant flow of activities. The staff are gentle and loving. They know the residents personally and treat them with respect. The director makes herself available to answer questions or to address my concerns.

The office manager and executive director run the community immacuately. I’m proud to call this my home and my family is glad I am here. I am well taken care of and have nothing but good things to say about living here

They have gluten free options, and now have all day dining, and 5 day a week transportation. Management is so good and amenities make it all worth it! my parents love it here dearly and the staff is well trusted

The staff was amazing there the director I can't remember her name, but she was really accommodating and helpful everybody there seemed very happy and my mother-in-law was super happy there. The place was very clean. We loved being there unfortunately her situation got worse, and she needed more assistant living

We have had nothing but positive people They are caring , helpful, supportive to all of my parents needs. They make sure my dad has a menu to pick from. He is a picky eater. They are awesome. Always ready help.

I have lived here at Capital Place for over a year now. I came here because I was lonely in my house after I retired. At Capital Place, I have met and made many friends. There are many activities here like board games, performers, exercise, book club, name that tune, happy hour and much more. Every day there is great fun and even your family can come enjoy. Every week, cleaners come and make your apartment nice and clean. Bathrooms are immaculate. My experience at Capital Place has been a happy one and people here are happy.

They are always on the ball. Food is great, and, most importantly, I know my mom is getting the best care.

They always notified me of any changes in her condition or medication changes. I did not eat there but I believe the food was good. They have a lot of special activities for the residents. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. The clothes are always washed and rooms are clean.

All around absolutely wonderful! Food is great, staff and residents are so friendly. Great decision!

Food is amazing, activities are awesome. They definitely try to engage everyone. Families just have to know that your loved one is safe.

They are super sweet to my dad and I love that he is safe there. They offer a variety of activities every day that change with the seasons. They seem well attended, and they encourage the residence to attend, but don't force them. I have been there during meal times and they look really good. I haven't actually tried any though.

They have a lot of activities. The employees are caring. They are easy to get a hold of when you call and call you with updates.

Nothing bad stood out. I was impressed with the gourmet chef that cooks 3 meals per day, and they have an alternative menu for residents who are not able to eat certain foods and are available all day until end of dinner. They have a swimming pool, billiards room, barber and hair salon on premises, movie room and just entertainment amenities on premises. They give a weekly calendar for the menu for the week and a monthly calendar of all scheduled events available for residents to participate. They offer 24 hour concierge assistance and transportation assistance. The most important thing is all staff members make the residents feel as if they are family by getting to know them personally

Clairmont staff have been remarkably warm, friendly, and helpful from the beginning. The staff that my parents now interact with residents, including maintenance, dining, and transportation, go out of their way to help them feel cared for, seen, and heard. They immediately felt a sense of family and connection with staff and residents - what a gift! From a facility perspective, Clairmont is not the newest facility out there and we realized that going in. Still, the volume of maintenance issues the staff deals with is substantial. To be honest, I've been surprised by how many repairs are constantly needed. Even when things have been upgraded, there have been challenges. For example, water lines were being upgraded and my parents have had two different occasions when no hot water was available for over 2 days. The staff tries to mitigate this, but it feels like a larger management issue with the appropriate ongoing investment in facilities.

Everyone is treated with love and respect. Communication is good.

The apartments are very well appointed with quality equipment's and appliances with excellent housekeeping services and with well trained staff who are very friendly and helpful. The food service is on a par with a "fine" service restaurant with an excellent chef and cook staff and friendly well trained service.

Love that place. The staff is exceptional. They are helpful and they communicate very well. The faculty is nice and quiet and is placed in the woods. The food is well prepared and the menu is always different. Overall we have been very happy with the experience of being there.

Our experience at Cardinal Court was amazing for my mother. The only thing that was difficult is seeing all those living there with declining cognitive abilities sitting by nurses station. I also wish that there was a key fab to open door to the residents apartment. The staff was amazing though. They seem to be short staffed and not too many activities. We keep my mother busy though.
