Beautiful, well-decorated, brand new facility. The receptionist could have been more attentive to new guests, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive to residents. #2 on my lust.

So far it’s been a five! It top notch- they keep it in order. The staff is very friendly. I’m completely satisfied with all the services they’ve provided. Emeritus has been great so far. We’re very happy with them.

The staff has been fantastic, they have been great. They are in the ball park with everyone else financially speaking. They are good with their response time, we are out of state, and we might have to call to get the information, but they are right on top of it when we do. They have a huge level of activities, they have a great variety and offering of things to do. They offer two dining rooms the assisted or the main independent, my loved one has the option of eating in either one. The main dining room is very nice. The food has been healthy and wholesome. I have eaten there and it's good, nothing gourmet but good, and the portions seem appropriate. They have a choice with most things there.

I like Atria. My brother wasn’t sure at the beginning because they have a policy of taking her to the hospital every time she falls. Now she’s listed with hospice, so they can just call hospice instead. I really like the care she’s getting at Atria. They seem to be really involved with all of their charges. They try to make sure everyone is engaged. She gets good meals. We were there in April, when we over there they were doing a lot of refurbishing of the property. They were eating in the hall because of that, but they were also doing art projects too. The food looks good and fresh.

I thought it was it was wonderful. The food was very good. It was very clean. The activities – it depends on what you’re looking for. They have a lot of them. They didn’t have the activities that I was looking forward to doing. We went with home care options, but this community seemed really amazing.

I want to give the cleanliness and friendliness a 6 plus! Your numbers aren’t big enough. Everything here is excellent. We haven’t tried the care services yet, but if they are like the rest of what they offer they will be very good. There is something going on all the time. You can pretty much do whatever you like. When you have to leave your home is traumatic, but coming here makes that dramatic change so much easier. It’s so well constructed, it’s quiet – It’s just like being in your own residence.

The staff was very good. It’s a very clean. We use the community as respite. I’m very satisfied with the care services. They have a community room to play cards and they take them for rides. I understand the meals are very good.

I think once your family member is there, you don’t have to worry about them. They are in a safe environment. It’s very nice. The staff takes care of the people there. I liked the food. It’s quiet and doesn’t have any problems. We didn’t have any issues with laundry or parking.

Very nice but far too pricey for us...

Libraries are out of date by 30 yrs. Please get new Ntl Geographics. Target residents with mental illness more. Location ideal. Lovely roomy apts. Love it!

HAD A VERY,VERY,VERY PLESANT VISIT IN APRIL. BEING VETTED BY MY LTC. STAYED 3 DAYS.

There is a bit of an outdoor area where she can go and walk around a little. It’s conveniently located. The parking was fine. It’s kind of an in between size, not too big and not too small. My loved one may think the food is bland because she would prefer a more ethnic menu.

They were like a five star hotel, there wasn't anything that said old peoples home to me. The staff were all very kind and friendly. In the end it was the pricing that made us choose a different location.

They do a great job overall! Their customer service in particular is very good, they're always willing to help and very easy to work with. The staff are all very friendly, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. The dining service is alright, they do an okay job considering the number of people they are serving.

They are real happy with it. The staff are all very, very helpful. The nurse is there all the time. The food is pretty good, not the best but, good. When we were moving things in the other residents kept coming up to us and telling that they were really nice people here and that the food was really good. It was good to see that the residents were so happy. We know someone who used to work here and they said it was a great place too, that's why we chose it.

Lincoln Court is a very special retirement community (assisted living). My father moved in 3 months ago and I do not know how I could be any more pleased. The food is wonderful, the surroundings are very pleasant and things are kept very clean. The staff friendly and caring, and the other residents are great! This is truly a community of friends living together, helping one another and cheering each other on. There are so many activities and special events going on that Lincoln Court has been dubbed "The Party Place". I think I have seen the managing director out among the residents every time I have visited and he is so great to work with. The nursing and care-giving staff are kind and work hard to meet the needs of the residents. They are always willing and available to meet with me when I have concerns about my Dad. They also provide help to veterans in applying for Aid and Attendance benefits or any other VA- related help that is out there. Dad really likes it here. Even though we would both prefer that he live with me, that is just not possible. Dad always tells people who ask him how he likes it at Lincoln Court " if I have to be in assisted living, I cannot imagine a better place to be!" He has only been here 3 months but I see him getting more comfortable in his new living situation every day. Thank you Lincoln Court!

As far as I can tell, there are no issues at all with Thunderbird. We haven't heard or seen anything negetive about them! The staff are all very helpful, and step in right away when they need to. If we ever have questions to ask, they are right on it! They are close to family, which is great, and they had availability when we needed it. Also, the price is great, and what they offer for the price is even better! We are very pleased!

First of all, I had a great conversation about my mom & her wishes, as well as her needs with Denise Evans-Valdez, the wonderful Senior Living Advisor who was quickly assigned to us by A Place For Mom. Denise gave me a wonderful service (at no charge) which is helping me with mom's enormus transition. Denise not only knew a great place, in the area we wanted (West of Denver: in Lakewood, Wheatridge or S. Arvada), but she also made the appointment for mom & I to visit, tour & dine at The Atria Inn of Lakewood with Tracy Norris! Tracy responded with immediate communication to verify our appointment & the communication with both Tracy & Denise has been excellant all around via phone & email. Denise thought Atria inn would be perfect. That is how it turned out, too! Tracy Norris is just the tops! , as is the warm & friendly staff, headed by the fine Exc. Director, Megan Cianfrance. The entire experience showed their genuine care, consideration, & expertise for working with each other, as well as the residents. The residents looked healthy, involved/engaged with each other, with the staff, and when we met them individually, were friendly & interested in speaking with mom & expressed how they are pleased with living here! Together with the residents, the Atria creates a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere, as well as a safe, healthy, interesting, fun, & attractive place to live. The food is a great surprise, as it was excellant, & actually surpassed the many different communities we visited by a looong shot! There is a great verity & selection, too! Our meals were not only very tasty, but care had been given in the visual presentation. Thank you, Chef Kirk Brooks! The service by Tiffany was professional, graceful, considerate, caring (personal) & positive on all accounts. I enjoyed seeing Tiffany interact with others in both dining rooms, as we had an evening meal up stairs in the smaller dining room on our initial visit & lunch in the main floor dining room on our return visit a few days later. Mom loved to cook & to reach her standards is very special indeed. This is a place where she can dine for the rest of her life with nurishing, wonderful meals, with out having to stress over what she can no longer accomplish herself at this stage of her life. The well appointed apartments we saw, the people we met, the attention to the best life for each individual and respect amongst staff & residents receive all pluses. Both my brother & I feel really good about mom living here. And she was excited by it all on her very first visit! Naturally she was looking at everything she wanted to notice, while my brother & I were checking out all the many features & aspects from our perspectives & check lists. Mom & I have toured nine recommended & researched communities in this seach for mom's new home & we both feel great about Atria Inn. It is not surprising to have my brother agree with us that this is the right place for mom! We three are relieved & grateful to have found Atria Inn at the perfect time! Thank you!

We love it. They do an excellent job, we really like it here. They are really clean and friendly. I think we get a pretty fair value. They have a fair amount of activities if I wanted to do them.

So far they've done a great job caring for my loved one, and we have been very pleased with them! It's a very new community, but they're already very on-the-ball when it comes to the staff being friendly and responsive. They're great at engaging the residents and encouraging them to participate in activities. They also work very hard to learn the likes and dislikes of the residents when it comes to food, so they can alter the menu to everyone's tastes.
