Great staff, very friendly and personable. A very nice facility with all the amenities you could ask for, and an amazing location.

My father and the family are very pleased with Thunderbird Retirement Resort. Although dad has been ill, he cannot wait to get better and enjoy all that Thunderbird has to offer with the Pool, Jacuzzi and he is always being updated with a calendar of activities. He enjoys the dining room and loved how the lobby was decorated for Halloween and now how beautiful it is for Christmas. The staff is very nice and caring. We are happy to receive all the information that is left at his apartment in regards to different services and such. The only suggestion I could make would be to somehow provide more parking spaces for the guests.

Becky is great to work with. She's such a caring and outgoing person. So positive. An asset to North Star!

I selected Broadway proper for my uncle. The rooms are spacious, the people are friendly, the food is delicious. Extra care can be added as needed. So far, we are very pleased.

We likes Las Colinas a lot, they are very good! The staff has been wonderful, caring, and they’ve bent over backwards to help our family during this whole situation. The community is clean, big, wonderful, and my father has enjoyed his time there. The community tends towards woman more than men. He has actually improved so much here that we might need to move him to a lower care facility, he also would prefer to have a few more men around to socialize with. But overall we really love the staff and think a lot of the improvement in his dad is due to their hard work!

I walk by your facility quite often, and loved the way it looks. I went in to see what is was like on the inside, and was greeted by friendly happy people. I was very impressed, and will definitely consider living here when the time comes.

I had moved Mother from another memory care facility, which I didn't like. They had trouble with special diets, for instance for people who couldn't chew. She didn't like it there. The room here in Kyle for memory care was $1100 cheaper a month than the last place. The Orchard Park place offers more services and special diets. They cater more to people in memory care who need special services than the last place did. The guy in charge of it is very involved with everything. I was happy with the place, and would recommend others atleast take a look at it..

Since it's brand new, it's very, very clean They're all about the same price, so it's hard to compare them on value. It's convenient to me because it's on the way home from work. I haven't encountered any problems with his care. Once a week they go to some local area store for shopping. They have bingo, dancing, and kiss bingo (with hershey kisses), exercise class, a salon, and medical staff, during the day.

They did a good job. We didn't have any problems to report. They were reliable, and we never had any issues with them.

We have loved this place for our Mom. She chooses her activities and gets a choice for meals. Staff are friendly to us and our Mom. Her room is cleaned weekly and laundry is done. Medication is given properly and on time. It's new and beautiful inside. We are blessed to have my Mom here.

I am very happy with the Senior living home. It's reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and very attentive. They are willing to do anything to help. The facility is pretty clean. And I am very pleased.

I looked at several assisted living facilities in and around the South Austin area. Orchard Park was always better than any facility I visited.

They are doing a great job. The staff is friendly, and they keep it clean. The price is a great value for memory care. They are attentive and responsive, and they have a good amount of appropriate activities. I haven't tried it but the food seems to be okay for her. We chose them over others because I liked that they were affordable and brand new.

It's a little bit older so it could be a little cleaner, the carpets are clean but could be replaced, but I wouldn't mark them down for it. There haven't been any complaints about the food. We chose it because when we visited, all the residents were down in the lobby and they said that they were happy, they volunteered that and wanted us to know. And there are always residents sitting in the lobby being social, not for any activity, but just to be social.

It's very clean and the staff is very friendly. The value is really good and one of the main drivers for what we were looking for. Unfortunately we haven't had much of a chance for activities. She can't say enough about the food, she really enjoys it. When we chose Thunderbird we liked the location and the pricing.
