The care at this community is very nice and the staff is helpful. The menu is outstanding and she is pleased with the nice variety. They offered alot of nice activities and they are able to take small trips out of the community. We would highly recommend the care of this community for great care with a good value for other families.

This is a fabulous place! The staff are great with the care of my loved one, and the facility is very clean. Overall, my loved one is having a wonderful stay at The Reserve, and I would highly recommend it!

Our precious grandma needed assisted living so we toured several communities. [Removed] gave us our initial tour and grandma felt at home from the moment she walked in the door. Everyone was kind and friendly on our tour and this kindness extended after grandma moved in as well. Grandma has made some nice friends and says she now feels at home as she did when she lived in her condominium. The staff is always professional and grandma reports the food is delicious. Her unit is cleaned on a regular basis and she also reports the nurses aids are very helpful with bathing assistance and compression hose. There's even a beauty salon in site! Grandma enjoys taking walks in and around the courtyard, listening to live concerts at the Olive Grove and intends to partake of Bingo, Movies and exercise classes offered. They even offer field trips. Initially we were anxious moving our 88 year old grandma out of her Biltmore Condo to an assured living. But after experiencing the caring staff, kind residents and well run operations at the Olive Grove we know we made the right choice.

My loved one is fairly happy with everything at Senior Star. She liked the people, she says the food is good, and the facility is kept very clean. She says that the staff are amazing, and we feel that they are the closest thing we could have possibly had to actually having family there taking care of her. If she has any complaints, it would be that breakfast is served a bit too early. Other than that, she is loving her stay!

The care at this community is outstanding. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The menu is outstanding. The community is bright and cheerful. This community makes you feel like your in a home atmosphere. I like knowing that the community is clean and well maintained. My grandmother is happy here at this community and I highly recommend the care and the value to other families wanting a great place for a loved one.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting with the caring staff. This community is clean and she likes the variety of healthy meals. I like knowing that she is happy with patticipating with the activiites that are offered. The is a very comfortable community with great care that we would recommend to other families.

This community is heaven. I'am very pleased with my move here, everything is working out very well. You can't get me out of here. They have great food, wonderful activities. The staff is awesome. It's going pretty good since my Sister and Brother in law moved in. They are still adjusting. The facility offers a variety of activities and the gals there [Removed] were great. [Removed] showed us the room and went out of her way to get us moved. She gave us access to start moving in early because of our situation. They were very accommodating. Everyone is so extremely friendly and by the time we were done we were ready to give them hugs. We liked that the layout was more of an open concept.

She is enjoying the activities that are offered for her to participate with the other residents. Other families might want to tour this community for the care and the value that is available for a loved one.

The have nice activities for the residents, she likes getting out on small trips away from the community. We highly recommend the care her for other families and there loved ones.

My loved one had an overall great experience with The Oakes. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly. My loved one is a picky eater, so the food could use some improvement. Though my loved one does not participate in too many activities, he does enjoy the poker games from time to time. I would recommend The Oakes to a friend.

I was looking for an assisted living for my mom once she recovered from her hip surgery (broken hip from a fall). The staff was very friendly. If we passed some staff while on our tour they all greeted us and introduced themselves, so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely keep this place in mind when we are ready for move.

As soon as I walked into Farrington Court, I knew my parents would like it. The staff [Removed], [Removed], [Removed] and [Removed] were very kind. The house keepers kept their apartment so clean and the food was really too much to choose from. I couldn’t get over all the staff and people who lived there for many years – must be a great place to live and work!

At first there was adjustments to be made. Farrington Court always works to help residents to get the help the residents need in a timely manner. No complaints.

My dad has lived at Farrington for just over a year. With my dad’s Onset of Dimentia Farrrington really goes the “Extra Mile”. To make my dad feel comfortable and at ease here. The staff is always professional and helpful. It’s a tremendous relief to our family knowing my dad is so well taken care of at such a reasonable price.

I’ve lived in this community for almost 5 years. The staff is friendly, caring and always available. This is a retirement community for me since I do not need assistance but am checked on to make sure everything is OK. The food is nutritional and good. We always have choices as you can tell I’m very happy here with lots of friends. There is always something to do.

I love living at Farrington Court. I love to hear the laughter as I walk by the dining room. I love the way people are eager to help each other – like a family. I love that our director [Removed], resolves a problem quickly after it’s brought to her attention. I love the activities that are available to us. Something new I love - coffee where we get to know one another much better.

The Orchard is a really nice place. We choose it after touring seven other facilities as the best fit for our family member with dementia. It is well maintained and very clean with no bad odors. The staff is very friendly and helpful to both residents and visitors. The rates are good for our area. The care services are excellent. Within the first month the staff knew the likes and dislikes of our loved one. The activities are chosen for the cognitive abilities of the residents and the residents seem to respond well to the staff and the activities. We are very happy with The Orchard after a full two months of residency.

I toured this community. The staff was nice and the menu looked appealing. The staff was caring about the needs that I was looking for. The community was nice and the residents seem to be happy and active. The menu was appealing with a lot of healthy choices. I would recommend this community and families might want to consider a tour here for the care of a loved one.

My father has been doing very well since his move to Broadway Proper Retirement. I would absolutely recommend this community. For the price, I think it is one of the best in Tucson. The apartment he is in is perfect, he has a living room, walk-in closet and a kitchen that he does not have to use much because they provide delicious meals there. It has been a very good experience.
