[Date removed]- My mother and step father live at Superior. The care is wonderful and the staff is always cordial and helpful. My brother and I are informed of any changes to routine, well being of our parents or alerted to any problems. Since my parents have been at superior they have experienced a hurricane in Panama City and now the Corona Virus. In both of these situations the Residency handled the situation with calm and upmost care and concern for the residents. I appreciate the strict guidelines and caution during this Corona Virus and totally support all they are doing to protect their residents. We could not be happier with Superior and my parents also have no complaints and often remark on the good food and how nice Superior is. [Name removed]- Rome, GA

Beautifully, designed facility that just opened up in July 2019. Well-thought our, warm & bright activity and dining spaces for residents. The bright, spacious rooms are across from a big, beautiful courtyard. Also was the only place we encountered were there was some supervised integration with Assisted Living side, which was nice.

This was a second tour for me, but my mother's first. She was taken with the professionalism, experience and compassion of [name removed]. And she loved the staff she met, from the Front Desk Concierge to [name removed] the Chef. All units were well appointed and the community has just received a beautiful update on the interior. So so many offerings and so many activities.

My mother is in the memory care unit. They really need more employees, it is very difficult for them to monitor all the patients with the few employees they have. The ones they do have do an outstanding job.

More of a small boutique hotel feel. Convenient to shopping areas like Target, Publix and Trader Joe’s

The entire staff at Brookdale are wonderful! They go out of their way to make people feel welcome. It's very clean and updated. They offer lots of activities. I would highly recommend Brookdale to any of my family and friends.

Lovely campus. Generous mix of Assisted living and memory care. Staff ratio seems excellent. Have opted to move mom in. Hopefully will be happy and healthier there.

The Pointe at Ocean Boulevard in Stuart, Florida is my "home" in all ways. I have been a resident for about 5 years and it provides everything that I ever need to keep me happy and busy. I love being able to be outside when I open my front door and not a long dark hallway! Good friends and good food and a caring staff. It is tops!

My parents moved in three months ago, and were not thrilled with having to give up their home of 50 years. But within a few weeks, they'd settled in and love the friendly and helpful staff who've gone out of their way to make them feel welcome.

I was a resident at Ashton Court for the month of March, my experience with staff and tenants was met with total satisfaction and for the brief period I was there, I was engaged, enlightened and quite impressed with not only the apartment, but the desserts, cocktail hour and the staff who was always very pleasant; warm and embracing, making my transition as easy as possible. The culinary aspect of my stay was quite considerate; as it was healthy and well balanced. I am very pleased with my new home at The Village at SouthLake. My apt. is spacious and suits my needs perfectly. The other residents are very friendly as are the staff. There are numerous activities to choose from and I have tried out several. But there is no pressure to join or do anything if you choose not to. I have found the food very tasty and there are alternatives available if you don't care for what is on the menu I am very pleased with my choice and I did look at several others. I have a few concerns but they are minor. Any problems I have had have been addressed immediately. I would definitely recommend considering this facility. I think you would be pleased.

My aunt has lived here for just under a year. The staff and other residents have been so welcoming and helpful. The monthly themed family nights are something we always look forward to. The care that my aunt receives is amazing and the true compassion of the staff is something you cannot find anywhere else! I am so grateful for everything Beckett Lake has done and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of assisted living for their loved one!

I only have very positive things to say about all members of the staff. Each person is well educated and of the best personality for memory care. They treat my wife with respect and understanding. I also observed this caring attitude with other residents in memory care. The office staff and leaders are easy to work with and care about a quality environment.

My mother has been at the Village at Southlake for 6 months now, and she has had an incredibly smooth transition into the new community. The staff are warm and helpful, they offer many activities that she enjoys, and she has made fast friends with a number of the residents. Compared to living at home and feeling responsible for maintaining and then selling a house, her apartment life eliminated many stresses and her tendency to overdo. Initially she was emphatic about needing a two bedroom but has settled into her one bedroom and found that it meets her needs. She has minor complaints about menu preferences and has a few suggestions for improving the facility or the schedule of activities. I think she also didn't realize the transportation to doctor's appointments would be as limited as it is. But all in all it's been a life-changing, quality-of-life improving move.
