The administrator who showed us around was very nice and informative. But overall the facility wasn’t clean, and it just looked depressing.

I struggle to put an good yet an excellent rating on this review. My mom has dementia and I put her into an assisted living facility to keep her safe because I could not give full time care. I was led to believe that they would get her to doctor visits which I was struggling to do and keep my job. After she was already moved in it was then I was told that that would only happen one she was medicaid eligible. My mother struggles with a leg condition and because of her dementia tends to need frequent visits to the wound doctor. You see she simply cannot leave her bandages alone and ends up making the condition of her legs worse. I took her for four visits over a six week time period I struggled to get her into my car but simply cannot do it anymore. Before too long her legs were where they were to begin with. They told me that I needed to get her to the doctor and I reminded them that I could not physically get her into my car. The nurse in charge there then told me she would see what she could do. Well about three weeks later they havent gotten her to the doctor and now she has MRSA. I truly feel had they gotten her to the wound doctor she would not have developed this condition. To be honest if they would have just followed the orders that I brought back to them as they were written I believe she would be in better shape. I am truly concerned to move her because I think it would just move her mental state even lower than it already has since moving in there. I was also told that she would be able to participate in the activities that they have downstairs. Because she is in a locked floor staff needs to be assigned to go with the residents from that floor. I do not believe she has been able to go down to the activites more than five times since becoming a resident. With all this said I think that if she did not have dementia and could do more for herself she may have had a better outcome. Sadly her next step will be a nursing home and I carry the guilt knowing that I had no choice but to put her where she is at.

It seemed nice, people friendly, fairly clean.I found that they really need a Kitchen staff that is experienced with the older people and what they should have to eat. A more versatile menu for what they can and cannot eat

Although physical (facility) upgrades were clearly overdue, the 'people' aspect of Ivy Ridge was a great fit, and a space the meet our needs available. The facility had been recently purchased by a new owner and things seemed on the uptick. With the passage of time, that has changed. The once good meals are now poor, many of the good staff members and leadership have moved on, the facility is still lacking. I learn that the hot water is turned off overnight and not turned on again early enough for residents to shower before breakfast. Things that staff did for residents are no longer done. I'd encourage the state to make a spot check.

Small facility. Building is old. Only 2 aides per shift. Few activities. Better meals before menu was changed. Residents rely on family for Drs appts and shopping. Other facilities offer much more. Do your research.

The facility itself is clean, but when it comes to my loved ones room I would have to give that a 1. I know that my loved one can be difficult due to the dementia, but they are not keeping our loved one clean. Their lack of care could be considered neglect. Our loved one does not like the food. There is much room for improvement at Spring Oak and at the moment, we would not recommend them to others.

Everyone is nice and polite, but the place smells of urine which means they must be lacking staff. Also, all of my mother’s washcloths are gone. Missing socks. I wasted my time putting her name on her items as the facility requested. Within the first month or so of being there she was loaded with fluid. They were oblivious to it. During the 5 months I rehabbed her, she had no fluid. I took her to a cardiologist who started Lasix. I requested a low sodium diet and told them to not give her processed foods. They seemed as though I was asking for the impossible. I am unable to take care of my mom. I became ill and am undergoing a long recovery.

The staff is friendly but the care of medications given when they are supposed to and a shower that is scheduled to be done twice a week is no longer being done! There are no activities for the Memory Care residents they sit in their rooms all day in front of the tv or will rarely walk up and down the hallway! All 3 meals are delivered to the room so interaction is minimal

I would never put another family member in this facility. my family member was supposed to get bathed twice a week, she was lucky to get one a week. they only changed her sheets when we complained about them not being changed (over 2 months). administration didn't seem very interested in residents.

Breakfast good, lunch and dinner inedible 60or 7 meals per week, cleaning service is very ragged assistance-help not available, security safe from 10 pm to 6 am-not good coverage, have lived here 7.5 years stead decline in services, food quality, cleanliness, quality of help. Don't know why Noble needs a review, the residents and local staff are quite aware of the decline in services. Would not recommend to friends due to shortage of staff.

Low price at the start but you have to furnish the apartment and there are extra fees which add up quickly. Seemed to me that the people living there are not very happy Apartment that I was shown had yet to be cleaned from the last person. Smelled funny. So not putting my Uncle there.

I am not happy with the community due to they are renting to residents that are not of the senior age. We have asked for a few small repair that is not being taken care of. The community is not what we wanted and we can not recommend this to other families for care at this time.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience with this community. The building is run down, and some updating. I was not comfortable with the care he was receiving. It is a convenient location for us. The staff was nice, and tried their best with what they had to work with. This was not the community for my husband, and his needs.

I did not like this community at all when I visited it. The staff was nice. There was a smell when I got to the memory care area. This community felt like a nursing home and we were looking for a smaller community.

The care from staff very poor Each day my mother has to try to get back to her room on her own. Other clients as well are pushing one another back to room after eating staff does not complete every 2 hour checks as was told on admission she is left in wheelchair for hours between meals i have yet to see floor vaccum The crumbs on floor are there week after week you may wonder why she remains here very few choices in area yes family has verbally complained to supervisor and owners no changes

No staff just looking to make a buck residents just sit in same place day after day I’m wondering just how they are being taken care of with no staff meals are god awful place smells of mold I always leave with a headache

The facility took a turn for the worse. Staff is focused on themselves and not centered on the residents. That's what we are paying for. They can gripe on their own time and out of public ear. Administration is not a responsive as they should be. They had a power outage and sent an email to family. I responded with concerns about my family needing cpap and power for the recliner they slept in. No response. I told them we were moving out and asked for next steps. No response to email and two letters. When staff asked if we were moving they told me I had to sign a form. Sign a form? I have been asking what I need to do. I don't give a hoot about some form. When I spoke with billing about a question for a current statement they told me they needed 30 days notice to move out. So disappointing.

The cost for this place was absurd and not worth it. I had a sit down with the management here about the conditions of the facility. It was the filthiest place and they didn't care about even trying to maintain anything. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
