Spring Hills

What a fantastic & thoughtful surprise when the courier delivered the beautiful balloons! And such nice literature from SpringHills. This is definitely a plus for me just knowing you followed up immediately with my request for more info. I am thoroughly impressed & I know Jim will be as well. You will hear from us soon. You have already proven that your prospective residents & their family have your utmost attention. My mom has been a resident of the memory unit (cottages) for 6 months. I am very pleased with the care & attention given to her. The caregivers & activities, and nursing staff are knowledgeable, caring & most importantly know my mom as a person… care for her as such. I call them all my angels. The administration also assisted me in a BIG way in helping with mom’s Long Term Health Care policy & getting it working, for her.

Excellent care givers & ever had in my life at home.

My mom moved into Spring hills just over a year ago. She is turning 91 in overall good health with the exception of mild dementia and the use of a walker due to having had a broken femur about a year before moving in.... She LOVES it at Spring Hill. We are all impressed by the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the building. My mom likes the food a lot and she has gained 30 pounds having gone from a size 8 to petite 14...I don't care...she should enjoy eating at this point in her life. The social activities she engages in mostly and seems to attend all the religious services (shes not religious!) and always has a million books from the library in her room. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They don't go on too many interesting trips but I guess they do not get a lot of response to go on them when they are offered by the residents. The rooms are all very bright and cheerful. Overall I am extremely pleased how this has worked out for us. Very nice place with good care and smiling faces. I would recommend!

My mother is happy at Spring Hills. The staff is very nice, friendly, supportive, helpful and professional. Attractive atmosphere, like a boutique hotel with extra activities and services for the elderly. Excellent food, with restaurant style dining, offering lots of choices. I sleep better at night knowing Spring Hills does a great job for my mother.

I believe they are providing good care for my mom. The staff are able to help mom. They communicate well too. My mom is enjoying the meals they serve and has options to choose from.

Very caring, attentive and compassionate staff. My mom couldn't be in a better facility. Moved her from Good Samaritan Assisted Living as they were not meeting her needs.

I was very impressed with [Removed]-your community Rep. she made us feel so welcome & at ease, [Removed] answered all our questions about the menu & the food preparation. We met the chef - "very good food". Your community reminds one of a southern mansion like a picture from "Gone with the Wind". I would recommend your services to anyone.

My loved ones have only been here a short time, but so far the experience has been a very positive one! It's a nice looking place, it is always clean, and the staff seem very friendly.

I love my studio apartment. I am very pleased with living here! I am finally retired to relax and enjoy my life after so much work and caring for my family. I enjoy walking through the courtyards and sitting on the front porch rocking chairs. I commend the friendly caring staff; activities director, nurses, aids, dietary servers, office staff, everyone. When I have had stretches of illnesses the nurses aids and staff were very attentive and caring. They bring me sunshine when I am not feeling well. Thank you Singing Woods for contributing to making my life enjoyable, meaningful and lively!

Rebina was just awesome. Very informative. Willing to go above beyond to obtain answers & questions. She did not know. Facility very clean & well maintained. The chef Taylor & Conclerg B.J - wow they were great too! If only I could convince mom & the price was less! But we shall see.

My wife Grace came Spring Hills. The management & staff were outstanding & caring. I worked with Tracy who was outstanding! I highly recommend Spring Hills.

Excellent facility.

Everyone from the Director (Ms. A. Hill ) to the nurse, aides & administration staff are professional, courteous & caring. Whenever my mother has a problem or is confused, everyone treats her with respect and kindness, they also treat every situation with a sense of urgency and let my mom know that she is respected. She could not be in a better place.

I am so impressed with the Spring Hills community. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. From our initial tour to move in day, we have been aided by their expert advice & concern. They are so loving & caring. It is very clean, the residents well cared for. And did I mention the food is delicious? I could mention names, but I don’t want to forget anyone. What a wonderful community for seniors. God bless you. They work hard, all of them.

I can't say enough about my family's experience with Spring Hills Lake Mary. Every individual person was simply amazing at what they did. Sales, nursing, concierge, patient care, housekeeping,activities, food services, all of them were 100% about Mom's quality of life and care. They were extremely accommodating with her special needs and went out of their way to make the transition easy on her and us. I would highly recommend this facility with the current team. They have this figured out.

Mom currently does not like to participate in any of the activities . She may however start looking into playing bingo. The food is good and I would recommend this community. The staff are caring and patient.
