This is a great community for care. I like the staff who keep me informed on her progress. The variety of meals is healthy with a good choice that is available. I like knowing that she is active with the other residents. I feel that other families would be very happy with the care that is received and for the good value.

We are happy with this community. the staff is caring and we like the atmosphere. The staff needs to work on the outside of the community and make some small improvements. My mom likes the menu and says it is good. This is a smaller community. I like that she is participating with the other residents in the activities that are offered. We would recommend that families tour this community for the cost of care for a loved one.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff at Walnut creek is. They go over and above to deliver personalized care for my mother with the utmost dignity and respect. The facility is spotless and setup in a way to allow freedom of movement and a variety of areas for activities. This has been a difficult time for our family but knowing the professional specialized care she receives there has done much to lift our spirits. [Removed] is always available to answer any questions.

Moved mom in after dad passed 3 months ago. From tour to move in they have made the transition so easy. We were on a wait list, which was refundable, but got the room we wanted in 4 weeks. My siblings and I were so worried she would be confused. But when we visit she is so excited to show us her hair that was done at the salon, telling us that she went to lunch with friends and got to see a "good looking singer." All of our worries were addressed and staff attended to any concerns we had promptly. The staff truly care and that was #1 on our list. We visited 3 other places downriver and hands down this was the best. It's worth checking out to see all they have to offer. We even went there on the wait list for lunch and an ice cream social.

Extremely pleased with facility. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly. Place was clean as could be. Went with the smaller bedroom which was still very roomy. Of course the main concern was whether my mother would like it. She fell in love with it and can't wait to move in.

The staff are outgoing, quick to respond , very caring and concerned about the residents. Mom enjoys some of the activities they offer. The food sounds good and mom seems to like it. She has a nice room and they keep the community clean. I am comfortable with the level of care she is receiving and I would recommend this community.

This is a well-run facility. The staff is great. They treat the patients with love and respect. It is like a home for the patients. My husband liked it there. The family is always welcome. Many activities include the family. Compassionate care in action.

We toured this nice community. It is a bigger community and did not have the feeling that we were looking for at the time. The lunch was appealing and we liked the variety. they have a lot of activities. We would recommend this community for families to tour for the care of a loved one with a good value and atmosphere for others.

My wife and I moved to Magnolia Springs January of 2017, after visiting other facilities. We were so impressed with the ambience and the attention to detail throughout. But that wasn’t the best part! The management team and staff are what make Magnolia Springs wonderful for us. Right outside our door are people to help us with what even makes our stay better. From day one they knew who we were, making it feel like friends and family. It was a good choice for [Removed] and I. Thank you Magnolia Springs!

Thank goodness for Magnoila Springs! My dad is living here and I have never seen him happier! The staff are so friendly and caring and he has already made several friends. The food is delicious! He never wants to go out to eat any more and when we visit him, we always join him for meals.

The lady at the front desk took me for a tour. She was able to answer all of my questions. The residents seem happy and the employees were pleasant. I was happy to see that even though this facility is all memory units, there was a variety of activities for the people to participate in and the mood seemed upbeat. We are still in the process of decision making but Rittenhouse is definitely on our short list.

My loved one is very happy at Elmcroft. The facility is kept very well maintained for my loved one, and the staff are sure to take care of his needs and requests. He also enjoys participating in the activities that they have to offer.

This is a nice community for care. The staff are nice and caring to her needs. The community is clean with a nice enviroment. My mom is happy with the variety of nice meals. They offer her alot of activiites and there are a few that she does enjoy. I hope that she will be more active in time. We would recommend this community to other families

Sunshine Care is the most unique community to service Memory Care. They can manage the needs of their residents on every level so they can age in place. The care staff and management is outstanding!!! Sunshine Care is privately owned so everyone knows exactly who your loved one is, and what is going on with their care. You will never have to cold call a toll free number and give 5 minutes of background to get your question answered. Everyone from the Care Manager, Nurse and even the Executive Director [removed] is directly accessible. Once you tour and compare the market, Sunshine Care is the only answer to ensure your loved one is cared for as if they were the staff’s own family member

My sister is doing very well since her move to this community. Everything is working out very well, and I'am pleased with her move here. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend.

Thank you Elmcroft staff, for helping a few dear friends of mine enjoy their golden yrs. The smallest things meant so much to all of us, especially nearing the end of their journey!! I highly recommend Elmcroft Senior Living!

I had toured several other facilities, and was discouraged about results. I knew that my client would be a difficult placement, every problem that I listed, their response was, we can handle that. My guy has only been thre a week, and he is in love with Cinco Ranch. As far as my guy is concerned, he would be happy in a tent, the food is the best part of everything, Staff has no problem with his numerous quirks, they take everything in stride and have come up with creative solutions.. The best part my guy knows that if he needs something, all he has to do is ask I rest easy because I am confident that medication is given at all times. They go find him, he doesn't have to remember when he takes meds.

My aunt loves it here at this community. She is doing very well, and I'am satisfied with her move here. The staff is wonderful. They are very attentive, and helpful. Everybody is very kind. The meals are nice, and they offer nice activities for the residents. I would recommend this community, it is working out well for us.

My loved one is very pleased with her stay! The staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with my loved one, especially the site director, who is absolutely fantastic. Elmcroft has nurses, paramedics and doctors on site, so there is no doubt that they are prepared for anything. The chefs and staff have been working with Elmcroft for a while, so the consistency and high level of work please me. I am thrilled to death with our experience with this facility!

Have been very happy with the care my mom has received since living there for past 5 months. Staff is friendly and caring and facility offers many activities specially catered for Alzheimer’s patients.
