Excellent circular layout in memory care (can't get lost, no matter which direction you turn leaving your room!) Gentle activities in progress when I visited. Quiet, sheltered garden area with raised bed for residents to plant. Recliners for residents to sit in in hallways and public areas (most places have less comfortable straight chairs). Staff has good longevity -- company promotes from within, and staff seem pleasant and engaged with residents.

When mom was sick they let me know she was sick+ thought she needed to go to the hospital. They were really watching her. Ended up she has flu strain A + pneumonia. She was in the hospital 3 days, when she came home she said the staff treated her like a "princess". We were so pleased at the level of service the staff provided.

Looking for a friend. She would love it here. Everyone seems very friendly and she needs a bright and cheery atmosphere.

As an RN for decades, my awareness of quality (or lack of) care of the elderly+even more, elders w/ dementia is very keen. I researched+chase mag spr based on reviews; I now have a constant song in my heart. Tech to pt. ratio ideal! 3:18. And caregivers are happy, self-motivated, truly concerned [removed] If's a dream realized for me after horrid prior facility.

What an awesome facility & such an answer to prayer. We recently moved our parents into Magnolia Springs - They are 96 years old and the transition has been rough, but amazing. The staff is so kind, caring + supportive that all the rough spots were made much smoother by them. So nice to also go somewhere that every employee loves+enjoys their job!!! Special thanks to facility helpers [name removed] for going that extra mile with our folks!

Magnolia Springs gave my mom a sense of independence and me peace of mind that she is in a wonderful facility run by many caring individuals. The staff is phenomenal.

Grand View is an amazing place. My mother has never been so happy. She loves the activities and the staff treat her like their own mother. I feel so good about my decision. I looked all over the area and just couldn't find a place that felt like home until I toured Grand View and saw for myself that there really is a memory care for my mom.

My parents live here, recently my dad has some health challenges, did a hospital, rehab at a community with multiple care levels, they of course wanted him to stay. I did consider it, but quickly realized home was at elmcroft, the food is better, the staff more attentive, and the community is cleaner. Not once during the time my folks have lived here has this community experienced any outbreaks as other communities they have lived before. Also, the past year, this team has made amazing changes in my parents lives with programs, staffing. Dining is amazing here, the food is far better than anywhere my parents have lived, they have two trained chefs on staff, plus cooks. Tiny but terrific, kudos to all staff, particularly chef for his good food.

I had never heard of whole person wellness - we have lived here for a couple of years now and in the past year, this leadership team have brought the whole person wellness into full scope of life. Now I know, whole person wellness is, our program director and other staff members provide a full calendar of things to do and places to go each month. Emotional, how to cope effectively with life and create satisfying relationships Environmental, good health by occupying pleasant, stimulating environments that support well-being Financial, satisfaction with current and future financial situations, Intellectual, creative ways to expand knowledge and skills, Occupational—satisfaction and enrichment from one’s work - engagement, Physical, recognizing the need for physical activity, healthy foods, and sleep, Social, a sense of connection, belonging, and a well-developed support system, Spiritual, expanding a sense of purpose and meaning in life.
