The community is an excellent spot. The staff (both executive and household) are knowledgeable, caring, and well trained. I was here for a diagnosis. The staff certainly helped get me through a very difficult time. I could not be more pleased.

If I can't live in my own home I can't think of a better place to be. Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, lots of activities available.

Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater in Carmel, IN is a beautiful facility with all the amenities at our disposal. All the people here (administrators, caregivers, servers, housekeepers, activity personnel, food service, maintenance and fellow residents) work together to make this a truly outstanding place to live. I feel blessed to call it my home.

My brother and I could not be happier with magnolia springs east. Our mother is in the memory care unit and her days are filled with activities and friends. The staff is amazing!

Kind, caring, efficient, and absolutely fabulous nurses and employees. [Name removed] was awesome and [name removed] was just as cool! Love them both for being so good to protect my dad's wife from thoughtless visitors and for [name removed] to bring her flowers to her room, and [name removed] for financially making it easy for my 98 year old father after losing his wife. I would recommend Farmington Square to EVERYONE.

They take great care of my mother. If I have any concerns they will address the problem. The aides in memory care are attentive of the client needs.

absolutely loved this place! It's a little further away than I'd like but after a couple more places to check out, this is definitely at the top of my list.

Having been through several communities - This place really impressed me. Everyone I met while touring were friendly and welcoming.

Definitely in our TOP TWO for my parents. Beautiful community and everyone is very welcoming and warm. Mom and dad aren't quite ready but when the time comes... us kids hope they choose you!!!!

I never thought I'd need assisted living. After an illness, hospital stay, physical rehab, I went back to my home for 3 weeks and did not take care of myself. So, back to the hospital for more weeks. This time I went to Magnolia Springs Lexington. This is "your home" once you enter. They have caring individuals to meet any need you may have in assisted living. There are many activities, great food, personal attention to medical needs and transportation to appts. and events. I wish I had come here directly after my first illness. Go see for yourself, it may be the place for you!

Magnolia Springs East is a wonderful facility with a great staff and excellent food! Our family has been happy with the care my parents have had here for 5 years.

Rooms are great and all of the staff is wonderful.

After living together for 14 years, it was decided that my 93 year old father needed more assistance physically than we could give him. We looked at several facilities and he decided on magnolia due to the people, facility, food and physical therapy he would receive. It has only been 60 days since move in but everything promised has been done. The PT he is receiving is helping him to get stronger and more fit. We can highly recommend this community.

Very nice and friendly staff. They have a beautiful courtyard for their residents and there were lots of residents participating in activities. We liked how they have separate dining and a separate activity room for people that are at a high level of care.

My Father has been a resident at Magnolia Springs since June 2015. \The atmosphere and quality of the facilities is wonderful. Also, I cannot say enough about the staff. They not only know everything about the residents, but also the family as well. Whenever my Father has had an issue, they take care of him and also inform me immediately. I rest easier knowing my Father is surrounded by people that are genuinely concerned about him. They provide a lot of varied activities to keep all of the residents involved. The food is also excellent also. I would (and have) recommended to anyone I know that is looking for an Assisted Living apartment for their family members, that they should visit Magnolia Springs and take a tour to see everything. They will not be disappointed.

Excellent place. My mom lived there for 6 years. She made many friends, went to a lot of activities, and the staff was so friendly to both her and my family when visiting. Very clean which is something that is important when selecting senior care !! After a while you felt right at home with being greeted when coming in. The dining rooms were like you were at a fancy restaurant. Table cloths, cloth napkins, flowers on the table, staff all looking so nice, you could not ask for anything better. Food was good too. Senior care is something that is pretty special to your loved ones. They are no longer in their home and it is tough starting over. Layton Terrace makes that happen !! A great place !!
