I like the fact that I feel safe at Library Square. I like the people here. The maintenance staff have been very helpful. I tell my daughter it is a very good place she chose for me.

One of the main things is that the staff is very friendly. They check on the residents all the time and are very pleasant. My father in law is very happy there. He loves the food, they have a different kind of pie everyday for lunch. He is even trying new foods. He started off as a two week respite when we went out of town. When we asked him how he liked it his response was, "what's not to like".

I have been at MS for almost 2 full years. It has far exceeded my own expectations. The facility, the staff, and the services are wonderful. Without reluctance of any kind, I sold my home of 40 years and moved here to make this my home for life. The residents are welcoming to all and add to the feeling of "home."

I am the Power Of Attorney for a friend who has been living at Las Villas De Carlsbad for a year and 3 months. [Name removed] absolutely loves it there. Mother staff is very attentive to his needs and help him with anything and everything he needs. I live out of the country and they always keep me informed of any issues my friend may have. I have personally met most of the staff there and they are all very sweet and friendly.

Great caregivers. Good food. All employees are super great.

I have 2 friends in Memory Way. They are very well taken care of. They have the option to join in activities or not depending on their mood. The men and women who work there check on them daily (several times). Answer any questions, laugh with them and, I believe, genuinely love them.

Magnolia Springs is a beautiful friendly community. The staff and residents make you feel at home and part of the family the minute you step through the door. Activities vary, some volleyball, to bingo, cards, scrabble, dinner and a show, and much more. Art classes too. My life here is full.

Excellent here! Staff is kind, courteous and answers all my questions and takes care of any problems immediately.

When [name removed] took over as the Executive Director, our family had a chance to meet and discuss our concerns. [Name removed] listened to our concerns and asked us to give her time to put together a team of people who were there for residents and not just there for a paycheck. [Name removed] has compiled a staff that is dedicated to the well being of the residents, listens to the concerns of our family and keeps us up to date with information on our mom.

Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale is different than other places we toured. It was more like "home" than an institution. We entered to a lovely courtyard setting where residents, their guests and staff can sit at cafe tables to react and interact. The building itself has a lot of windows for natural light and the layout affords residents with a real sense of freedom and autonomy which is important to us. There are accessible secure outdoor areas my mom could enjoy and the shower policy is driven by safety. Even more impressive was the staff. There was good camaraderie and genuine caring about the residents. Everyone from top to bottom seemed dedicated to providing the best quality of life possible. The food even smelled great. If we decide on Pennsylvania rather than New Jersey our family will choose Rittenhouse Village.

I have known [name removed] for sometime now in his capacity as Culinary Director at Rittenhouse Village at Floral Vale. My wife is a resident at that facility and it is important to me and to other members of her family that she be provided with the best of care including nutritious and appetizing meals. In my opinion, [name removed] has a nearly impossible job as he is tasked with providing good food to many residents 21 times a week. I wouldn’t know how to begin doing that but [name removed] obviously does for which everyone is thankful. I have nothing but good things to say about [name removed]. He knows personally and interacts with each resident at RVFL as well as their visitors. It is obvious that [name removed] takes his mission to heart and puts a great deal of thought and care into everything he does. I am proud to call him my friend. - [name removed]

The staff at Magnolia Springs Louisville are very friendly. You can tell that they care about each resident by the way they pay attention to details and try to make each day special for them. A great team and a lovely community.

For over 20+ years, our mom had been a resident of Oak Hill Terrace. Great for 24/7 care and a secured facility that put the family at ease. She started out with a senior living arrangement which she enjoyed. Sadly as time went on, she needed assisted living arrangements and then the last 10 years she needed the more attentive care for those with dementia/alzheimers in their "Spring House" area. My family is very grateful to ALL of the staff and Mr. [name removed] for many well-cared years. Much appreciated!!

My mother has been in Elmcroft as of August 2019. The facility is bright and cheery and not dark and dingy. They really care about the residents, aiding them in everything that they need, such as helping them to bathe, dress, go to the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, giving them their meds. The staff is very kind and attentive to the residents. Also, the monthly rent covers everything that they need with no extra charges except for the cable TV and phone. We are extremely happy with them.

Staff Make the Difference! The Magnolia Springs East team is incredible. From the Front Desk team, to the Business Manager, the Residential Services Director and her team, the Activities Director, the Culinary Services team, the Executive Director, and the Building/Facilities director....EVERYONE truly cares and looks out for the residents as if they are their family. They quickly learn their names, preferences, habits, likes (and dislikes)...all the small things that make a difference in making personal connections! One huge benefit for us is that since Magnolia Springs has a memory unit, many of their staff are aware of what to watch for as early stages of dementia and other memory conditions digress over time. This is particularly helpful since our loved one is in the Assisted Living area, but will likely go to Memory Way (the memory unit) in the future. In short, Magnolia Springs has a great team who truly care combined with the knowledge and skills to make a difference!
