Our family had an in person tour and we thought the tour experience was fantastic but because of the level our loved one was at, Briar Glen was just not the place at the moment but it very well could be in the future.

They have great activities. It was one of the reasons we chose this facility. The value for the money was the best that we saw, and we saw many different facilities. Even though it is 2.5 miles away from the ocean, it is on a bigger campus than the others we saw. There is a nice area surrounding it. They also have an outside pool and jacuzzi. There is a weight room on campus too. I would absolutely recommend Laguna Estates to others, they really worked with me in the beginning as well and I appreciated it.

I toured this community and it was a great tour. The facility was very nice. Everyone was very friendly and the facility was clean. It was our second choice.

This facility is good, we've had no problems here. The staff knows me and I've gotten to know them also. The staff is good, they do their job and do it well. Communication with the family is very good. They're quick to respond anytime I have questions. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

This was a good community. It wasn't the right fit due to my loved one needed more care than they could provide.

Based on the area it is one of the best communities around. However, they are starting to have staffing issues like other communities in the area. It was bumpy to start with; however, the community and staff worked with the family and things evened out very quickly.

The staff and residents are all so very friendly and caring. The building itself is beautiful. Everything is very clean and the food is definitely a must to try. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating.

I'm very happy here at Magnolia Springs, and I plan to stay here for the rest of my life. I like the people and how they treat me. And it's just a very happy place to live.

Creekside Alzheimer's Special Care Center seemed like a very nice facility. The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately they did not have any openings at the time that we were looking.

Very independent. I don't need a lot and this is perfect.

The people could not be any friendlier. I appreciate that, there are always people around to visit with. I also love that I can have my dog.

A very friendly group of employees and residents....making my life peaceful and comfortable. Employees cooperate and help each other so employees enjoy coming to work, which helps me as a resident. The building is beautiful and spacious....enjoy living here.

Making the decision to move my father and step mother to Magnolia was done swiftly with no regrets. They needed a safe place for [name removed] to heal from a stroke and dad to have help. Magnolia is a beautiful facility with plenty of room and activities. The staff has been extremely helpful, kind and supportive. All of [name removed] therapies have been provided in her room, this has been beneficial.

My mantra is, “If I need or want to live somewhere other than my own house, Magnolia Springs is where I want to be. My son and daughter-in-law checked thoroughly all the other possibilities and felt strongly that Magnolia Springs is the very best. As soon as I had a tour and met some of the staff as well as the those who live at Magnolia Springs I knew it was the right place for me. All the employees are knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Additionally, they are always ready to help and they know every person by name. Wonderful.

Landscaping is beautiful with trees, flowers, grass, and a pond with colored fountain. Beautiful building inside and out. Lots of activities conducted by staff. Musicians and musical groups perform regularly. My apartment room is kept clean and neat and is not subjected to objectional noises.

my parent has lived at magnolia springs east for over six years. We have had a good experience and we have seen no reason to leave. MSE has good apartments, food and a friendly staff. My parent has some special needs which are well attended to by the staff

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The outside as well as the inside is inviting and beautiful. I love all of the activities that allow me to get involved with all of the other residents.
