We had a nice tour of this community, and everything went well for the most part. The community appeared to be well-kept, everything we saw looked nice, and clean. The staff we came across was nice, and helpful. Our questions were answered. The experience went well, but we did feel this was the right fit for my mother in law.

I had a tour with them and I got the information I needed to make a good choice for my dad. I had no problem with the tour or staff there.

My father in law has only been here a short time but he so far is doing well. He is making new friends. He is not one to join any groups but we have hopes that the staff will keep encouraging him to do so. The staff so far we have found to be wonderful very nice and accommodating very caring. I can't really say how the food is here I have not eaten here and when you ask my father in law he can't remember so I am guessing it is fine I haven't been told anything otherwise. I would recommend this community.

The food is good and they offer healthy options. They offer daily activities and the staff encourage my parents to participate. The staff are helpful and friendly. The community is really nice and located right off a thoroughfare. The community is back into the woods. This community has large rooms and I would recommend taking a look at it.

I feel we made a good choice for my grandmother when we moved her into Farmington Square at Salem. The community itself is well-kept and inviting to look at. She seems to be settling in well there. The staff is very caring and friendly when assisting my grandmother. The staff is very welcoming to the family members when they visit. Although she is in a secure area she is still able to get outside and enjoy some fresh air and outside environment. They provide activities and there are two that she enjoys the most, Bingo and Skip-Bo. I would recommend Farmington Square at Salem to friends and family. I feel she is in a safe and caring environment.

For the few weeks that my loved one was here, everything went well to my knowledge. The staff was great very friendly and professional. They showed kindness and compassion to the residents. The community looked clean and maintained. From what I was told the food was good.

This community was nice a little larger than what we were looking for and not the setup that we were after. What my husband wanted was an individual cottage or home for independent living, not something that was all enclosed and in the same building. The community is nice outside area but it just looks more like a assisted living home. The staff was friendly and helpful

I found this community. Very acceptable for senior living in general - good atmosphere, attentive personnel, food is varied and satisfactory.

The people we met were nice and the community looked clean. This is a nice community and we considered it, however their apartments did not offer the kitchenette that my loved one was looking for.

I have no complaints of how things went for my loved one and I when we had taken a tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them. I liked the open floor plan they had as well as other great amenities they had available. It was just not the right fit in the end decision.

My father in law is not enjoying anything there simply because he resents being there so he is not happy with anything and I think pretty much the same would be said for my mother in law. The staff is doing what they can to encourage them to participate in any of the activities along with encouragement from us but they chose not to. From what I can tell the food seems to be alright again the in laws are not happy so their feedback would not be the most positive. The housekeeping seems to be well done and the overall staff is friendly and understanding under the circumstances.

This community was very nice seemed clean and kept up. The staff on the tour was friendly and informed answered all of our questions. We didn't get a chance to have a meal there so I don't know how the food is. I didn't choose this community because I needed immediate placement and they just didn't have an open spot.

The staff are friendly and treat mom well. We are pleased with the service she is receiving. She complains about the food, however it is better than at other communities in the area. They do a good job of keeping the community clean. She likes her room and I would recommend this community.

We toured this community for care for my mom. The staff was nice and they did answer the questions we had on the care that is offered here. The community was clean and the atmosphere was nice. The menu had a good variety and they do offer nice activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for families to tour for a loved one

My parent is doing well with their move to this community. I know they are in good hands, and they are safe. The staff is great, they have been helpful, and kind. I'am satisfied with all they have done for my family. This is a community I would recommend.

The exterior was fairly ordinary but a very nice interior. Staff was very friendly and [Removed] was full of information. The facility and staff seem geared toward those residents who are more in line with my Mom's needs. There is very friendly, caring environment. It is definitely on my list.
