My first choice and personal favorite! A relatively small facility on a dead-end street, in a city setting. Apartments were roomy and well laid out, with lots of windows and even small balconies. Because of small size, independent and assisted living can be done in the same apartment. Goodly percentage of men (30%) in their current population.

Of what I have seen up to this point, my preference. It is a smaller facility, one level, with beautiful garden area. More importantly, I think the overall environment is more conducive to my father's personality.

This was my first tour of any facility, but I was highly impressed. I don't know what any other place could have to offer that would top this facility, other than price. I'm ready to move myself in tomorrow, but Mom may be more of a challenge. I see some major benefits for Mom in the opportunity to socialize and the numerous activities offered. I think that this will become the standard to judge the other facilities.

I think this is the best place so far for my mother. Although they are oriented to memory care which isn't an issue for her. Have nice-sized rooms. The grounds are lovely, the people very friendly. Several different levels of care available, although when it steps up, there might be only divided semi private rooms available. Cost $4950.

Place has a nice entrance - living room type area. Everyone friendly and smiling. Memory area upstairs on second floor. it is secure. Bright area for activities and dining. Own kitchen. Some more able clients helping others. Couple of little sitting areas one with TV one with Organ. Outside patio area. No garden available since upstairs.

Very impressed, liked it a lot. This one is in the running.

A perfect fit and signed a lease agreement. Move in set. Love the layout, activities, and knowledge of dementia. The entire staff are fantastic and made us feel excited about having Mother meet them all!

I really did like this facility. They seem to keep the dignity of those residents.

It's a very clean. MY loved one likes the food. Our interaction with the staff has been good. It's a very clean community, and a very quiet place. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating.

Good facility. The staff is good. One concern I have is that I've been requesting my loved one be seen by a nurse practitioner for some specific concerns. It's been 6 weeks now and we are still waiting. The meals seem to be ok. Facility is very clean. Overall, I've been very satisfied.

Toured many places and all were great, ended up with best fit location for our loved one.

We chose Edgewood Point because we found our loved one really needed memory care and they offer that here. It came recommended to us as well. I really liked [name removed] who we worked with in the beginning. He has been very pleased with the food. I would recommend them to others looking for memory care.

The activities on the memory care side are a little bit more limited, but on the assisted living side there is always a ton going on. The value for the money is very good compared to other places in the area that we checked out. We would recommend the Stoney Ridge community to other families.

No complaints about the tour and this community was nice. It made it very hard to make a decision and this community was patient orientated. The location was a little further away and that was what shifted my decision. The staff were all competent and this was a great tour.

Overall we are very happy with Magnolia Springs Loveland community, we really like all the staff there. Even with the turnover rates they are being proactive by hiring outside agencies to fill in the gaps. They have had a couple of difficult weeks lately regarding some positive tests with covid, but they have done a really good job containing it as best they can. They keep up with their protocols and have really just been spot on with the level of care provided for each resident. If anything, they go above and beyond for the residents. The residents are always lean and nicely dressed. The staff is always pleasant to speak with, you can tell they care about the residents, their needs are being met and they actually work to develop a relationship. We do know they are busy at time, but sometimes our loved ones belongings go missing and get lost and if they do get returned its not really in a timely manner so maybe the internal organization could be improved.

The community was nice but there were just some things that I felt that would not work well for my loved one. He is older and not in many activities so the community was a little too big for my loved ones needs. The community was not bad just did not work for my loved one.
