I toured this community for the care for my father. I did like the staff and the cleanliness of this community. I did like the activities that would of been offered to him. We had all of our questions answered. The meals seemed to be good. This community was very good, but we did want something closer to our home. I would over all recommend this community to other families for the care and well being of a loved one.

My mother in law is doing very well since her move to this community. This place is much better than where she was at before. The staff is awesome, they have been very helpful.They know her by name. My loved one is now being active, she plays bingo, participates in activities, and does exercise programs. She gets 3 meals a day, she's able to ask for more if she's still hungry as well. The apartment she is in is very good clean and well maintained.

My father currently resides here, and loves it! The staff is wonderful to all of us, and offer many activities for its residents. He raves constantly about the food! One of the better benefits is that the staff will take residents to appointments, shopping, and other activities as well.

I met with a very kind person who gave me a tour of the community. It was a nice place and since my mom has special needs for her diet they had me meet with the cook. They were helpful but not the right fit.

Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater is an awesome place. The apartments are outstanding, & spacious. The caregivers are concerned, caring, prompt in answering calls and ready to help. Food service is a delight and the restaurant-style seating is much appreciated & cooked to order. The administration are concerned & caring. The executive director Laura stands out as exceptional & should be praised. They make a team that works well with each other, helping each other to the goal of customer needs & comfort. Activities keep us occupied, challenged, also entertained & engaged. I am so glad to be living here.

Food is attractive & well prepared. Menu is well-balanced. Care givers will get better as experience comes to new staff. Overall very caring! Housekeeping is good and fantastic. Activities so much to do lots of fun. Friendly participate.

I like this community. The administration is very good & helpful & everyone is friendly & the caregivers are helpful.

From the directors to each & every other person in this building, it is truly the best, most organized, friendly, helpful and respectful. Always met with smiles, and is there anything else I can help you with. I have been here over a year & not one complaint. Truly the best facility you really can call home. The bonus is we are like family all of us. I don’t believe many place can say that.

This is the best place in the world to live the rest of your life. They treat us very well & we have good food. I can’t think of any place I’d rather be at 81 year old.

The staff is always very helpful & very kind to the patients. The atmosphere is very family oriented. The meals are very nutritious & good tasting. The place is very safe.

Elmcroft has made my mother feel right at home. The director Brittany Morean is one of the most efficient, compassionate and knowledgeable people we could have asked for to head up this facility. Elmcroft cy-Fair is at the top of the game in my book.

The building is simply beautiful from the impressive entry foyer to the formal dining room with a charming well stocked 24 hour bistro on one corner. There are many other special rooms where residents can gather to visit, play games, entertain or simply relax. But what sets Magnolia Springs apart from other like facilities is the big heart that centers it. The entire staff works together as a team to meet the individual needs of each & every resident. I feel truly blessed to call Magnolia Springs my home.

I have always been happy with the services here at this community. The staff is wonderful and very caring to everyone. The community is very clean and always taken care of. They do offer a great amount of activities for everyone. I am sure that other families would be very happy with the care and the value from the great staff and care here.

Before making Autumn Leaves my father's forever home, I toured every facility west of Beltway 8, South of I-10, North of 59. This one is the only one I knew without a doubt that was the right place for my father. [Removed], the activities coordinator, is by far the best I've ever seen. She not only keeps the residents busy but she actually loves each and every one of them. Genuinely cares about all that enter Autumn Leaves. The Directer and front office staff ([Removed], [Removed], [Removed]) make an effort to get to know, not only the residents but the family members as well. I find this so important because so many of us are going through this experience for the first time. I find myself with questions and concerns about my dad (his behavior changes, not the facility) and their experience with Memory Care enable them to be able to gently and compassionately explain to me that it is just part of the process. [Removed], the nurse, is wonderful as well. She is hands on with each and every resident and her communication with the family is exceptional. Even with growth, they are able to employ caregivers that treat the residence with dignity and compassion. Any concerns I have had with my father's care has been addressed quickly, much of these are because of my unknown knowledge of the phases he is going through with his progression of his alzheimer. The Director, [Removed], knows first hand everything I am thinking and feeling as she has gone through this with her own mother. She is kind in her approach with family members and residence, however, she is no nonsense when it comes to residence care. Autumn Leaves is clean, food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming and like a nice home.

This is the most amazing "home" for my Mom. We searched so many places. When we walked into Autumn Leaves Cinco Ranch we knew it was the perfect place. The warm and inviting administration and staff make this community feel like home. Everyone at Autumn Leaves is so attentive to Mom's needs and are so loving. The residents are treated with respect and kindness. It is like one large family. Mom loves all the stimulating activities and her new friends.

With the staffs help my husband is doing good here. They make great food that is very healthy. The vegetables are used in different ways and serve traditional like red beans and corn bread but it is more like a formal meal. I eat with him often and the meal is not expensive, $9 per meal. They have lots of activities and are working on adding more. He has been to Kingland in October and going to the UK girls soon. The community is kept up and clean and I have had no problems. They help me by letting me get some time I need at home.

Initial impression of facility and staff are great, we are in the process of moving my parents to the facility.

My mother is doing well in this community. The memory care unit she is in is lovely. The staff is wonderful and they do a very good job at keeping her safe and making her feel as comfortable as possible. The room that she is in is pleasant and fits her needs. The only thing i do not like is the memory care unit pricing is a bit high.
