This was a lovely facility. The staff was very warm and friendly. Food and dining room was very nice. Very clean and well kept facility. I feel this is a perfect fit for my Mother to live in. I would live here myself. Very wonderful place for Mom!!!

Grady [removed] and his staff was instrumental in making the facility a positive experience for both my Mother and our family at a very difficult time.

My mother is loving her move into Regal Estates. It is has been a good experience for us. The facility looks amazing and very clean, no concerns with that. My mother has been able to partake in some new activities and that is nice to see her do. The staff is warm and caring and really enjoy their job helping senior citizens. This is a wonderful community to consider moving your loved one to. I would recommend it.

Dad moved to Regal Estates from a Brookdale community and he loves it there! The only complaint I've heard is about the portion he receives for his meals. The food is so good he wished they served larger portions. Other than that he is very happy at Regal Estates and wishes we would have found this place a whole lot sooner. The community is very clean and there are no odors to speak of. All in all we are very happy.

We have been thoroughly pleased from the very first meeting at The Court. The staff is friendly, courteous & will do anything to meet your needs. The food is excellent.

We're very pleased with how things turned out at River Oaks Place. It's a very nice facility, and for the most part I thought they did a great job taking care of Dad. The staff is friendly and professional, and the facility itself is clean and well kept.

After moving my Uncle into the community he adjusted very well. He is doing really good. I find the place to be very clean. The staff is very friendly. The environment is really nice and all around this is a great place for my Uncle.

First off, the building is absolutely breath taking! It is truly amazing that such a great historical land mark was made into something so beautiful for our seniors in the Oak Ridge community. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The first thing I noticed were the windows, and the amount of natural light. We also love the food! We moved my grandfather into the memory care side shortly after they opened back in November, and on behalf of my whole family, we have to say we could not be more pleased with the experience. We were very hesitant to place him anywhere, but the staff has made our transition as easy as possible. We definitely see new life in him thanks to his new routine. He has been much more active since the move, and very social. We have not seen this side of him in years. There are several other gentlemen also in the memory care which was great because we wanted him to have other men to talk to, and seems like typically there are more women. The staff have been fantastic. They are always friendly and helpful. I know the folks working with my grandfather truly love and care about him. Even the housekeeper comes over to eat lunch with him sometimes. We have been able to get to know other families thanks to the small environment, and that has also been a great experience. It's hard to believe, but this was also our most affordable option for him because they do all inclusive pricing. So we don't have to pay for the extra levels of care that he would have needed. I can't say enough about how much my family appreciates the beautiful, and wonderful environment the Alexander has provided. We want to tell everyone about the peace of mind they have given us!

Tyler Texas is a amazing place to live. I love this place of Garden Estates of Tyler. I feel confident that my family and I have made the best choice for our father . Thanks Garden Estates.

It is a brand new facility. There is a lady there by the name of Karen whom has been very professional and helpful. We moved my mom here because she needed 2 on 1 care, where as the other facility could not accommodate her with this. They help feel her and take care of her personal care.

My mom has been there for a week now. As of now I am extremely happy . All the residents are friendly and happy. Management is on top of details right away. Food is really good with excellent service. Very glad my mom is there !

Business office lost a check we made a payment for. I would recommend their services. They never located the check. When we would go to visit there would be no one in the business offices and they need to tighten up on that. Other than that everything was good from the chef, to the assistants and the nurses.

Garden Estates of Tyler is just a wonderful place. My mom is settling in really nice. The staff have been so professional at this facility. It has been an excellent experience. I have no complaints about it so far. I am very pleased.

Brand new facility-beautiful and fresh. Welcoming, engaging and friendly staff. The only problem here for us was the distance to our home (44 m inutes).

Overall it has been a great experience at River Oaks Place. The only thing I would mention that is a little disappointing is my father-in-law was really looking forward to some field trips that they had scheduled and they haven't done that yet. I'm not sure why but it just hasn't happened. Other than that it is absolutely so much better at this facility than where he was before. It is great.

Azalea Estates has been my mother's home for two years. And, it has been a perfect fit for her. Southern style charm emits throughout Azalea. The community is extremely clean; the food is great; and, the companions and staff are the best! They truly care about the well being of all the residents. There are activities and special events galore for the residents and their family & friends-- bingo, puppet shows , luaus, western days, 50's concerts--just to name a few. The smile on Mom's face as she has participated in these activities has been priceless. To anyone searching for an assisted living facility where they would be at home with folks who really care, I highly recommend Azalea Estates.

My Grandma moved to Azalea last year. She has Alzheimer's and I know she is really taken care of there and is actually happy. There are SO many activities they offer there and the staff there are superb. My Grandma always tells me the food is wonderful there and she feels safe and happy there. she has never once complained to me, and I call her once every 4-5 days. In fact, she usually is busy with a friend or doing something fun there when I call. I've even experienced a nurse being in the room when I call. That's great to know she is always being checked on. It is such a relief to know that being far away, I know that she is taken care of, has made friends, and has lots to do and the staff really care. I'm a CNA and have had experienced horrible places, and I can tell you that Azalea is the exact opposite. I would highly recommend Azalea Estates for anyone who is looking for care for their loved one. I even follow them on Facebook and frequently see pictures of my Grandma having a great time Wii bowling, dancing, dressed up at parties, and luncheons, etc. HOW GREAT!!!!!!!!

We have been exceptionally pleased with all of the care and treatment received by our mother at River Oaks. All the staff has been sensitive and caring in every way, leaving us with the peace of mind that she is content with her stay there. They handled an incident wherein she was injured by another resident in professional fashion in very professional, sensitive manner.

I'm not authority on this but I love it at River Oaks Place. It is very clean here. If you ever have any issues the staff quickly resolve it. It's not overpriced either, it was right in the ballpark range. They have different activities all the time. They have something big every week here! They have Hawaiian luaus', Halloween parties, birthday celebrations. This facility has really given the family peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it and I already have in fact to a neighbor.
