We've been having trouble getting TrueWood to make sure that he has transportation to and from his doctors appointments. There are very few activities that [name removed]is interested in leaving his room to go and participate in. Thanks for asking for my response. we toured this community looking mar for our grandma. everyone was so friendly as if we have Known them for years. Everything was so clean and smelled great. This community is definitely our main choice.

I am a resident and I absolutely love Grand Villa of New fort Richey, There is no other place that I want to be. The activities and food are great. I have several allergies and the Staff take great care of Me.

Activities are doing a good job. There is variety of activities, there is something for Everyone. Staff is wonderful, they go out of their way to help someone in need.

The Grand Villa of Clearwater facility was awesome. Mom was very particular about things and was very pleased with the facility. Based on the experience we had, we would recommend this community to other families.

Grand Villa was highly recommended and has exceeded my expectations. The staff and residents have been very welcoming and helpful to my 93-year-old Dad. The facility is super clean and bright! Everyone we have interacted with, have been amazing, Dad seems really happy here, and that makes me happy.

The location is convenient for my family to visit our loved ones often. We like the amount of activities available to the residents. While they have events, I’d like to see more of them implemented. The community is wonderful and the staff encourages open discussion all the time. Highly recommend!

I was having a hard time with finding the right community for my mom. The sales team and the executive director really took the time to help me with understanding the benefit of a memory care community. They made me feel confident in was doing the beat thing for my mom. She is thriving. And the food is wonderful. I loved coming to family night and exsperinsing the dining.

This is the best place we have found for my mom. I could not have imagined a staff that was so attentive to all the residents and went out of their way to make us feel like family. We were able to talk to several residents and they all had the same response “Everyone here feels like Family.” This was such a stress reliever the find the best place for Mom.

Aside from the physical features of the place, the one that stands out the most is the exceptional care provided by the management and staff. They all demonstrate an attentive, compassionate care, and always strive to do what is best for the well-being of the residents. Thus, it shows that they are driven and genuinely care for the welfare of everyone in their community. This is indeed an exceptional place in which everyone will be treated with dignity and utmost respect.

The staff does a great job and care about the residents. It's a very clean facility and very welcoming. They do their best to treat you like family.
