This facility is good. A nice and clean atmosphere. We haven't had any problems so far and we're happy with it. Maintenance is quick to fix things when they need it. My loved one is happy here. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The staff is really good. My loved one lives in, the senior apartments, which includes a refrigerator and stove. They do have some activities, such as Bingo Night. It is a little pricey but the utilities is included. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The community is very clean, and they have newly remodeled apartments. Overall, it's a great place.

This facility is great. The staff is very friendly. I'm not local, but they are great about communication with me about mom. My siblings are local and like the facility also. It's is very clean and has a great atmosphere. They offer several activities and keep the residents active. They also have a community room on each floor, which is great. They are great about doing check ins on the residents at least once a day and are consistent with that. I would recommend this facility!

I enjoy the community. I participate in some activities. Everyone is nice. Overall, I get along with everyone.

We went with Senior Suites because we had a very close family friend whose mom had an apartment here and was here for a long time and we used to visit all the time. When my mom was ready to look, this was the first place she wanted to look into. The apartments are a good size for a single person. My mom likes to grow flowers an di like the fact that this facility has an outdoor garden in the back. They have an organization in the building where residents can buy food if they want. The staff is particularly friendly and they take their time to explain things to the residents and are understanding. I would absolutely recommend Senior Suites of Kelvyn Park to others.

I am looking for a safe place to live where I don't have to worry about anything. The apartments are quite spacious and really nice. I know there is no availability, but I will wait. Very clean, staff is nice & most residents were friendly.

It's a very nice community in a nice location. I'm comfortable and feel safe living here. I love my apartment. I have an air conditioner, which is more than enough to keep it cool and comfortable for me. The people were so friendly to me as a new resident. In a couple of weeks, I had met at least six people. They continuously have bingo and games every week, and people seem to really enjoy those activities a lot. They have events for us sponsored by the mayor, including a Mother's Day breakfast recently, and a barbecue a couple of weeks before that. I see people moving in but not moving out, which shows me it's a community that's needed in this area. There is some financial assistance available to residents who qualify, and the staff keeps that information confidential. I don't hear complaints from other residents, and I don't have any myself. I've had a very positive experience.

I've been here for a few years. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are very kind, and helpful! always return calls and try to do what they can to assist everyone. luck to have them.

It would be helpful for others to know that they have adequate handicap parking for residents, but not so much for others. There is limited parking for the guests. It is a locked facility so you have to have a key or call up to get in. Maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. There is finally a new property manger that is on site who is friendly as well. I would recommend them to others looking.

They have some activities but not open due to covid currently. I have told a handful of people to come here already. It is clean and I am very impressed by it.

I like it very much. The staff is friendly. The apartments are very clean. It's smaller than I'm used to, and the stove is very small. But the neighborhood seems to be okay. I'm still getting used to it.

This is a good place to live. If you are able to get in, I would suggest you move here. The staff are friendly, cooperative, and take care of the residents. Bingo, shopping, catering, gardening, and more activities for the residents to choose from are some of the activities offered.

Senior Suites of Joliet was a pleasant surprise for me. I was very reluctant to move to a senior living facility but am glad I did. Senior Suites suits what I was looking for. A large apartment with laundry facilities down the hall. The staff is very friendly and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Located right downtown, it is close to bus transportation and the Metra station. We have weekly activities including weekly shopping trips. There is also a morning coffee bar which is nice because you get a chance to meet your neighbors. This is a secure building so you are not bothered by solicitors. I would highly recommend Senior Suites as a good place to move to.

Senior Suites was a pleasant experience for me when I was looking for senior living. Senior Suites suited what I was looking for in a residence. My apartment is large with laundry facilities on each floor. The staff is friendly and made sure I was comfortable in my new home. Even the maintenance staff are friendly and respectful. What more could you ask for! The location is right downtown where it is easy to walk to the buses or Metra station and local amusements. The building is secure; your guests or delivery must be buzzed in by you. No unwanted solicitations. There are weekly activities along with transportation for shopping trips. If you are looking for senior housing, I would recommend Senior Suites.

The apartments are really nice and newer than the others we looked at. The community is very clean and neat and the staff is very friendly. This is a good value compared to other communities in the area and I would recommend this community to others.
