I've heard through the grapevine that some other places are not clean or their a more expensive and I just heard the other day that the place up on 41 I don't know the name of it is the man has been in there for nine months and they've only called her twice to offer Her any information I feel that I found the best place for him. The people are extremely helpful and nice from the attendance to the nurses to the activity staff they're all great.

I'd like to highlight [name removed] who manages the memory unit. She was always available and very caring. The entire staff was great. A nod to [name removed], [name removed] in PT, [name removed] and [name removed] on the memory unit. I would recommend Wellspring to others looking for memory care!

We found The Legacy at Willow Pond through a place for Mom 4 years ago. Mom loves this place. There is plenty of different activities. The meals are really good. We eat there when we are in town to visit. I stayed there for a week when my Mom was in the hospital this past summer. It was a very pleasant atmosphere. All the staff were great. They asked about Mom and were asking what they could do when she was ready to return. Maintenance guys were responsive to some requests made. I did laundry there and those facilities were always clean and the machines were fairly new. They have a little refreshment shop which was convenient to grab a coffee in the morning on my way out the door. The property manager is on call and is very responsive as well. They are conveniently located. Close to the highway. There is a Wegmans, Target and Liquor Store all within walking distance. They also have a medical team that makes visits. If you are fortunate enough to find an opening here, grab it!

Staff is and continues to be very exceptional! Housekeeping mirrors a Hilton Hotel stay. Communication with this facility is extraordinary. They keep us informed and answer all questions. The move in process was seamless. Meals are of a fine quality, and staff is flexible with special requests. Pricing is very competitive compared to other facilities in the area. Plus, location and services outside the facility are great. Every question was answered with full satisfaction. We viewed several facilities; Autumn Green came in number one. We strongly recommend Autumn Green.

McCullough Place, from my initial visit, has gone beyond my expectations in assisted-living. The staff is helpful, cheerful and accommodating. The facility is clean and well-designed. A passive glance from a large, elderly dog who occupies a spot in the front entranceway always makes one smile. McCullough Place's pet-friendly atmosphere allows residents to benefit from continuing to interact with their precious pets inside their residences. Meanwhile, in the general McCullough Place population, the wishes of those who prefer no pet interaction are accommodated. Rooms and laundry are cleaned by staff. Delicious meals are chef-prepared and ordered from a menu. Residents are well-informed by staff of impending mealtimes and activities like yoga/exercise classes, speakers/entertainment, church services, crafts, bingo and activities like my favorite, Happy Hour, which is an uplifting event for all residents who attend as they sing along to piano and accordion music. I wish I could show the happy interaction of residents (one of the liveliest is 104 years old), the entertainer and employees, but I do not have these individuals' permission to do so. Instead, in conclusion, I will include a picture of me, enjoying the upbeat music and a glass of wine. I'm also forwarding a video of the pleasant accommodations. (Thanks for asking my opinion. I've toured so many glum and depressing group residences as a guardian ad litem for juveniles and alleged incompetent individuals. I sincerely thank you A Place for Mom for recommending McCullough Place, of which I was unaware although it only involved my mother moving 1.5 miles. Thank you for your assistance in finding a peaceful place for my mother.)

The staff is very helpful. The move in process was easy. The facility is clean and the décor is beautiful and up to date. The food is very good and the waitstaff in the dining area are prompt and kind. There are plenty of activities available to the residents and most of the residents we've met are very kind and helpful as well.

Location was perfect in relation to our home. Very warm and welcoming and supportive staff as well.

I would recommend. I picked this location because of the proximity to my home. Also the small number of residents. Overall presentation of the facility.

I love the independence and the fact that I can be friends with everyone. I have a lot of friends here. Everyone is kind, friendly and talkative. I couldn't ask for better.

The facility is always clean. Housekeeping is wonderful. The food is great, there is always a lot to choose from. Although my loved one has not gotten involved with a lot of activities, there is a great amount for all interests. The staff is so very friendly and helpful. It is really a great place for Independent Living.

The entire staff was extremely professional, kind and hospitable. This applies to everyone from the receptionist, admissions team, housekeepers and care providers. They were very patient with me and my mother while we navigated this difficult time with my father. The housekeeping is extremely clean and sanitary. The apartment was furnished with everything my parents needed during their stay all the way down to bath towels and dishes. All they had to bring was their clothes and toiletries. The communication was excellent. They were also very proactive about following up with us. We never had to remind them twice about anything. The on-site restaurant was nice with three meals a day provided. The on-site complimentary garage parking was very convenient for my family. I would highly recommend The Residences at Thomas Circle to anyone. We could have not asked for a better facility. They were amazing.

We really can't say enough positive things about Autumn Green! We feel lucky to have found such a great spot for my brother in law. He left his house in Oak Lawn and his sister is in Burbank. We never thought that we would be able to have him this close to us and to his doctors. He is a very fussy eater and he loves the food! We have had a good experience with communication and the move in process was easy and quick. They were very accommodating. According to my brother in law, the housekeeping is good and friendly. We have found that all of the staff is friendly and always willing to help. They have gotten our loved one PT and he is beginning to get stronger. Right now, he needs extra care, getting in and out of bed and changing him and [Name removed] was great about getting us in touch with the Care Director and setting up a schedule. When we encounter any residents in the hallway or in the elevator, they are all so happy to live there. That is a true test of the facility. Happy residents. The price per month is almost half of the next choice that we had. We would highly recommend Autumn Green to others! They hit a home run with us.

I like all of the activities at The Breakers, like improv class, the presentations, sing alongs, and Scrabble. Also, I appreciate the transportation to groceries, museums and the symphony. I love my beautiful apartment with a view of the lake, great light for my plants, the quiet atmosphere. And I enjoy the oven as well, since I still love to bake! The dining room and front desk staff are also very helpful and kind.

I like the trips to places like Disney exhibit The Elmhurst History Museum and a brewery recently. And the people, I have many friends here if I were in a regular apartment I wouldn't see as many people.

It's such a warm and friendly environment and feels like a community of dear friends. From the perspective of a daughter I like to know my mother and Aunt have so many activities to attend and they are always celebrating something! I know they are safe and well cared for.

I like being with people all the time instead of being by myself and that it's pet friendly so I can pet the dogs on the elevator! Also like the variety of exercise classes. We are lucky to have excellent musicians perform here!

All of the staff is very friendly. The food is above average. [name removed] was extremely accommodating. I feel like my dad is safe there. I would 100% recommend them to others.

I would tell a friend, that this is a good place for me to I like having meal choices and the view is wonderful. I am happy at Acclaim. It is a good place for me. Thanks for your assistance.

The staff at Park Creek is so caring and understanding from the director to the cleaning staff and everyone in between. My mom has been through so much and moved from other memory cares to rehabs and I've been so disappointed with the lack of compassion from management and staff. Park Creek promised to be different AND they have delivered. My mom is always clean. They change her 3-4 times a day as seen by the loaded laundry hamper every time I visit- which is almost every day. The communication from everyone is also incredible. I've never had such a great experience at any other facility. I'm so grateful to everyone at Park Creek. My mom deserved better and now she lives with the dignity she deserves.
