Finding the right senior living community for my grandma was no easy task, but from the moment we stepped into Savant of Woodland Hills, we knew we had found something special. The community is beautiful, warm, and inviting, with a touch of luxury that makes it feel more like a five-star resort than a senior residence. The staff is beyond incredible—caring, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being of every resident. From the nursing team to the activities staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure grandma feels comfortable, engaged, and most importantly, at home. We looked at many other communities, and none offered the same level of service, amenities, and peace of mind without an outrageous price tag. I understand [community removed] is under new ownership and most of the staff that was there when we were there has left. But during her time there, my mom LOVED all of the staff members! There were many activities offered for the residents and there seemed to be a lot of participation, however my mom rarely participated in things.

[name removed] is the best, and her whole team is also. They showed me around, and I really like how they treat their residents and staff. Feels like a family.

I would give each category a 5. I love the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. The director, [name removed] is so hands on and always ready to help. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that my mom is doing great at The Commons. She has settled in well and seems to be very happy now. Initially, she wasn't too thrilled about the move and wanted to go back to her house. However, I'm pleased to say that things have changed. She's become quite content with her new surroundings. She's been enjoying playing bingo, has made some friends, and seems to have found a comfortable rhythm with everything. Thank you so much for all your efforts in making her transition a smooth one. It's such a relief to see her happy and thriving.

Nice place. Too expensive for my budget. Need better food options, clean and nice staff. Staff willing to work with you on budget but I just couldn’t afford it anymore.

MY BROTHER WAS IN RESPITE CARE FOR 14 DAYS. THE CARE THAT HE RECIEVED THAT I OBSERVED EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS! THANK YOU WE WOULD RECOMMEND THE FACILITY FOR ANY SENIOR CARE, GOOD SECURITY PROCEDURES ALSO.

Pacifica is a wonderful facility, have only had super positive experiences with the staff. My only suggestion is that they have more activities, and especially get their senior van ready for use so that the residents are able to get out more. Oh yes I would absolutely recommend this community to other families and I already have! Pacifica is amazing and our whole family is so happy that my mom and the kids grandma is in good hands.

My mom recently stayed at Pacifica for two weeks, to continue her recovery from a trip to the ICU. We had zero experience with facilitues like this, so we were a bit nervous about it. Plus, my mom likes her privacy. The folks at Pacifica were so welcoming! They were friendly and helpful, and my mom settled in really well. They went the extra mile to accommodate her meal requests, and tried to make her feel at home. It was a great experience. We would not hesitate to use Pacifica again.

The staff there is great!! All staff members there are very lovely and helpful. The moving in process was easy. Also, I've seen the meals. They are fine. I would recommend this facility to others. The only thing they need to do is just upgrade a little. It's a little tired looking, but according to the Director, they are in the process of remodeling. Overall, it's a great place.

My mother had a beautiful private room private bathroom lots of staff and activities Doctor came weekly and in a lovely location on a tree lined street in the Burbank hills ... I'm so glad she loved it there.

Facility staff and friendly and helpful. Fearing is always decorated accordingly to certain holidays.

Registered nurse for hospice - My patients here are well cared for. Staff is diligent and loving. I can trust them to carry through with treatments and plan of care. Good communication and efforts. Residents are happy and their lives extended with love and care.

Always clean; pt's up & about; activities performed; rooms clean & tidy. Staff always able to help; questions asked - easily answered.

Front Desk and all employees are friendly.

What our family really liked the most about Alhambra Senior VIlla was the staff. The staff members were very nice, helpful and friendly. Based on the experience we had with Alhambra Senior Villa community, we would recommend them to other families.

Pacifica is a nice facility, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I always have a pleasant time when visiting.
