The people who work there at Villa Rosa Memory Care are simply outstanding! That is what makes or breaks a place like this, and they are just phenomenal. The one thing that they could improve is the food. My dad was living at a place before that had super high quality food, and Villa Rosa has more general food. Other than that, everything (especially the people there) have been great.

This is Elliot Borska. My mother Lorraine has been in the facility for about 3 weeks. She loves every aspect of life there. Her room is beautiful and the place is clean and the food is great according to her. I am so happy. She is happier than she has been for year. The staff is also amazing. Christian and Didie and Chnthia have made my mom feel so at home. All of the staff has been great. Thank you all so much. Words can't express my gratitude for all you have done.

We love the Lakewood Park, Downey, CA 110%. The rooms and common areas are kept very clean. The food is good and nutritious and there is an alternate menu to choose from if a resident wants something different than what is being served. We would gladly recommend LPM to anyone.

Feel very lucky and treat mom like family, food is very good and very happy with the place.

I can't say enough good things about Holiday Villa East. From the first time I met with the owner, Sam Rosenberg, he was very warm and reassuring. I liked how clean the environment was and that the room for my mom was very spacious and modern. I feel that the neighborhood is safe and close to public transportation. There are a lot of activities, a library, two large lounges and a nice dining room. I also understand they are putting in a gym! The price is great for all that you get and the location and that's coming from a realtor who can appreciate good value.

I am so thankful for the executive director and the entire staff at the Garden of Palms. They were very compassionate with the placement of our mom for alzheimers/dementia. I feel they treat the patients with so much care and respect,they feel like family. My mom is happy there,she enjoys the activities and we are notified and invited to special events as well. They keep us informed of how she is doing.It is a beautiful facility, great food by their chef and medical needs are taken care of as needed.My mom has been taken on a walk outside and been taken down to their beauty parlor for a haircut. If all facilities were as great as the Garden of Palms,people would not be afraid of having to place their loved ones when the time comes.

My Dad loves The Commons so that makes me very Happy. I live in WA. And the place is very great place. It takes some of , some of the worry off my shoulders .

Overall it has been a very good experience with Brookdale Alhambra. I really liked their old director, and unfortunately has since been promoted, but he was simply excellent to work with. He sat down and spoke with us in a very friendly and informative manner.

We looked at about ten places, and this is both the least expensive and the best of all the places we have checked out. Their willingness to accommodate a new resident is way above and beyond average. We had to change our move-in date several times, and they kept the room for her and worked with us along the way. The fact that they held the room for us even though they were full really spoke volumes to how willing they are to help, treating us like family as opposed to a business transaction. I can't get over just how fantastic they have been. I cannot recommend The Commons at Woodland Hills highly enough.

The staff are very caring and friendly. The facility is very clean and have enough activities to keep the residences busy. your request will be taken care of promptly by friendly staff. the price is very reasonable. we are very pleased with the facility.

I really love Holiday Villa East. I feel it will be a great fit for my mom.. We're currently in the process of figuring out the timing to transition her. The staff there seemed very friendly, and great. My family really liked the place when we toured it.

I really like Holiday Villa East. The staff is wonderful. The food is really very good. I think for someone like my mother who is 84 and a rather negative person who has to be pushed to do anything, the residence has proven to be welcoming and not at all intimidating to her. She has been there a week and a half and hopefully as more time goes by she will participate in more of the activities. Lupe and Sam are wonderful people and I have no worries about her safety and only hope she takes advantage of this lovely environment.

I moved my parents here from Florida after visiting many places. I needed a Kosher place, which took my parent's long term insurance, close to me. Garden of Palms fit the bill. I love the staff and so do they. They are caring, and warm, and kind. The food is great, and made fresh daily. The front desk is very welcoming. The activities director is great, and goes beyond. The director made it possible for me to move my parents easily, and even furnished their rooms. Yes, rooms. She made two rooms for them. She also helped me greatly with their long term insurance which can be very difficult. It was! The help are really caring, and very diversified. This place allows my parents to stay together, even though my mom has beginning dementia. I can't say enough good things about the Garden of Palms. If you're lucky enough to get in, you won't be sorry.

My father has been a resident at Lakewood Park Manor for just under 2 years. He is very happy there and he was eager to come back to LPM after an extended hospital/skilled nursing stay. LPM has also kept us well informed of my dad’s stay there and encourages family time and togetherness for their residents. The administration, Eli, Becky and Michelle, work to make each resident feel that they are a part of the LPM family and accommodate their needs by offering a variety of services, outings and activities. The care givers and staff are friendly, caring and eager to help. The medications staff are prompt to call if there is an issue or if refills are needed. The rooms and common areas are kept very clean. The food is good and nutritious and there is an alternate menu to choose from if a resident wants something different than what is being served. My Mom needs memory care and had to be placed with the secure group as she just wants to go home and she can't. The only negative I have is that because we rushed getting Mom moved in, there were details that got ignored and I am still trying to get all the "Ts" crossed! This is as much my fault as theirs. Otherwise, this place is wonderful! The employees are kind and helpful and the residents are happy! The building is clean, smells great and is cheerful! After touring several, there was no question which residence was best!

Eli Goldman is up front with no surprises. His caregivers are nice people. I and my mom are happy with this place.

They come by my room every week and clean my room whether I need it or not. This was the best value that I can find. They are really helpful here. They have a lot of neat stuff to do. Most of the time I enjoy the food, if I don't like something they will give me alternatives. If you don't get to the meals on time, you can miss out on stuff, that was the one thing that was hard to get used to. I am really happy with it, and I tell everyone they should be here.
