The staff here really tries their best. However, like any other business, there is room for Improvement. I, for one, understand the predicament due to the coronavirus so my philosophy is, “it is what it is” and I do my best. I know this will all come to an end, not too soon for me, however, I will survive. This is my “general opinion“ And a detailed opinion, I feel, is not what you really want..., Too cumbersome. This is a good place, as far as residents and most of the staff. Our food was great when we went on lockdown. We have a new manager that is really trying to listen and take action. The chef is great, but her help in the kitchen is not so great. I feel things will be ok when we can use the dining room again and socialize again.
