My father has lived since 2022 and absolutely loves it. The staff and mgmt team here over and beyond for the residents and I appreciate them so much. This is a hard industry and good staff don’t get recognized enough. This team deserves recognition for all that they do. The activities and dining experience provides choices. Management communication is awesome. The relationship and report the staff & mgmt has with my father is so heart warming and comforting to my family. This community provides transparency in care. The pendent system reports available to families, life loop app for activities, transportation and communication with families and the fall detect system are all added amenities to the amazing staff!

My mom has lived here for 6 years. Although the building is dated and has had several management changes but the staff has been consistently stable and amazing. Staff is welcoming. Its super convenient for the activities to be listed in an app. Management do a great job communicating with families in the app also. I love that communication with residents also offers choices. There’s never been a time in the six yrs my mom has lived here that the ED hasn't responded. She’s very involved, knowledgable and detailed. My family and I absolutely loves this place!

Each time I visit I find staff helpful and engaging - front desk is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful to me as a chaplain providing services- Residents are typically engaged with activities etc Memory care unit well managed

I visited the community with my husband who is an entertainer. I witnessed a well run community with joyful residents.

Very professional staff . The meals provided are excellent. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and building are the best I’ve seen so far . The residents are neat and very well taking care of . The staff are so loving and caring to the residents and visitors.

My mom is very happy living here. She has made several friends and enjoys spending time with them. She also has a volunteer job in the library, which gives her a sense of purpose and keeps her active. She says the food is very good, and the staff always take great care of her whenever she needs assistance. There are plenty of fun and engaging activities that keep her interested, entertained, and looking forward to each day.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The community shows really well; always clean, inviting outdoor space and the resident’s rooms are so spacious! Great location in Scottsdale!

I have been extremely pleased with Terraces Kingwood. [name removed] is amazing most of the staff is amazing. The apartment size is perfect for my dad he has a studio so he didn't need much room. The grounds are kept up with very well. The staff in the dining area are all very nice.

I think that the wait staff in the dinning needs improved. Sometimes my mom has to wait on her food forever! It seems mostly on the weekends. Also, sometimes when I am eating there, it takes somebody a long time to even come take our order.

I can say being able to get a hold of staff the couple times I had to get a hold of management. It was not easy, but they were very supportive. The couple times that I've gone to the kitchen to get food for my sister, they are so nice. They're repainting it right now and new carpet and everything but even before that it was beautiful and they were repainting it so it's even cleaner the size of the room that my sister has she has a one bedroom with the Living room. It's bigger than she needs with a little kitchenette. It's so cute. The food is a hit and miss but my sister was a great cook and so am I, however she says there's always something that's good on the menu and she says their soups are always fantastic. She said I have nothing to complain about. They have fresh fruit every day. She gets ice cream every day and they deliver to her room if she needs it to be delivered, she doesn't do a lot of the activities but several of the people that I talk to their love the activities - they're always going somewhere or doing something there. There's a full gym and a pool. It's so much better than the assisted living places that I went to visit in that area hands-down one of the best places I had been to.

The person in charge of hospitality was fantastic. All of the activities planned for the residents were fun and engaging. Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners were very nice.

Novellus Kingwood will never disappointments, special during holiday. we can tell staff take very serious about decor and celebrate with residents

im have a tour this past weekend, sale was great, all my questions were answered. nice building holiday decor for all the community. food was good and friendly people.

this places an amazing, staff it's always nice and friendly. resident always is very well taken care of and very social. clean community, food is always 100 %

I enjoy being kept informed by the management team. The staff is amazing and care a great deal about the residents and their dignity and happiness. I am so pleased with the service, food and activities.

My mother loves the variety of activities especially the gardening in raised planter boxes. The care from the staff is amazing and responsive. Everytime I visit the facility I’m in awe of the different activities available to get the residents involved.

How do I began , this the Most loving and caring family oriented assistant living facility, the events are Always sure to please, the staff and it’s team members put thought into everything they do here for the residents, it feels like home there. Grateful for the visit.

Staff was friendly and went out of their way to assist me and making my love one special day, exceptionally memorable. The Administrator was friendly and we had a brief conversation about how nice the new floors look in the facility .

My loved one loves the raised garden planters. The residents herb and spice garden is beautiful. It truly takes skill in this Texas heat, and I am thankful the staff nurtures my love one ability to continue to garden which has always been a passion.
