The Caregivers are great at St John's Manor. My brother has lived here for 3 years. I'm always greeted with a smile and they treat me like family. My brother is very happy here. I would recommend this place to others.

I took a tour of St Mary's Manor. The staff was very friendly. The Administrator gave me the tour and she was very knowledgeable about the elderly population. They do a lot of activities and outings, which my mom needs. I would recommend this facility.

My mom lives at St. Mary's Manor which is the sister facility of St John's Manor. She loves the entertainment and age appropriate activities. The staff is very caring and enjoy working there. I'm always greeted with a smile.

St. John's Manor is a very nice facility. My Aunt lives there now and she is very happy there. Kristin is very knowledgeable and is on top of her game. Several staff have been there for years. The building is very clean and provides wonderful care.

Community has all of the amenities of home. Under new management with a huge focus on Resident Care. Staff are caring and you can tell that their main priority is on making sure all of the Residents’ needs are met.

When I stopped by for my tour, I thought it was like an old convent. They had one room available that was the size of the bathroom. It was the only one with an attached bathroom and it was by the stairs. The rest of the residents have a community bathroom to share. I knew it wasn't going to work for our needs.

I took a tour of St John's and [Removed] Manor for my husband. The Administrator was very nice and gave a wonderful tour. She is also a nurse. I took a tour there in the past and it was dark and not homey looking. The new owners are making it look so nice. I decided to go with another facility for my husband because it was closer for me, but I would definitely recommend these facilities.

Terrible facility. They charge way too much for what you receive. The place is depressing.

Stay clear away from this place. My parents are here and they do not get the proper care/treatment. My mother has fallen multiple times with no one to help her. Her belongings are always stolen even if you put their name on the item, the food is healthy for the people here. They serve the same thing almost every day: grilled cheese, hot dogs and chips, oatmeal and cold cereal for morning. They don't answer their phones. A month will go by before she gets a shower/bath even if she has an accident. Staff refuse to help her. They serve sink water vs. filtered water. They never clean their rooms and garbage cans leaving them smelling like urine. Management ignores the changes that are needed. The bathroom and laundry room had feces and throw up on clothing, towels and chairs. I would not recommend this place. These people are taking the residents money but not providing the service they deserve.

Came to visit and was very upset with the way my aunt was treated. I was there during supper time and I have no idea what she was eating. They called it hash brown casserole. The girls were on their phones when ever we did see them. I asked another person about activities and she said they don't have them. All people do is watch tv. They can't even go outside to sit. The sign says assistant living. That is the biggest lie. It's a nursing home hiding behind its name. I wouldn't take anybody there if it was the last place to go . Stay away!!!!!

This is the worst place I've ever been to visit someone. I came in to visit a resident. The good she was eatting was horrible. The manager in the front office was yelling at a worker right in front of everyone. I met with a family member that said the place is so bad. All the good caregivers have left and the ones that are there now are lazy and don't want to do anything. Most of the managers are walking around on their phones. The manager in the front office doesn't know anything about the residents there at all. She didn't even know that one had left the building. Stay away from this place.

This is the worst place to go. They promise you activities that never happen. All the residents do is sit around and watch TV. Management has no Idea what's going on with the Residents. It's a false place to go. Stay away from the place all they want is your money.
