The meals are fine and my dad enjoys it too. They have activities but it's not what he wants to do. He enjoys his naps and watching sports. At times he goes to the library to read the paper. We are pleased with all the staff do for him. They are doing a very good job. He picked this community because he found out he had several friends there and it is very close to his home.

Very friendly, the staff is very nice and the buildings are clean.

Mom was only in independent living at Concordia for around a month. Here the bedroom apartment was newly refurbished and was very nice. She did get one meal a day delivered , had daily medication visit , once weekly cleaning and bedding changed and twice weekly bathing assistance. She had a reoccurrence of the illness that had here out of her house and succumbed to it this time. Concordia was a good place for those who might not be able to manage alone.

Our family had an in person tour and Green ridge was a distant 2nd. But what was nice was that it was small and everyone was friendly. It was just an old facility.

The staff is very friendly and works with you on things and will go out of their way to do things for you. I would definitely recommend this community to others

The residents were able to eat in the dining room before COVID, and they were all very attentive to them. The rooms are great, our loved one has a one bedroom and the windows are a big plus, she can look out and see the grass and the wild animals.

I really have no complaints about the tour I had at this community for my parents. The facility was great and the staff where very friendly and helpful to my loved one and I. This was actually one of our top choices it just did not have the mobility my father needed to get around.

We toured Concordia of Bella Vista. The deciding factor for my mom was that it was too much walking. She would have to walk in between the building to eat and do laundry, etc.. It just wasn't as clean, nice, or newer looking as the community we chose, and that was the key point for her. For me personally, it felt like the sales staff weren't completely honest to me. They kept putting us off to tour, they kept saying come back next week, but then something would come up on the day of our scheduled tour. We later found out that the lady went on vacation with her family and cancelled all of her appointments. She mentioned that she was in charge of who gets what apartment. We came back a week later, and the apartment we were looking at had been taken - despite her telling us that it wouldn't be. That was a little disappointing to me.

Overall it is a nice community but there are some areas they could improve on like the cleanliness, meals and activities

There has been a lot of staff turnover across the staff, they are currently on their 3rd director, a few nurses, a number of med techs and kitchen directors/cooks. Some of the staff are friendly and others not so much. Some staff are excellent, some are beginners. There is just not enough staff, very short on weekends. The meals vary, there are a lot of carbs and fats, usually soup - again due to the turnovers. The activities are great! A consistent and present director. For the value for cost it was the least expensive place, smallest, and nicest I found....hard to find places that took Medicaid.
